Palma Suites Hotel Residence

This is a really nice place. Everything is clean and eclectically decorated. The staff were all lovely polite and helpful. We had a 3 person apartment over 3 levels. Twin beds and sofa bed both very comfy. No air con that we could work out but there is an excellent fan that kept us lovely and cool. It is really easy to walk to any of the sights of Palma. Really excellent place highly recommend

Had a 2 night fantastic stay with group of friends. |The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, and there was an amazing roof terrace. Well stocked kitchen. A welcome glass of cava. Very welcoming staff. Easy to check in and out. Loved it.

The apartments are centrally located and well equipped. A real home from home but with better weather!|Sitting on the roof terrace with a drink on Christmas day was a wonderful experience. We were able to see the cathedral and the sea - few better views in Palma. |Breakfast was freshly prepared and a bit different each day. |There’s a lovely bar on the ground floor. |Our month long visit started with a welcome drink as we checked in and ended with coffee by the pool. |Can’t wait to return.

The Palma Suites in Mallorca are a blend of the old and modern World. The moment you open the day, you are greeted with beautiful old World charm. Now we have all heard the expression ‘first impressions count the most,” and the Palma Suites management have taken this to heart. This was the first time we have ever been offered a free alcoholic beverage during check-in. Then when we opened the apartment door, a free bottle of local red wines, bottle of olives and a bag crisps welcomed our visit. We are already thinking 4-star and we haven’t even looked around yet.||The apartments are ultra-modern. Ours had a mezzanine bedroom and ensuite bathroom, so potentially hazardous stairs for the less mobile, but the apartments may not all be the same. The integral kitchen and living area, whilst small, seemed to work well. There was a breakfast bar with stools rather than a dining room table and chairs but again they were very functional. Three easy chairs and table, TV, safe and plenty of wardrobe space for coats, hats, bags etc. ||The kitchen had a large fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, cooktop and oven, but no microwave. Sufficient crockery and cutlery for about 3 days for a couple and enough pots and pans to prepare most meals.||Comfortable double bed and plenty of wardrobe space for your clothes. The bathroom, again whilst small, was functional, with a relatively large shower and plenty of towels and toiletries.||Our suite also had a washing machine but not all apartments have one. There are free washing machines and dryers on Level 2 for guest use. The Suites also have an impressive gym for the fitness fanatic and a small, cool-yourself pool and a pleasant sunbathing or relaxing are on the rooftop.||The Suites are located in a small, quiet square, but not far from the mass attractions of the old town, with its endless restaurants, bars, cafes and gift shops. The A1 bus to the airport also stops within an easy walk of the Suites.||Whilst there is a small supermarket within 150M, the prices are high, and it best only used for essentials. The main supermarket, Supermercado in the El Corte Ingles, is about 500M away on Avinguda d’Alexandre Rossello. This is an enormous modern supermarket that stocks everything, including an extensive collection of wines, pre-cooked food and everything else that could be consumed by man or woman. Worth a visit even if you are not shopping, but don’t tell your husband I told you!||So in summary, a modern apartment in a charming building, excellent and helpful staff, good facilities, great location, reasonable tariff. What more could you want? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent location in the old town with wonderful balcony which can overlook several sites and sea; nice receptionist lady upgrades our suite room and offers advice on parking. High recommended whether you are friends or families.

Stay Duration: - February 18th – 25th Positives: - Central location with a unique apartment concept - Stylish interior design - Exceptionally friendly staff - Nice rooftop to read and chill Room & Workspace Issues: - Prior email request for a spacious apartment with a dedicated workspace was not met - The assigned apartment (209) offered only a kitchen table in an open-plan layout - The apartment was very dark during the hole day - No private or additional work desk available, making it unsuitable for video calls or focused work Cleanliness & Facility Concerns: - Floor was found dirty upon arrival and again after a cleaning request (especially if you walk with white socks through the apartment) - The Bathroom is directly next to the bed which leads to early morning/night light disturbances for anyone who is sleeping - Unpleasant smell from the drain in the bathroom, likely due to a ventilation system that only works when the light is on Noise Considerations: - Direct exposure to busy street noise, especially if you have a room in the second floor. A room higher up or further from the street would be more suitable for work Overall Impression: Despite the hotel’s appealing design and service, the apartment is not ideal for guests needing a quiet, functional workspace. It didn’t fulfill my expectations for a price of 1.600 euros for a week. Communication: I sent my feedback via mail before this review and I got a nice response and that they will forward it to the right departments but they didn’t offer something to make it good.

We have just returned from a long weekend celebrating our special Anniversary. From the moment you enter this beautiful Hotel you are made to feel very welcome. Complementary Drinks on arrival. Our couples suite on the 4th floor was excellent and cleaned to a high standard daily. The position is quite, but very near a Square offering an excellent variety of restauarants. This Hotel is very well placed for exploring Palma on foot. The staff go over and above to ensure you have a very pleasant stay. My only criticism would be the lack of choice at Breakfast for an English person who is not used to a continental breakfast, however the quality of the food we did eat was excellent. We would definately recommend and return again.
