Palm Beach Tenerife

We really enjoyed staying at Ona Palm Beach. The service and people who work here are amazing, everyone is so friendly, attentive, and responsive! Big thanks to Layla and Valentino, they are really cool, really enjoyed communicating with them and we’re pleased by their service and work! The aparthotel offers assistance with excursion reservations, such as Loro Parque, trips to Teide and Masca, and trips to La Gomera. We also really enjoyed the everyday parties at 4pm, like White Party, Rock Party, Pink Party, and Foam Party! It was more for kids, but still to look after it is still so cool, funny, and cute. I would like to mention the staff again. The maids, entertainers, receptionists, restaurant staff, everyone did a great job! The staff's work really does affect the overall impression of your stay! Also, as I understood, Palm Beach recently became part of the Ona chain, and they are striving to improve the quality of service and the hotel itself. They are doing very well, and I wish this hotel continued growth and prosperity! We are truly glad that we stayed at this aparthotel!

So everyone just a quick review as I think the people who appreciate value for money !!!! Hotel was clean not like a 4/5* but that's because we didn't pay for that star !!!!! Our room got cleaned once in the 5 night stay which was perfect , the beds were hard and comfortable best we have slept in yet !!! We had two bedrooms a little kitchenette balcony couch bed in sitting room so much space !!! Few marks and holes here and there but from 1000's of people coming and going wear and tear !!!! The food was exceptional for half bored !!!, plenty plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner fresh food , staff were so nice one girl blonde hair young was rude but think it was her age and maybe just fed up of tourist in her country which I get so, the location was perfect 5 min walk from the beach shops bars restaurants 🏖️ they had entertainment every day 4-6 pool party's the lads doing them were fantastic .. out of 10 for the value of money I'm going|To say 9 dock one because nothing is a 10 really enjoyed it hopefully get back same price value for the time of the year

I don't understand the negative reviews. This hotel location is unbeatable. Rooms were clean albeit a bit 'used' looking. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool area awesome. Breakfast was excellent, spoilt for choice. Balcony sea view amazing and really good size. Will definitely be coming back here. Thank you all at the hotel for a lovely time

Stay away. Don’t ruin your holiday. We stayed here with my wife and it was a nightmare. Found a cockroach running inside the apartment. The room was dirty, old, and smelled bad, with poorly cleaned surfaces. On top of that, the party area noise went on all night, making sleep impossible. This place is nothing like the photos or description. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Location is great. Amenities overall good. The room was spatious and beds were comfortable. However, value for money is not great. I would expect better room for that money. Additionally, they take 100 EUR deposit which is refunded to the payment card after checkout, but it takes up to 48 hours with all the processing. Check in is not possible before 4 PM, which is in my opinion very late. They don't want to consider the possibility that your room might be ready earlier. The room is cleaned once in 7 days, which didn't seem right and even then they didn't change the bed sheets. I am thankful that I haven't seen a single cockroach during the stay, even though they are pretty hard to avoid in Tenerife. If you want a safe, you need to pay for it. It's a moderately expensive hotel and this is just pure greed.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel looks completely different from the photos online — outdated furniture, poor quality, and an overall atmosphere closer to a sanatorium than a holiday hotel. The main issue was cleanliness: we found multiple cockroaches in the kitchen and inside the sofa bed, along with leftover food and insects. Even after cleaning, the cockroaches returned the same evening. Staff could only offer to move us the next day, with no guarantee the problem wouldn’t repeat. This was not an isolated case — other guests reported the same issue. Nice views, but that is not the hotel’s achievement. Overall, unacceptable standards that ruined a special occasion.

Everything was great! ❤️ The location is just perfect, right on the beach and near to everything. Clean and nice rooms with wonderful views (we were on the 7th floor), the food is great (we had only breakfast but it had new things daily and everything was fresh), the staff was friendly, overall it was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone.

Rooms big but a bit used 10 or 20 years old. Wouldnt be quite at night untill 1 or 2 am you can hear the music outside. Location is amazing and overall good value for money a bit of effort to keep this place cleaner and meybe 4 stars. Staff excellent and polite. Good place for family with low budget.
