Just back from a 4 night stay at Palm Beach and have mixed feelings about it.||I saw other comments about rooms being dirty and outdated, etc., but ours was absolutely fine. Clean, and we had an amazing sea view. The pool was clean too.||However, the pool area is definitely too small for the size of the hotel. We only went on one occasion and got the last two loungers. The other days we just went to the beach instead, which suited us fine. From what we could tell, there is entertainment at the pool every day in the afternoon which would make it hard to relax for me personally. We also witnessed a strange interraction with what looked like the 'head' of the entertainment staff and a group of guests. During a singing performance, a small group of men were playing volleyball at the opposite end of the pool from where the performers were standing, this section of the pool is curved so they were behind a wall, and the member of staff kept shouting at them over and over again in Spanish, which they didn't understand. Eventually, it turned out he was telling them to stop playing volleyball and they should play it after the performance - they were not loud nor interrupting anything and no one even noticed them until the staff member drew attention to them. The staff member gave them the middle finger and walked away. It was so unprofessional and uncalled for. They were not doing anything against the rules and were using the pool which they have paid for. I can't see how it is reasonable to expect paying guests to 'stay quiet' or not use the pool for two whole hours every day during the entertainment.||The buffet area for breakfast is also way too small for the size of hotel and amount of guests. We went down at different times every day and it was so busy no matter what time. It is absolute chaos as the indoor area where the food is kept is so crammed full. However, the food was very nice and there was a really good selection.||The hotel is really central which is great. You can easily walk further into Costa Adeje and Las Americas. The beach is right across the road. However, there is a bar directly under the hotel which play live music every night until midnight. Our room was right above it so we could hear the music as clear as day. There is a club directly across the road which also plays music until 1am so just something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper, like me, or have children. This is the main reason why I don't think I would stay here again. ||Overall, it's not a bad experience, but I would prefer to stay somewhere a little better and more relaxing for the money

Fantastic location, easiest trip to the beach you could ask for. We had glorious views of the sunset from level 6 and were hardly bothered by any noise despite it being across the new year period. Staff were very good and accommodating - any requests were acted upon accordingly. Stand out member was Valentino - ensured that immediate attention was sought to an issue with sofa bed to avoid concern and was in hand to assist on final day after we had checked out. As with anywhere, food can be hit and miss - they can’t please everyone. When it was good - it was really good. Sadly sometimes it would have been good if the hot food was hot! New Year’s Eve dinner was splendid though and the staff deserve credit for their efforts. Great little convenient shop attached to hotel. Lots of eateries around the area which are very reasonable in price and within walking distance. Kids were kept entertained with the pool (care on windy days the cold wind will get you in the water as it wasn’t warm). Oh and if you are getting picked up by a bus to return to the airport - it’s over the road from when you get dropped off in a taxi rank area (we got told it would be same place pick up) otherwise bus driver will head off without you 😂. Will definitely return more positives than negatives!

Great find for location right on front so easy walk both directions, but stop few mins up hill, rooms are very dated with old furniture sofa was broken beds seen better days, view was amazing, pool was nice but prefer beach 2 hot tubs but one was broken 😞 staff were all lovely helpful and friendly especially as we had some rather noisy neighbours but was very quickly sorted by security. Breakfast good lots of choice with fresh fruit, hot breakfast could have been hotter, code machine always a long queue. Yes I would stay again as its perfect location.

Hotel is generally tired and dated. Room had a lovely view over the sea. Perfect! Very loud music from the pubs around but personally I didn’t mind that. The pool is great but the entertainment was horrendous and extremely LOUD ALL DAY!! Decided that the beach was a better option for the rest of the week. (Unbelievably we could still hear the music and 18-30 style entertainment from the beach!) the management couldn’t really care less about my complaints. Our room was cleaned once in our whole week and bins emptied every other day at best. Maybe leave a mop and broom in the room so that we can clean up ourselves.

We booked the hotel for 4-night stay. Pictures were beautiful and overall feedback in booking.com was also quite high. Reality was that the rooms were quite aged. There was mold in bathroom, door trim was rotten or eaten by cockroaches? And there was an insect crawling in bathroom. I mentioned and shared the pictures with reception and they offered an extra cleaning for our room. There was no possibilty to change the room or cancel the booking( I asked). Otherwise pool area was nice and there are activities almost every day at 3pm. Our room was faced pool side and it was quiet ( meaning sleep quality was ok). You need to pay 5.- for pool towel and deposit 10.-. Also safe in the room is for money. Breakfast was also quite okay and lots to choose from. This is a nice hotel with great location but if you invest more in rooms ( refresh needed) it could be much much better hotel!

Might have been nice in the 80's but it has not been updated. The rooms were not cleaned properly and once green sofa was more brown nowadays. Pool water was full of chemicals, which coloured the swim suites green. Staff tried every now and then but you could have gotten much done with a bit effort e.g in the kids club. The guy at the pool did his best with the resources they had. With the same price you can get much nicer place too.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They helped my boyfriend locate his lost luggage. Alberto at the check out desk was very friendly and extremely helpful during our stay. The location of the hotel was near the beach and my room had a perfect view of the ocean. I recommend you come here and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your balcony.
