Palla Boutique Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here. ALL the staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean. Beds comfy. Few mins walk up to the main square so very convenient. Breakfast was good. The top floor terrace is a key selling feature, stunning views and great to relax. Gym was decent for both cardio and weights. Restaurant served tasty food, I loved the creole soup. I would suggest 2 improvements 1. Our first room was under terrace and we woke each morning early to sounds (presumably staff moving furniture around). 2. The downstairs restaurant is cold on a night, they should install bi-fold doors to section it off and heat it.

This hotel is a jewel. The rooms are more than adequate and there is a generous amount of common space, including a large rooftop terrace. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A generous breakfast is included. The hotel is three and one-half blocks from the old town square. I would recommend Palla Boutique Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the old town area of Arequipa.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Palla Boutique Hotel in Arequipa. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city’s main attractions and excellent dining options. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, offering not only delicious food but also breathtaking views of the city and mountains. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.

Such a cute little boutique hotel. Comfy rooms and we had a huge outdoor terrace which was lovely. Breakfast on the roof terrace was amazing with the Most delicious juices and fresh fruit. Also saw my first hummingbird here too. Our flight ended up getting cancelled the next morning so we had to skip breakfast to catch an earlier flight which was a shame as it was beautiful sitting upstairs having breakfast. Set in a good position on a slight incline up to the main square. Also if you are a guitar lover like my husband you will love the abundance of guitar shops in the same road.

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally kind and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast, while simple, offers a variety of options to suit different tastes. One of the highlights is the rooftop, which provides a lovely view of the surrounding landscape. The rooms are decent, though we found them a bit dim and could have used more lighting. Dinner was quite enjoyable, with well-prepared dishes. The hotel’s location is another plus—situated close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This is a very nice hotel with large comfortable rooms and a rooftop restaurant and small pool. Few minutes walk to the plaza del armas. Very calm and quiet.

Very nice hotel, with very interesting architecture located just a country le of block from Arequipa plaza. The service was great, really enjoyed the breakfast selection as well as the view from the terrace!

Fantastic hotel. Staff are so kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar offers incredible views.
