The staff here was extremely accommodating and friendly. The prices were competitive and the atmosphere was calming. The showers were iffy and didn’t have sturdy locks which was a bummer. The hot tub and pool area should have been cleaner but it wasn’t too bad.

The spa itself is very clean, the private pool view was gorgeous. The steam room was lovely and there was no one else in there when I used it. My massage however was just okay. I got a deep tissue 60 minute massage. They pulled me 2 minutes after my appointment time (11:32) and ended exactly 1 min before (12:29) so with changing and addressing my needs it was only a 50 minute massage which was disappointing. Just overall wasn’t worth the price but amenities are nice.

Came here for a crystal perfume making class on my birthday. The class instructor was so sweet and well informed about the perfume making process. The spa is huge and a very clean facility. Free parking lot available. I suggest booking in advance as all their other classes such as yoga. Pasta making. Perfume and pool class fill up quickly. The classes are available for non hotel guests as well

The spa itself is really nice. The steam room and eucalyptus sprays were great and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The only issues I had were the showers not locking so I didn’t feel comfortable & my massage being way too soft. Felt like he was just oiling me up and moisturizing my skin lol. Definitely not worth the price for the massages but I’d definitely get a day pass in the future to use the spa.

I spent part of the day at Palo Verde Spa following a week of personal Therapy at Psychological Counseling, also in Scottsdale. It was my gift to myself for doing the hard work, and it was what my dreams are made of! I enjoyed a lovely 60 minute massage with Mandie (who is really just the loveliest human!) swimming in the pool, and soaking up sunshine. Loved that you could order poolside and wished I were hungry. Maybe next time!

Dani is the best if you’re looking for a true deep tissue/therapeutic massage. I am so sore but have so much more mobility. She was super knowledgeable too! As for the facilities, they are immaculate! We spent the whole day between the pool/relaxation room and it was perfect. What surprised me most was how delicious the food and drinks were. We got Chipotle Garlic Hummus, which came with seasoned pita and veggies which was the perfect light meal before an intense massage. Cannot recommend Palo Verde enough, one of the most relaxing days, and easily the best massage of my life!

OUTSTANDING experience. The best facial I've ever had with Maya (organic facial) she was awesome and an amazing therapeutic massage with Lisa. The entire experience was soothing, relaxing and unforgettable. Thank you Palo Verde! I look forward to visiting again!

Just had the best time at the Andaz Scottsdale but what made it great was the spa. The therapeutic massage by Jennifer is probably the top 3 massages I’ve ever had in my life. Maya was awesome as our facialist. Overall, the spa attendants are warm and friendly and highly attentive. I enjoyed being in a peaceful pool away from the main hotel. Highly recommend and I hope to be back!

Yelp
Really cute boutique spa. I love a good spa day. Nothing refreshes me more than hydrotherapy and some pool time. Big fan of all the Paradise Valley Spas. Wanted to try a new spa in my recent trip to the East Valley. Located a spa day pass on another app. Cost was worth it to me as this spa is 18 and up. Sometimes the day passes for pool are filled up with families. No thank you while on vacation mode. On this day, we arrived and self parked for free. Grabbed a brief tour. Settled in and headed straight for the gym. We enjoyed or workout and trying the Tonal system. Gym had all the basic necessities and more. The pool was divine. It was heated and the perfect temperature considering it was only 70 degrees out. We came in from freezing temperatures of Chicago so it was a warm up for us. After pool time in which we ordered food and drinks, then we did much needed individual self care. Had an awesome time in the steam room and outside hot tub. Note: no sauna. Finished my day with grooming. Enjoyed using their spa products. You need to bring nothing excepts face wash and facial lotion. They have everything else here. I would return to this spa. The cute snacks and individual loose leaf teas were a great addition. Food delivered to pool was decent, the side salad with the chicken wrap was better than the wrap. Truffle fries were amazing.

Yelp
Great spa. It was clean , relaxing and much needed . Staff was great ,the pool was warm and the steam room helped me breathe better. I'd recommend to anyone that needs to decompress

Yelp
I didn't get a treatment, but I was staying at the hotel and got a spa room which gave me free spa access. It worked pretty well, except one of the days the woman at the front of the spa didn't know anything about it so she needed to call the front desk. There aren't a lot of amenities, but I used what they had and relaxed in the relaxation room. My favorite was probably the spa pool.

Yelp
Peaceful and serene. I loved spending the day at the spa and pool. The staff was nice. I didn't care for the food (shrimp cobb and truffle fries). Great amenities and hygiene products. I would recommend.

Yelp
Just finished having a couples massage at the palo verde spa and apothecary! I love the Andaz, it is so cute and tucked away, so it's very relaxing. The spa is rather small, so it's quite intimate. We booked a classic massage and therapeutic, each 60 minutes. I loved that I got to pick my own scented massage oil, it made me feel very special. My masseuse, Jennifer, was so sweet and really took the time to listen to me and focused on the areas I needed. Such a cute place for a staycation and relaxation. All in all, we paid 404$ after tip. The cool thing about this spa is that they offer AZ residents a 15% discount, which is so refreshing because I hate paying snowbird prices . We have also dined at the restaurant they have and it was great. ANDAZ is slowly but surely becoming a favorite spot of ours!

Yelp
So peaceful and calm. We had amazing therapeutic massages! My muscles felt so much better. We really enjoyed our staycation. Perfect for a smaller boutique spa.

Yelp
My husband and I were looking forward to our couples massage. However, on the day of the appointment, I woke up feeling unwell with a fever and later tested positive for COVID-19. Despite our situation, we were charged the full amount and unable to reschedule. While I understand that each business has its own policies, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the lack of flexibility, especially as new customers who had never canceled before. I've heard positive experiences from friends who encountered similar situations at Spa Avania, where they were graciously allowed to reschedule after falling ill. We don't plan to get sick and would hope for some grace. We spent a lot of money on our massage (money we don't usually spend) so it's a disappointing outcome. Also we called multiple times and nobody would pick up during business hours so we resorted to leaving voicemails and waiting to be called back.

Yelp
Just signed up for a massage- seems like it will be highly relaxing! Located inside of Andaz resort this little gem is quiet and relaxing with friendly staff!

Yelp
this place is the absolute worst spa i've ever been to. the photos are nonsense, they do not offer any outdoor services or half the services on the list bc they're "sold out". we were the only people there and the place was "sold out". the massage people will just rub, pat and professionally moisturize your body with cold oil. no massaging whatsoever. oh but if your lucky she'll stick her fingernail in ur foot for a few seconds. they give u a "foot scrub" before u start. you get to sit in a hard home depot chair and stuck your feet into a plastic bucket from the dollar store for a few seconds. the scrub is not a scrub at all, just some red powder from a plastic bag. my masseuse made sure to drop her phone on the floor twice and put it on the massage table where i'm laying. also she wouldn't stop farting. the room stunk but maybe that's her personal aromatherapy treatment. she washed her hands during the massage splashing water so noisily bc i guess she couldn't wait to leave. don't waste your money. Scottsdale's supposed to be known for the spas but not this one! i told the lady at the check in about the phone nonsense and she couldn't have cared less. "oh ok. sorry..?" what i didn't mention bc clearly it would have been irrelevant to them, was that she took her uniform off and was in her normal clothes. i happened to open my eyes and she was in a pink tube top. professionalism is NOT a priority at all. i get a better massage at my local nail salon.
