I found it difficult to find information about this place online as it recently reopened under the new name. I was trying to research beforehand to see the best way to “do it”. I bought general admission tickets for a girls trip to see the kygo set on July 5th. I was disappointed when I got there to see they were also handing out free GA tickets to anyone in the casino that was just walking around. So wasted a little bit of money there but it wasn’t much. Entering at noon was easy and the pool wasn’t busy. We were easily able to get a drink at the bar and get a towel from security. You have to get there early if you are GA to get a spot at the poolside as there is NOWHERE for ga to sit. So you’re either in the pool or sitting on the edge (if you’re lucky). If I were to do it again I would have paid the $500 for a beach chair. The music quality was good, there is a very small dancing space in front of the dj booth which could be bigger. I think they need more personal item storage options as the whole edge of the pool is people’s purses, clothing, shoes, phones etc. it looks sloppy and nothing is secure. They do have lockers but they’re first come first serve. If you go, bring your phone, credit card in a waterproof bag and leave the rest behind. Mixed drinks were $68 and beers were $16, bartenders were not friendly and were in no rush to serve you. At 2pm the line to get a drink took over 20 minutes to get a single beer. They need a better, more mobile checkout option. The credit card readers are stationary and seemed to be slowing down the already slow bar tenders. We ended the afternoon in a cabana which was nice. If you have the disposable income, def go that route just so you have a better view and smaller shared pool. I would return for another concert but do it differently.

It was so fun!! The food was great and the drinks were fabulous! If you visit #Vegas, check out Palm Tree Beach Club. It's part of the Tao Group. We had a cabana and having your own pool, so convenient and offers a great place to chill out. Friendly service and will go again!!

If you go here, you'd better have plenty of sunscreen! There's little too NO shade, unless you drop big money and rent a seating area. Starting at $700, and even these places have the smallest umbrellas that give you minimal shade.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME ‼️‼️ Paying for a VIP table means nothing. SERVICE‼️ The service is terrible and the worst. The guy host by the entrance and our waitress, Alison, had zero hospitality. Alison had an attitude, and made us feel completely unwelcome, like she didn’t even like us. Her energy ruined the vibe. We came ready to have fun and spend money, but left full of regret. Drinks: 😠 Drinks are watered-down and full of ice. Without the ice, the pitcher is only half full, so it’s definitely not the full amount they advertise. Just look at our pitcher in the photo after pouring only one drink. That pitcher cost $136, and drinks can only be ordered in pitcher size. Food: 🤮 Limited selection and disappointing food. We’re not picky eaters. we can eat just about anything, but we struggled to find something appealing on the menu. The options were pretty limited, and when the food finally came, it just wasnt good. Definitely not worth the price. CROWD: 🥱 Boring‼️ The VIP cabanas were nowhere near fully booked and there were plenty sitting empty. And honestly, it’s not surprising. The VIP service was far from the VIP experience they advertise. We also noticed they were giving a lot of FREE general entrance ticket to bring in crowd. And there were also a lot of people leaving early, which says a lot about the overall vibe. Between the weak drinks, poor food, and underwhelming service, the hype just doesn’t match the reality. Definitely not worth the high price tag. Payment: 😔 One of the biggest letdowns was their policy of not accepting Mastercard onsite, despite the fact that I was able to use my Mastercard online to reserve and pay the deposit with no issue. Nowhere were we warned that it wouldn’t be accepted at the venue itself. We were already at the pool, ready to enjoy the day, and didn’t have any other credit card with us. They nearly REFUSED to serve us because of this, and even the manager couldn’t offer a solution or make an exception. IT WAS EMBERRASING AND STRESSFUL as I was already situated on the daybed. Thankfully, my husband happened to have his Visa debit card on him, or we might have been turned away entirely after already paying a deposit. It’s unacceptable for a supposedly VIP venue to have such poor communication and inflexible service, especially when it comes to something as basic as payment. It’s just another example of how badly they handle the VIP experience overall. NOT RECOMMENDED‼️🚫 Out of all the pool parties we’ve been to, this is the one we’ll NEVER NEVER NEVER come back to.

We had so much fun at Palm Tree Beach Club. We booked our table through Brian Phieffer. The booking was quick and seamless and our table was right in front of Tiesto! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will definitely be booking through Brian again in the future!

Unless you’re getting a cabana with the private pool access, this place was nasty. We went for the Zedd show, wasn’t aware he wasn’t there until the very very end so we never saw the set. Women’s bathrooms were full of puking girls and security, and the pool was packed like sardines boiling in hot water. Def go somewhere else with a bigger pool..

Reasonable minimum spend. $500 for a daybed but the craziest prices I've seen for bottles. 900 and 1700 for Tito's. Strange to get a table and have to far exceed the minimum spend to get 1 bottle. Bar was overwhelmed. First drinks took 15-20 min to arrive (again, not what I expect with a daybed). Nice venue and good crowd! Would give a second chance!
