For our New Year’s Eve and Day (2 night) stay for our family of 5 - we wanted close to San Marco Cathedral, easy access to public transportation and dining, and somewhat economical. The Junior Apartment hit the marks perfectly! My 5 stars are based on meeting all of those objectives. We were welcomed with some lovely gifts and a clean, spacious apartment. The slanted floors added to the authenticity. Overall, couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Communication with main hotel staff was excellent and accommodating!

This was the place we chose for our second visit to Venice. It truly captures the charm and atmosphere of the city. Although it’s located down a small, slightly hidden alley, the interior is well maintained and very clean. Right after booking, we received an email from the hotel with detailed guidance. The staff were incredibly kind and provided lots of helpful information for guests traveling all the way from Korea. The Rialto Bridge is less than a five-minute walk away, so the location is excellent. When we first arrived, we used their VIP Service. A staff member met us right in front of the San Marco parking area, and even with our six pieces of luggage, getting to the hotel was effortless. A welcome drink was waiting for us, and they even offered us a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed very much. The only downside is that breakfast is not provided. However, thanks to the great location, there are plenty of restaurants nearby that serve breakfast, so it wasn’t an inconvenience. There is no elevator inside the hotel, but it’s only about four floors, so walking up and down wasn’t too difficult. After check-out, one of the friendly staff members kindly escorted us all the way to the water-taxi pier. We truly appreciate the staff for their warm hospitality and for helping our family enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay in Venice.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in the heart of Venice. Wonderfully clean and well presented, with lovely Murano glass on display. The staff were incredibly helpful. The small touches such as a coffee machine and a drink on arrival were very much appreciated.

It was in a great location! Only a couple minutes from the Rialto Bridge and great shops. Very easy to access. It could’ve used one more couch in the living room for everyone, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Lots of steps up to the room, but that just meant we could eat gelato and not feel guilty. Hot shower which was nice because it was cold for us Floridians. Highly recommend AI grill, absolute best steak and service!

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel near the Rialto Bridge! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps away from Venice’s top sights, yet surprisingly calm and peaceful once you’re back at the hotel. It truly felt like the perfect balance. Our room was comfy, beautifully classic, and spacious enough for three people to relax without feeling crowded. I loved the atmosphere! If I had to point out one small thing, I would have appreciated a few more amenities — but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.Overall, a delightful stay that made exploring Venice even more enjoyable! Highly recommend!!!!

The staff is friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, location is convenient and quiet! If you have mobility issues, it is stairs only. My room wasn’t quite ready when I arrived and one of the handsome staff (they’re all beautiful!) provided me a glass of wine while I waited, which wasn’t long. When I came back each night the drapes had been drawn and a light turned on. Before arrival I was sent detail instructions on getting to the hotel from the train station. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

I had an amazing experience at Palazzo SanLuca. The team were helpful, polite and responsive via WhatsApp and email. The hotel is close to restaurants, gondola / boat experiences, shopping and more. Picture provided is the beautiful view from our balcony. It may not be suitable if you have accessibility requirements, as there is no lift. However, it looks like there are some rooms on the first floor which you could request.

This place is hard to find. Specially checking late afternoon when it gets dark. No signs outside. Once you get there with your luggage, they turn you away cos they said they're full. Fully booked. They will sent you to a different location which you will take a taxi boat. It'll cost you a 100 euro. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. There's plenty of hotels over there. It will ruin your vacation
