The family-run hotel is ideal for those without children and those interested in surfing. Modern rooms, some with large pools for swimming, and excellent food every day with a fresh salad buffet. It feels like a four-star hotel. The restaurant team and reception try to accommodate almost any request, with a very friendly team of waiters. Waiter Nicolas, among others, is super nice and accommodating. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the beach and two windsurfing centers. There is also a shuttle bus. Small restaurants and supermarkets are within easy reach. It was a heavenly vacation with peace and adventure.

Lovely hotel, garden immaculate, pools brill, food good, well designed rooms, hotel spotless, staff friendly & helpful. Thanks to Themis who made us laugh every day & all the other hard working staff too many to mention, a credit to the hotel. One of the best hotels we have stayed in over a number of years. Amazing holiday - hope to be back next year

Beautiful hotel in peaceful surroundings . Tasty food with a home cooked feel . Spotlessly clean room , pool area and restaurant. Friendly , attentive staff . Hiring a bike made the livelier main resort accessible within 5 minutes ride . Free mini bus to a pretty , local beach . Would return . There were some toddlers and babies at the hote but it probably isn’t suitable for older children who may be bored . If you want entertainment every evening and lots of daytime activities this hotel is not for you but if you like to do your own thing in a lovely hotel give it a try 😀

We stayed in a swim up room which was lovely. Large, modern room. Great bathroom, air con worked well. The hotel staff are very friendly. There is a good variety of food to suit everyone. We enjoyed our stay very much but, there is very little around the hotel. If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. If you like a walk out of an evening then you are limited

The room was very nice. We booked one of the rooms with direct access to the pool, which was great, and it was always very quiet, which we appreciated. The room and the whole hotel are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful when needed. Other than the tennis court, there are no other activities, but we didn’t feel this was an issue at all. The only drawback was probably the quality and variety of the food on offer. Personally, I would expect much better quality for a four-star hotel, especially in Greece. Options were quite limited and tended to repeat even during a single week. Overall, I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat in Kos!

I was a little unsure before we got to this hotel as I had read so many different things about it but glad we didn’t change it.|We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and as the coach transfer pulled up it’s didn’t shout wow at first. We were greeted by a very helpful porter that welcomed us and told us to follow him, so we did. We got checked into reception really quickly and paid the €70 tax, we had the option of cash or card too that I was surprised with as thought it was just cash. |We then followed the porter to the room, a very short walk from reception. He showed us the fridge, safe, even how to work the air conditioning. We looked out the doors and WOW what a view. Asked if the room was ok and if we wanted to change, haha no way. Exactly what we wanted.|Beds were comfortable, shower was very nice, air conditioning worked as it should. |We were just B&B but also ate in the pool bar a couple of times and it was absolutely delicious, the waitress was very friendly, polite, chatty and helpful

We spent 10 days here and, overall, it was a pleasant experience — we truly enjoyed every day on the island. I would just like to share some feedback for possible improvement. After 10 days, the breakfast and dinner options became a bit repetitive, and we eventually lost our appetite for eating the same dishes every day. A little more variety would have been greatly appreciated. Some extra flexibility would also have been welcome on our first evening. We arrived at the hotel tired at 9:40 pm, only to be told that dinner service had closed at 9:30 pm and that nothing was available to eat, apart from two slices of low-quality cold cuts and four breadsticks placed in our room. The fruit basket and wine mentioned in the booking details were also missing. This left us with no choice but to dine at a nearby restaurant — certainly not what we had hoped for after a 10-hour journey. Another detail: after we pointed out that the wine was missing, it was placed in our room later in the evening, but simply left on a shelf. We returned late to find it warm, with no ice or refrigeration provided, which meant we couldn’t enjoy it. Small details like this can make a big difference. Lastly, during our entire 10-day stay, no one from the restaurant or reception ever asked how our stay was going or whether we were enjoying ourselves. The only interaction from the wait staff was approaching the table to ask, “Finish?” before clearing plates. That being said, we did have a very pleasant stay overall, and the property allowed us to feel relaxed and welcome.

Wow… what a beautiful hotel… if i had to think of a fault I would struggle, and the only thing would be the breakfast juice was like squash, not fresh juice, but that is literally the only thing I could possibly think that was negative… the room was beautiful, the staff were brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful , the breakfast covered everything and was such a great tasty selection, we ate in the evening buffet once and it was delicious and had lunch to take back to our room and it really was great. We had a wonderful surprise on my wife’s birthday of a cake with a candle when we got back to our room after breakfast, they had thought of everything. The grounds were filled with such beautiful flowers and trees and were tended to constantly. A 20 min walk into town m/beach with a few bars/shops on the way and was well lit all the way, was good for us but there is a shuttle bus in the day if wanted. Not sure if of done the walk on my own at night, but that maybe just me. It was very peaceful so if you want a lively hotel don’t go, the evening entertainment was traditional Greek dancers if you wanted that.. rooms were cleaned daily, coffee machine replenished and all the extras.. If i could take this hotel to every destination I wanted to go to I would. Thank you so much…
