Easily the most beautiful and picturesque beach in Cairns…maybe all of Australia. Rivals anything you’ll find in Hawaii or Fiji or Tahiti. Crystal clear calm water, palm trees as far as you can see…even the surrounding area is peaceful and tropical. Loved it here

One of my favourite locations in Australia! I love the ancient trees entertwinded throughout the main St amongst the shops and eateries opposite beautiful beach. Need to swim in the beach enclosures to avoid stingers.

Beautiful beach good for swimming and surfing. Lifeguard watch area for safe swimming. Kids and enjoy playing in water and also some play area on the beach.Parking a bit difficult on the beach but can get spots at the side streets. And also there is a place for shower and change.

Beautiful beach. Went on Sunday midday. Very busy area with shops and restaurants. Swimming in one specific area with lifeguard. Just a short drive from Cairns or take the bus.

It's a lovely long beach for a walk patrolled so safe to swim within the flags but oh so windy on the day we went. We had coffee and cake just across from the beach. Everywhere is so busy different from the Ellis beach vibe.

Beautiful beach ❤️ very picturesque, unfortunately you can't swim due to crocodiles, but very pretty to look at. Great jetty and food options along the Esplanade

Pretty beach! Small street of shops and restaurants. Recommend 'Lucky Fish' Fish Box. Most delicious Pandan & Coconut icecream & icecream shop too! Easy 45min 50c bus ride from Cairns CBD
