Palazzo SanLuca

Location of the hotel was amazing. Close to the Rialto bridge but being a block off the main path, it was also very quiet! Our check in was great. We were able to check in before we arrived. Once we got to the hotel, the staff was very informative and friendly. They also supplied a complimentary drink before showing you to your room. We were a family of 3 travelling together. The room actually was a suite where the parents had their own separate room. We would happily stay there again!!

We had a beautiful two night stay at the Palazzo San Luca. The team began communicating with me via WhatsApp a week before our check-in date to ensure my transportation was in order. Their assistance in guiding us from the cruise port in Ravenna to their doorstep was invaluable. I've never received such excellent service from a hotel even before check-in. Upon arrival the clerk invited us to sit and have a complimentary soft drink or wine before going to our room. More excellent service. It was here where we discovered the only flaw of the Palazzo San Luca: no elevator! But Cesar helped us carry our bags up the 7 flights of steps to the top floor. The rooms were cozy and clean. They exude an antique atmosphere, but with modern amenities. They even had great wifi speed in the rooms! The staff offered excellent restaurant recommendations as well. Only two amenities would have improved our stay: an elevator and a continental breakfast. But no matter, our stay was wonderful. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and premium service offered by the staff at Palazzo San Luca hotel.

Swami was an excellent hostess! She was very willing to give information and was very knowledgeable of the area. Thank you, Swami! The location was perfect! We loved how clean, well decorated, and quiet the room was, as well. Two things that could be improved- bottled water made more readily available, reading lights for bed, and a steamer should be provided to guests. Nevertheless, I would still highly recommend Palazzo San Luca!

Palazzo San Luca was wonderful! Cosimo went all for us. He upgraded us to a wonderful suite because it was our anniversary. Also he was very helpful on directions. The hotel is close to San Marco Plaza which was great too. I highly suggest this hotel.

And, of course, the unit itself was spotless and meticulously maintained, offering a pristine and comfortable environment to relax in after exploring Venice. We highly recommend Palazzo San Luca Venice to anyone looking for an exceptional and welcoming experience in this beautiful city. We can't wait to return!

The hotel does not have an elevator, but the staff kindly helped carry our luggage to the third floor. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient, close to the city center, making it easy to return to the room for a break. The surrounding area is quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning and refrigerator were a bit weak, and the shower pressure was low, though the hot water worked fine. A supermarket just a one-minute walk away was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay:)

Wonderful stay, from arrival in Venice to departure for the train station. Communication was easy even before we arrived. Cosmin responded promptly to our emails requesting transportation from the airport, and we decided to take the VIP package - well worth the cost. Cosmin met us at the luggage carousel, accompanied us to our private water taxi, and managed our luggage on the short walk to Palazzo San Luca. Check-in was quick and easy, with a welcome coffee/beverage in the lounge. The room was spacious and comfortable, location overlooking the square was quaint, and many major sights were within very reasonable walking distance. Staff were all very personable, super attentive and helpful in booking dinner reservations, day trips to Murano/Burano, suggestions for other activities, and answering any question we had. Be prepared for a micro-sized bathroom and shower, but really that was not terrible to deal with.

This is an excellent place to stay in Venice! The owners were wonderful and the location is great. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
