Exceptional Service. I have stayed in many 4-5 star hotels but no hotel has treated me with this level of kindness and service. The staff are very helpful. Unlike other hotels they deliver the food up to your room. The response time of the staff is within minutes. The cleanliness is amazing. The beds AC toilet are perfect. 10/10 recommend

Amazing experience and wonderful stay. I was there for work and stayed a whole month and all this while. Everyone on the staff took extra care of me presented with everyday treat. The food was amazing i so muss their breakfast. They have wonderful cafe and restaurant close by which made the stay even more special. Special thanks to Ashba, Christian and everyone on reception they took best care of me.

Never stayed but a big fan of the dining options in the hotel

I’ve always loved Palmyard and have stayed here multiple times over the years, which is why I was so shocked when my jewelry was stolen just last Thursday. I left my necklace on the nightstand, and it was gone. What truly upset me was the staff’s lack of concern—they showed no interest in resolving the issue and acted as if I was inconveniencing them by asking for help. Instead of assisting, they made me search the room myself while they just stood and watched. The receptionist promised to look into it and ask the staff since I had to leave Bahrain, even giving me her personal number to follow up. But guess what? She’s been ghosting me ever since. It’s a cute hotel, but I wouldn’t trust the security—leave your valuables at home!

The place is soo cozy. Excellent service from arrival to departure. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was also perfect for my needs it was close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. And I would like to visit your hotel again for this outstanding experience.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The place is neat with excellent customer service. Wikum in particular has been incredibly gracious to take care of all of our needs during our stay. I am definitely coming back!
