WiFi for rooms non existent, always issues entering the room and had to call reception multiple times, the in hotel restaurant just disappointing. While it had some good products, the grilled squid, didn’t seem to be grilled at all, just a bit, the fresh juice, (ρόδι) definitely not fresh but from a box. The location was indeed great but still, I didn’t the amenities expect it to be so disappointing. Back in the day it was a great hotel. Even the breakfast, the juice was disappointing. The croissants seemed old and just from yesterday. Not even tasty. The cake was and the salad was ok and let’s say the omelette and the rye egg. The boiled egg was just not tasty. Looked like they just didn’t care to put some fresh buffet.

Robust place to stay if you have to stay in the area for work. The rooms are clean and the service just decent. The Shower hat no holder so I had to hold my own the shower head during showering my self.

Hotel Paliria is in a great location. There a lot for families to do; a lot of great restaurants; beautiful scenery; and activities like boating, sailing, bike riding, some beautiful walks nearby. This place is getting a little run down. I trust they will update the rooms and bathrooms at least a little and try to make the beds more comfortable, but it’s in a great location.

We paid 79€ for 2 people in off season (1.12) , everything was OK . The room was small but normal and ok, the breakfast was boring and average . The location is great ! On the beach, in the city centre There is NO PARKING in the hotel, even though in booking they said there is. So it was nice, but I see no reason to come back

The location was perfect and the view of the water was breathtaking as well. Special mention to the young lady Maria at the reception desk. Really appreciated her positive energy, smile and caring demeanour to make sure we were always greeted with a smile. The hotel is blessed to have her and deserves to be acknowledged. Also the maintenance staff was very helpful and provided us with an extra bed quickly since the fold out couch bed was not working properly. The parking (for a fee and worth it) was very close. We booked a double room and the suite side by side. The suite is very spacious and our family enjoyed it. The suite is more modern than the other room that was dated but the view was key. I read other reviews of noise but we were on the second floor overlooking the water and there was no noise from the ground floor. The beds were very comfortable.

Good room, clean.|Abundant and varied breakfast, both salty and sweet.|Both check in and check out were quick with helpful staff, fully confirming the agreed prices.|Not particularly lucky with the weather, but the view is very beautiful.

pros: the receptionists were very nice giving me a lot of recommendations to visit. try to park your car in the harbour not on the parking lot that is situated on the same street with the hotel- the one with yellow. that one costs 15€/day and the one in the harbour is 4€/day. Chalkida is insane with the traffic. cons: the windows were not insulated enough, all the noises from the street you can hear them during your sleep at night. The breakfast was ok but the croissants were not fresh. not too many options there. it's strange there was a device to prepare coffee on the heated sand but the quality of the cheese and the rest of the products was not top. the bed is short of you have more than 1.80. the matress is not top quality. it's a 3* hotel with a lot of efforts not to go down to 2*.

the only thing that saves this hotel is the sea view. the rooms are very old (old furniture, worn doors, even the bathroom ceiling was worn, very old bathroom fixtures). the fleece blankets worn and ruined. breakfast has several products, but none noteworthy, not of quality. the hard boiled eggs I ate at Easter were old. I repeat, the only saving grace is the central location in front of the sea. For the rest it's all a big NO. I don't recommend it.
