Palma Suites Hotel Residence

I recently stayed here and was so impressed. Honestly, it’s their staff that made all the difference in my 5 night stay. The rooms are lovely and stocked with everything you need to prepare a light meal in the kitchen. The facility is super clean and in a great location. The room had lots of closet space. There was a large motorized shade to darken the room- slept like a baby. I had breakfast in the hotel the first morning and it was lovely. I was on a bit of a budget so a few blocks away was a market. Plenty of cafes as well. NUME hair salon steps away and they are amazing. The roof top has amazing views and a great place to relax after a long day. Nice small bar in the lobby. I highly recommend staying here as it was so convenient.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at one of the suites. It was beautifully furnished, the rooftop was a great space for relaxing. The breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is listed located in a quiet area but still very convenient for the city sights. I really appreciated the reception staff too who were very helpful. This is our second time at staying at Palma Suites. We hope to return there again!

We had a fabulous stay at Palma Suites, we arrived to drinks of cava in the gorgeous reception area. We felt warmly welcomed particularly by Alfredo, Mateas and Maria.||The room was fantastic, split across three floors and very stylish. Myself and two sisters, one sleeping on the sofa bed had a great stay with a classy feel. Superb location as it was a bit tucked away in the old town so not noisy but so close to such a lot.|The roof terrace was a fab place to relax and unwind with the plunge pool, it wasn't a large space but certainly big enough for us to enjoy the lovely cava that had been gifted to us for having booked direct. ||We had some wonderful recommendations for food and things to do and the stay were so helpful in general.||We would nor hesitate to recommend Palma suites. And we'd love to return one day!

This was our sixth visit and we were warmly welcomed back by Alfredo and Maria with a glass of cava. Palma Suites is an old building that has been rehabilitated to a beautiful hotel containing around 35 suites. It has a lovely entrance with the reception, breakfast room and the bar. The top roof terrace has a great view in all directions, and it is so relaxing sitting there with a glass of vine and enjoying the sunset.|Palma Suites are situated in the old town of Palma and is surrounded by a lot of restaurants, bars, lovely cobblestone streets and old beautiful buildings. |All their employees are so dedicated to their work and want the best for their guests.|So coming back to Palma Suites is always a pleasure thanks to Katja, Micaela, Alfredo, Jaime, Mattias and Maria.

Returned to the Palma Suites after a 2 year break and it was like we had never been away.Fantastic warm welcome from the staff and a genuine feeling of being back home. Arrive mid-morning but nevertheless, by the time we had completed the usual check-in necessities and had a complementary welcome drink our suite was ready.|( we had contacted ,before to advise of our approx; arrival time)|The suite itself (506) was fabulously set out over two levels and had space in abundance, a great lounge, dining area , kitchen , 2 bathrooms,great storage and and although not needed by us sleeping space for 5. Everything you need in a home from home.|The roof top with its plunge pool and seating areas was as before a lovely space to rest at the end of the day as was the hotels bar. Although the hotel doesn't offer evening dining, there are so many great restaurants on the doorstep this really didn't matter.|great hotel, great location, will go back again and again.

We stayed the 5th floor of the hotel. I think it’s probably the staff rooms on the sixth and there were a lot of door banging throughout the day and even late at night which was so disturbing. For a 4 stay hotel with that price point I would expect the staff to be more considerate with noises and guest experience but it was just so annoying.

Fantastic apartment for our long weekend away. Friendly front office team. Breakfast superb, Didn't feel the cleaners were as good as the rest of the team but not bad. In room toilettries were lovely. Also washing up liquid and tea towels etc provided. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was a bit of a disappointment as yes it was rooftop but very small so couldn't actually swim, nonetheless great for a cooling dip. Hotel is in a quiet part of town but close to Cathedral, shops, restaurants and bars. We would come back again!

This was our second stay at Palma Suites, and it was just as great as the first. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is perfect, and the staff make you feel really welcome. The rooftop terrace is a lovely bonus, and the hotel has everything you need for a comfortable city stay. We’ll definitely be coming back again.
