Paliria Hotel

Very fancy hotel from outside, but very simple rooms inside. Old design and decoration, the rooms definitely need renovation. The location though is amazing, you are in the centre of the main area, where you can find countless restaurants and bars.

From the outside it's beautiful, the hotel has a beautiful view, but in the rooms when you enter you go back in time 20 years!

Very comfortable & very clean hotel with delightful continental breakfast, kind and helpful staff, parking was near (extra cost). Hotel location on fantastic site, view on the Euboeian Gulf was fantastic as the evening walks along the sea

Location-great. View-great. Towels were changed every day and trash was taken out. Reception staff-polite and helpful. But... We stayed for 6 nights. During this time, the room was never cleaned: the bedding was not changed, the bed was not made, the floor was not cleaned, the furniture was not cleaned, the sink and bathtub were not cleaned. Our comments were not responded to. Only upon request, they brought toiletries. Therefore, we rate it only average...

All time classic...have to renovate some things that many years are the same...like bathrooms courtins and color of furniture.

WiFi for rooms non existent, always issues entering the room and had to call reception multiple times, the in hotel restaurant just disappointing. While it had some good products, the grilled squid, didn’t seem to be grilled at all, just a bit, the fresh juice, (ρόδι) definitely not fresh but from a box. The location was indeed great but still, I didn’t the amenities expect it to be so disappointing. Back in the day it was a great hotel. Even the breakfast, the juice was disappointing. The croissants seemed old and just from yesterday. Not even tasty. The cake was and the salad was ok and let’s say the omelette and the rye egg. The boiled egg was just not tasty. Looked like they just didn’t care to put some fresh buffet.

The location was perfect and the view of the water was breathtaking as well. Special mention to the young lady Maria at the reception desk. Really appreciated her positive energy, smile and caring demeanour to make sure we were always greeted with a smile. The hotel is blessed to have her and deserves to be acknowledged. Also the maintenance staff was very helpful and provided us with an extra bed quickly since the fold out couch bed was not working properly. The parking (for a fee and worth it) was very close. We booked a double room and the suite side by side. The suite is very spacious and our family enjoyed it. The suite is more modern than the other room that was dated but the view was key. I read other reviews of noise but we were on the second floor overlooking the water and there was no noise from the ground floor. The beds were very comfortable.

I stayed at the Paliria Hotel for 6 nights in April. The location of the hotel is great, but the cleanliness and the staff's attitude towards it and the guests' wishes surprised me in a bad way. The room was not cleaned at all, the beds were not made. The only service was changing towels and taking out the trash. After the room was not cleaned for 4 days in a row, I contacted the hotel administrator to ask how often the room should be cleaned and expressed my wishes regarding the order. The administrator noted this, but the situation did not change. It was very disappointing. In addition, shower accessories were only brought upon request.
