This hotel is particularly well suited to access many interesting areas in Milan. It is steps from Via Dante, minutes from the Duomo, Galleria, La Scala and Castle Sforzesco. We were able to explore the Brera neighbourhood and find many great restaurant options within walking distance. We really enjoyed the Majestic and Signorvino is quite fun. The rooms are well sized and the bed was very comfortable with luxury linen. The concierge was accommodating of our requests for extra pillows and AC. The bathroom was huge and water pressure was fantastic with divinely scented toiletries. The room was cleaned daily and I was always happy with the level of hygiene. We had a room with 2 Juliette balconies and thus there was some noise from the street however ear plugs solved any issues. Continental breakfast is served daily and there were quite a few options, even for vegetarians (although vegans may struggle). The coffee is delicious and the café staff are friendly. The concierges were always available to offer advice and help above and beyond what might be expected. This was particularly comforting during a labour action that occurred while we were there, we got some helpful advice and were able to manage the situation. 14/10 would return Room number 5 is lovely and we enjoyed it a lot.

Palazzo Segreti is a beautiful hidden gem just a short walk from both the Duomo and Palazzo Sforzesco.|The rooms are spacious, stylishly decorated, and exactly as shown in the hotel’s photos. We are a family of four and stayed five nights in two separate rooms. Since Milan marked both the beginning and end of our trip to Italy, we spent two nights at the start and three at the end — which gave us the chance to experience four different rooms in total. Each one had its own unique design, all chic, elegant, and impeccably clean.||The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street just off Via Dante, the main pedestrian shopping street, so it feels peaceful at night while still being very central.||Breakfast is a real highlight: smoked salmon, eggs, cheeses, and deli meats alongside a wide variety of pastries, focaccia, and breads. There’s also yogurt, fruit, cookies, and even a delicious tiramisù for those who want to indulge in the morning! An à la carte menu is also available.||The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. We loved our stay here — it’s a serene and relaxing hotel that we would definitely return to on our next visit to Milan. Perfect for those on a business trip or a holiday. We will definitely come back.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel was brilliant. The location is honestly perfect, just a brief walk from the metro and 25mins from the airport, but < 10 mins from Duomo and 5 mins to the castle. Despite being just off a main road, the hotel was pleasantly quiet at night. The bed was very comfy, shower was lovely and the service from the staff was brilliant. Breakfast was also delicious with good vegetarian options (grilled vegetables and an almost endless supply of sweet treats). Really recommend for anyone looking to stay in Milan!

The staff and breakfast were great! I stayed on the first floor, and the room itself was clean and very spacious. The location was also excellent—we were just a short walk from the Milan Cathedral and many popular shops. However, the bathroom could use an update. The shower tiles had some mold, and the overall design made it uncomfortable to use—especially when turning on the shower. The sink area was also inconvenient, with hardly any counter space for toiletries or makeup. It definitely needs better lighting as well.

Not recommended You are only paying for the location. 10 minute walk from the duomo The breakfast is very very basic. Nor sure if it should be called breakfast. All there is is some cheese, bread, Boiled eggs and sweets. The juice is not fresh. I asked for omelet and sunny side up for eggs because they only had boiled eggs and scrambled and I'm pregnant. I can only eat well done eggs. They charged us 16 euro for this without informing us beforehand that this is extra. We have been to 4 hotels in this trip and we never get charged for asking for eggs in a certain form. There's no complimentary water in the room. The toilet is separate from the shower)separate room) which makes it very inconvenient. The shower works on a sensor so lights go off as you shower. As we entered the room, the room was freezing cold and the AC was put at 19. It didn't work to increase temperature from the room. The reception had to do it from their side. Not recommended

We stayed here from Aug. 21 to Aug. 24, 2008. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and spacious. It feels much bigger than advertised. Great location for shopping and sightseeing. The best part is the staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive to us. We were so happy and did not want to leave. Front desk person Atithio(?) was very helpful with our transfer booking to and from Lake Como to avoid the nightmare train and buses situation. Also the breakfast service staff was amazing. We love the coffees that they kept making for us. Amazing three days!

We stayed here for a couple nights, checking out this morning. This is a beautiful, clean, modern hotel central to much that Milan has to offer. The staff were fantastic and helpful, the food and bistro they have was great, and the atmosphere was charming. Will definitely stay here again when we comeback to Milan.

Yelp
Truly delightful stay in Milano at Palazzo Segreti! The service was top notch and my suite was a dream. Would definitely stay here again considering the location is perfect for exploring the key sites and all shopping is right there. Complementary happy hour each night and incredible breakfast, too. Grazie Mille to the staff for making me feel at home!!

Yelp
I recently stayed here again & I have to drop the review down a bit b/c the property is in need of some basic maintenance work. The location is still FANTASTIC.. hard to find at 1st but a great spot.. ( On the little street behind OVS) But basic maintenance needs to be taken care of. Our shower floor was peeling & it is probably creating mold, because there was a funky smell in the room. I'm sad because I love this property & will probably give them 1 more chance but I hope they step it up.

Yelp
The hotel is centrally located but on a quiet street. The staff is extremely gracious. The breakfast is varied with something for most palates. Nice happy hour. The elevator is tiny but could fit two people and a suitcase. Room was large. Stayed four nights. Small gem.

Yelp
gorgeous hotel! they made me feel like one of the family - very italian! whoever designed palazzo segreti really went all out on design and a modern aesthetic - which is why i chose it. additionally, everything was flawlessly executed in their service. i had to laugh at their elevator tho. old building = tiny pulley-style elevator. it barely held one person and a suitcase. to be expected, but just expect multiple trips if you're on the top floor and more than one person anyway, it felt like it was a treat to stay here and i was very well taken care of. it doesn't hurt that the most beautiful sunlight came streaming through my huge window overlooking the streets of milan below. perfect place for that afternoon glass of wine. bella! gratzi!

Yelp
With no reservation we were gratuitously accepting of us. Wonderful staf, great room and excellent location. Free capriccio in the am Only ding is their A/C did NOT work. We suffered tring to sleep as it felt like no air in e room. We did not mention it to staff The location is just off the main walking street . The entrance is not well marked and we passed it twice before we realized it was the hotel Will stay again

Yelp
What a cool hotel! Updated interior, but not totally gutted and remodeled. They kept the integrity of the original structure inside while modernizing the bathrooms lighting and decor. Dark charcoal walls with bright pops of color give this hotel a sexy, modern, and very Italian look & feel. The staff was super helpful and nice, plus an awesome location!
