We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. We brought our three kids with us and they lived it. The breakfast every morning was fantastic. All of the people that work there were so nice and helpful! There pool was beautiful and the kids loved swimming in it. You feel like you are in a giant tree house while staying here and it is very relaxing. They have added white lights around the area and it looks so amazing at night. We stayed in the two story room and the beds were nice. There was actually a lot of room and the bathroom was huge! They provided toilet paper which was nice because most places in Palawan do not have toilet paper. We also did the Honda Bay Island hopping your through Palo Alto and it was a great experience as well! We hope we can come back again.

A peaceful and relaxing place to stay in Puerto Princesa. The swimming pool and restaurant were really good. The service could have been better since we weren't given towels on the second day. The bedroom wasn't as good-looking as it was in the website pictures, but it was spacious and it had air conditioning. Otherwise, really satisfied with the experience. There are plenty of activities arranged by the hotel. We went to the underground river and the firefly sightseeing and we had a great time. They also offer massage services which you need to book 2 hours in advance. We loved the banana pancakes 🥞

The complimentary airport pickup is great, especially due to the rather remote location. The check-in was fast and easy and the rooms clean. We were only medium happy with the assistance for tour/restaurant bookings (little information/communication) and the room wasn't made during our two night stay. Furthermore a chair and hangers for clothes in the room would be much appreciated. Nevertheless we'd like to recommend this place highly, because people are so friendly, everything is clean and the breakfast is delicious.

The tour guide gave us false information about a tour, when we found out she demanded a 50% cancel fee just hours later, which we did pay but still... We also had 4 guys try to rob us down the street, it was scary. The location is not the best. However the rooms were clean, the rest of the staff was super sweet, the place was very pretty, the pool and conference room were very pretty upscale. The breakfast was surprisingly awesome.

A beautiful and serene hotel, for those who like an earthy vibe. The wood allegedly comes from sustainable plantations. All staff members were extremely polite and helpful. The room service could be better. For instance, just for the second day they forgot to provide shower towels in our room, even after explicitly requested.

It's a comfy boutique hotel tucked in one of the side streets off the main road in PP. Rooms are spacious, but our room did not have a place to hang our clothes. TV reception was spotty. The bathroom was but there was no place to hang clothes.and towels! Simple Filipino breakfast in included, as is airport service. The best part of this place is the pool, which under a beautiful old acacia tree.

Enjoyed our 3 days stay here although there isn't much to do in this city which isn't the hotels fault obviously. Breakfast was nice and the rooms were clean. Mattress was comfy and the bathroom was clean with hot water. Swimming pool was the best bit, specially with all the spare time we had.

This place is amazing. The staff was very friendly during our stay. Our family of 14 members stayed here for two nights. The service we received was fantastic. They picked us up from the airport, fed us and brought us back to an oasis in the rainforest of the Puerto Princesa. The rooms were very elegant and comforting. I slept like a baby. If you find you want to tour this area I highly recommend using the bed and breakfast during your stay. Simply Fantastic. Make sure you get whole package.
