Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Venice I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh pastries, fruit, and coffee that made every morning a pleasure. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect glimpse of the Venetian charm right outside the window. The room was spotless and very well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Everything felt fresh and clean throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the location – it truly felt like the perfect spot to explore the beauty of Venice. Close to major sights yet peaceful enough to relax, it struck the perfect balance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a little magic in Venice!

My family and I stayed seven nights at this wonderful hotel. Situated in a quiet part of the city, the rooms were clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and generous with their time and tips for getting the most from our visit. The location is excellent: away from the busy (and noisy) tourist hotspots but only a five minute stroll to the San Marco district and some of the city's main attractions. There are a number of good restaurants close by and a supermarket just three blocks away. The vaporetto (public water bus) is a four-minute walk. If you're looking for a well-run, clean, tranquil and well-situated hotel in which to relax after a day exploring Venice, this one is very highly recommended!

Amazing place to stay with very pleasant atmosphere. Very comfortable, also quiet in the night, only 7 min. walk to Dukes Palace. The staff was very polite and helpful. The housekeeping was 5*. Breakfast was very nice too. We slept there very well and we enjoyed our stay. It was a pleasure for us to be there.

We happened to be in Venice for our 15y anniversary, and i decided to book this hotel for ourselves. 3 stars it says? really? 5 stars in my opinion. I travelled all around the world and i've rarely seen such impeccable cleanliness and coziness. The suite was amazing, quite location just around a couple of corners from the tourist paths, so it was quite after sundown. Lovely service, good breakfast, comfortable beds and bathroom. All around an amazing experience in this hotel, HIGHLY recommended!

We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend this hotel for family travel with kids. Location is fantastic a short 5 mins stroll away from bridge of sighs and most attractions. The suite has two bedrooms and a small but cozy living room with TV, YouTube. A large dining table for quick snacks. There is a washing machine in the kitchen that is small and quite slow but does the work! We bought laundry stuff from the supermarket downstairs across the bridge less than 50 meters away. Kitchen also has all the useful kitchen wares to use if you don't want to dine out occasionally. Staff are also very friendly so overall the best experience we had in Italy!

We are staying here at the moment, in two apartments (the apartment with 3 terraces and a two bedroom apartment with a canal view). The photos on the website don't do the apartments justice, they are lovely and spacious and we have really enjoyed using the terrace in the evenings. The kitchen is fine to make a simple meal and we have enjoyed eating some meals here. However, it is the staff who are really making our stay here special. We are staying here to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and they helped me with the arrangements to smuggle my aunt here as a surprise, have arranged numerous water taxis for us with complicated pick ups and been very kind and helpful every time I have asked anything. My mother has some difficulties walking and so the lift has been great, and also the fact that water taxis can pick up and drop off very nearby (although some agility is required to get in and out of them!). We would definitely stay here again - a big thank you to all the staff.

Pros: - Central location. - Cosy interior and room. - Venetian blinds. - Welcoming and friendly staff, showing us to our room. - Recommendations of restaurants and activities by staff. - Very secure entry/exit to building and floor. - Free Wi-Fi. - Selection of amenities. - Very nice chandelier in the room. Cons: - Breakfast extremely basic, only one cooked item (eggs everyday, unable to choose type), limited cereals and other foods. Only one type of juice available. - Room very basic in decor, objectively outdated. - Mirror above desk too high to look into. - Room somewhat dusty behind furniture. - No 24/7 reception. - No additional facilities.

My wife found this wonderful place on line and got tremendous service from their online booking service. The place was easy to find in a great location close to all the action. The room was fantastic, we had a balcony in the back that looked out over the rustic neighbourhood and had a great view of the lean tower just a block away. Did I mention the BREAKFASTS? We never had a bad meal in Italy and this place was really our first introduction to just how good hotel food can be. Great room at a reasonable price with a fantastic breakfast, can't go wrong here!
