We stayed at this hotel in Zadar for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby, yet the area remains peaceful and quiet. The hotel is small and cozy, with beautifully decorated rooms. The air conditioning, shower, and other facilities worked perfectly, and the small fridge was sufficient for storing a couple of bottles of drinks. However, there were a few downsides. There was no staff available in person, which made communication challenging. Additionally, we received conflicting information about the checkout time, with emails stating either 10 AM or 11 AM, and the cleaning staff arrived at our door at 9:50 AM before we had checked out. Lastly, as far as I know, there was no luggage storage available, which was inconvenient when we were leaving. Despite the few issues, the hotel’s great location and cozy atmosphere made for a mostly enjoyable stay.

This “hotel” has no services AT ALL. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no one around to help us. We called and texted our contact for the hotel and she was not available. We received a call back from an answering service. The lady we spoke to was very nice and helpful. She called the owner of the palazzo and got instructions from him as to where we could find extra rolls. He did not have the decency to call us directly. His instructions were that we should look for a door behind the elevator, walk a little way and that there was a door we could open with our room key and that the mother load of toilet paper could be found there. We tried that but our key didn’t work. We looked everywhere. No toilet paper. I then called the 2 numbers we had for the hotel and of course no one answered. Do not stay here if you expect hotel services. This place does not even provide the most basic of items of human needs.

I highly recommend this hotel.|Location is great from parking as well as sightseeing perspective. There is paid parking near the gate close to which it's located. So easy to drag your bags in. Very close to the town center.|There is a. Nice bakery and coffee place right next to it.|The lady at the reception Branca is wonderful and provides great service. Her cappuccinos were very nice.|The room is very comfortable. The beds and linens are of good quality. The bathroom is clean and toiletries are good.|They have a lift which is a bonus.

This is a small hotel with a good location in the center of the Old Town peninsula (and next door to an excellent coffee bar). Beds were comfortable, windows well sound-insulated against street noise, water piping hot, internet connectivity good, and desk clerk Tamara very helpful. Do accept the hotel’s offer to book your taxi from the airport to avoid rapacious drivers with fraudulent meters (our text accepting the offer went astray, and our driver charged 470 kuna for a 190-kuna ride). Be aware that the desk is not staffed 24/7. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

This small hotel is located few steps from the sea gate of the Zadar old town. It was quite a small hotel but lovely and was easy to access from the parking lot adjacent to the wall of the old town. Room is not large but equipped with travelers’ need. It was redecorated in Venetian style and very comfortable. It’s location is perfect for exploring the old town. One drawback is the lack of in-room coffee and tea, which was not a big issue for us. During our visit, we had to have our breakfast on another restuarant, which is a part of a hostel. Having breakfast there almost had ruined our positive perspectives to this hotel. The quality and the quality were poor. Nevertheless, we did enjoy our stay in this 4-room hotel in old town Zadar.

Breathtaking array of gold leaf kitsch decoration characterises this tiny property which consists of five rooms. There is no reception You have to phone and if and when they answer, they will send someone round. Who then turns out to be charming. Avoid the basement room which has no window. Rooms on upper floors are ok. Don't think of sleeping after 6 a.m. when the super noisy street cleaning and rubbish collection kicks in. And the mattresses are not great either. Some rooms' hot water didn't work. The place is not too clean either. And it's expensive for what it is.

Interior is beautiful & modern. The shower had color changing lights, convenient storage in room, mini fridge, body size mirror, bidet, towel warmer & more. Claudia and staff were amazing. Didn’t like the first room that had no windows or convenient bench in room, so we switched & staff was helpful. Great area near restaurants, bar, waterbus, boardwalk.

This is not a hotel, it's a pricy airbnb. No reception service and in 2 out of 5 days we didn't get any fresh towels or room cleaning . Apparently because one person was sick and there were no alternatives managed. The location is great but everything else was way below expectations. Hence two stars.
