This was the place we chose for our second visit to Venice. It truly captures the charm and atmosphere of the city. Although it’s located down a small, slightly hidden alley, the interior is well maintained and very clean.
Right after booking, we received an email from the hotel with detailed guidance. The staff were incredibly kind and provided lots of helpful information for guests traveling all the way from Korea.
The Rialto Bridge is less than a five-minute walk away, so the location is excellent.
When we first arrived, we used their VIP Service. A staff member met us right in front of the San Marco parking area, and even with our six pieces of luggage, getting to the hotel was effortless. A welcome drink was waiting for us, and they even offered us a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed very much.
The only downside is that breakfast is not provided. However, thanks to the great location, there are plenty of restaurants nearby that serve breakfast, so it wasn’t an inconvenience.
There is no elevator inside the hotel, but it’s only about four floors, so walking up and down wasn’t too difficult.
After check-out, one of the friendly staff members kindly escorted us all the way to the water-taxi pier. We truly appreciate the staff for their warm hospitality and for helping our family enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay in Venice.
