Really cool quiet hotel hidden behind a wall on a regular street in Arequipa. You would miss it if you didn’t k now it was. There. We stayed 2 nights. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. We had all the conveniences and more. It was a few blocks away from the main plaza but an easy walk.Customer service and care were excellent, Full breakfast on the rooftop. Only issue for me was the bed. It was too firm for me. But, that is very subjective….

Had a wonderful 3 days here . Excellent location. Rooms quite small but well designed . Bathroom and shower good for Peru . Breakfast on the roof terrace was worth it . It’s ala carte , the local bread and cheese were superb as were watching the hummingbirds come and go to feeding station. Amazing views over the town and mountains. All the staff were friendly and kind . Thanks

My wife and I stayed at the Palla Boutique Hotel in July this year as part of our honeymoon. We had a great stay here! The location of the hotel is good, city center within walking distance. I'm not sure but I feel that we were upgraded to a bigger room due to the fact that we were on our honeymoon. The views from both the room and the rooftop terrace were amazing. The breakfast was delicious too!

The hotel was almost empty. Breakfast was delicious and prepared to order. The rooms were basic, but had everything we needed. It doesn't reach 5 stars because the service could have been better. I loved the hot chocolate machine and unlimited coffee on the terrace. It has an incredible view of Misti and Chachani!

The hotel is in a great location, the room was a little small, but comfortable. It didn't have Aircon, but it wasn't required when I was there. The rooftop area was magnificent and worth staying there just for the use of that amenity. The main negative, which is why it only got 4 instead of 5 was that the plugs would not work with European adapters. They just hung out when you plugged them in (see photo) Luckily I took a US one too and that worked fine, but bear this in mind if you plan to stay there.

Superb hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms were great and the fridge is a great touch. The team were amazing and so attentive. Breakfast was epic, delicious food and a great choice. The team here couldn’t do enough for us. The rooftop terrace was great and a good spot to relax and take in the amazing views. ||Thanks for a great stay guys

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It’s well located with only a few blocks away from the main plaza, but it’s in a relatively quiet and tranquil area. The bed is comfortable, and the breakfast on the terrace is wonderful with great view. Overall, highly recommended!

The "Palla" is a stylish boutique hotel in a historical building located not far from the Main Square. We had a spacious Junior Suite with a comfortable King bed and a nice terrace. The staff members - from reception desk to rooftop service - were lovely. I had used their laundry service and got so pleasantly surprised when the charge was per kilogram at a ridiculously low price compared to what I had paid in other hotels...||Breakfast is served à la carte on the rooftop terrace in the pleasant company of colibris and with a fantastic view of Arequipa and the surrounding volcanoes. ||Regrettably the restaurant had been closed during our 3-night stay. It is true that you can walk to all sorts of restaurants in less than 10 minutes but after a long drive it would have been nice to have dinner on site. As the restaurant had been listed among the hotel facilities the disappointing non-availability cost the hotel one point in my rating. Nevertheless we had a wonderful stay and I can wholeheartedly recommend the "Palla"...
