Palazzo Segreti - Boutique Hotel Milano

This is an excellent hotel with a lot of character. The location is perfect - just off one of the main roads. Everywhere was walkable from it which was important. The rooms are large and very comfortable. There is a very nice breakfast in the lounge area where you are also served a drink on arrival. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Perhaps some orientation to the city and hotel is needed but otherwise we were very pleased with our choice of hotel.

Hotel has a fantastic location, just off the main shopping street of Via Dante. Rooms are comfortable, though the bathroom amenities are quite sparse as far as what might be typical items like toothbrushes and other items are not provided. There is a single elevator which fits at most two persons and some luggage. The staff are helpful and friendly.

This hotel is fantastic. Lovely welcome with complimentary prosecco and snacks. The breakfast was gorgeous. The hotel room is like an old Italian apartment and the view is lovely onto the street below. The bed is divine it is so big and comfy pillows are just fluffy and the white linen adds to the luxurious experience. The shower is so powerful and really hot very easy to adjust also. The robes and slippers add that extra edge of comfort. I absolutely loved the old style lift which was so cool. Staff are lovely so friendly and at this price in the centre of Milan it was absolutely brilliant. I will return but next time for much longer. The Hard Rock Cafe is across the road and we went to a talent competition the night we stayed here. It was brilliant! The hotel is at the centre of pubs, restaurants and shopping. Congratulations Palazzo Segreti for making our stay so comfortable.

This is my favorite hotel in Milan. It's perfectly located, just a short walk from the Piazza Duomo. The decor is stunning, with spacious rooms that offer modern comforts like air conditioning and an elevator. Breakfast is included, and it's absolutely delightful. They also offer a welcome drink during happy hour. While there's no on-site parking, a convenient parking facility is just a two-minute walk away. The service is exceptional, and the price was very reasonable. I can't wait to return—this hotel is simply amazing!

A gem in the heart of the city! We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little hotel. The staff were wonderful and so helpful, our room was very large for a city hotel with great amenities, and the location is just perfect for seeing all the sights. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent a week in Milan (5/9/24 - 5/15/24) and stayed at the Palazzo Segreti Boutique Hotel. Excellent location, central, within walking distance from many tourist and cuisine attractions as well as Metro stations. The staff is incredibly nice, responsive and helpful, the included breakfast is plentiful and includes a variety of pastries, yogurt, fruit salad, cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon, coffee, other sweets. The room was very comfortable. They have a small elevator, we didn’t use it as our room was on the first floor. I would definitely choose it again during our next trip there.

We had 5 nights here and had a lovely time. The location is perfect and with a balcony, we could watch the world going by. The breakfast was more than sufficient, and the room facilities more than adequate. The staff were delightful and I wouldn’t have any hesitation in staying here again. My only niggle is that a Junior Suite wasn’t available, but the deluxe room was perfect for what we wanted.

Great location in the cool Brera district of Milan. Helpful staff, lovely large room (larger than previous hotel for same € in Milan). Beautiful & cool decor. Would definitely stay here again. Nice breakfast. There was even a bath in our bedroom!
