Palm Garden Amed Beach & Spa Resort Bali

This hotel is hands down the cleanest we have ever stayed in. We have been coming to Bali for 10+ years & stayed in tons of different hotels, but this is next level. |Immaculately clean & well kept. Staff are lovely & the food is also fantastic. |The breakfast is massive - choice of 3 items, plus juice, plus tea or coffee - we could have held out for dinner we were that full! The meals we had were excellent - top notch in every way. Attention to detail for the presentation was terrific. |We had an ocean view private pool hut which was so nice, but all of the rooms appear to be very similar & the hotel pool is so lovely you don’t really need your own. |At around 300 AUD per night, this place is a bargain & if we turn to Amed, we 100% would stay again.|Massage & Reiki healing were also excellent. |Snorkeling is very good right off the beach at high tide - swim out a little down the little boat channel & there is coral/fish galore - so good.

Wow wow wow The moment we stepped thru the front entrance we were greeted with friendly staff and made felt comfortable. The whole complex is very clean and tidy, the deluxe villa room we had for the week was outstanding and was checked on, cleaned etc every day whilst having breakfast, the grounds were kept very clean and watered by friendly ground staff. The meals we had here were very well presented and tasted soooo good. We loved staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend it to all. A scooter here was very handy to get around the area. Lots of snorkelling and diving to be had close by, lots of coral, fish ,turtles and dive wrecks not far away. Watching the sunset from stop point which is a short walk was beautiful with all the colourful fishing boats on the beach, calm sea,s and sunset. Getting up extra early 4.30am to watch the flotilla of fishing boats leave in the morning was fantastic, by 8am they were back with their catch. Watching the sunrise from same spot you could see the mountains in Lombok until sun poked its head up then mountains disappeared. Overall a very pleasant experience. A special thankyou to all the girls that made our stay so welcoming Terima kasih banyak. Ps waking up by barking dogs and noisy roosters is part of life in Bali, earplugs are cheap.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. Despite the description of a "quiet hotel," sleep was out of the question – loud barking dogs and crowing roosters could be heard all night long. Rest was therefore out of the question. Cancellation was not possible despite the misleading description. The hotel manager showed no understanding or solution-oriented. Our complaints were ignored. There was no response at all. Nobody needs a manager like that! Overall, this hotel is unfortunately not recommended at all. Anyone expecting peace and quiet and customer service should stay well away!!!

What an unbelievable beautiful place. It is literally steps from the pool to the beach. The room was so well decorated and designed; loved the art that was used in the Outdoor bathroom. How decadent! The intimate open air, but covered, restaurant was comfortable with a view of the beautiful pool. The delicious food was served by the attentive staff making sure you had everything you needed. Great care was taken for the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds. I hope I get a chance to go there again!

We loved everything about our stay at the Palm Garden, the gardens/grounds, the staff, the room, the pool and the brekkie was pretty special. We ate at the restaurant few times and the food's lovely. I see other comments about the noise and yes you hear dogs, roosters and scooters, none of it bothered us, it's part of being in Bali. Nothing earplugs won't fix :). Also a scooter is handy to get around.

Absolutely loved our stay at this resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Meals were excellent, and the rooms were modern and very comfortable. Free Wi-Fi was available, and the location was perfect, close to great cafés, restaurants, and the beach. Snorkelling on the reef was a highlight, with equipment easily hired from reception. The on-site massages were amazing, and the swimming pool, bar, and restaurant were conveniently located near the rooms. One thing to note: there are many roosters in the area, and they crow from dawn to dusk. While this might bother some guests, we quickly got used to it and came to see it as part of the authentic Bali experience.

I didn't stay in the hotel but the restaurant was very nice. The food was very good and the service was great. The view was absolutely amazing and the overall atmosphere was chill and friendly. Absolutely recommend.

Small beautiful and quiet resort right by the beach. Very kind staff and good food. The grounds are kept very very well. You’ll want to get up for the sunrise with the surrounding villages‘s roosters and watch the many many fishermen sail back to the beach each morning.
