Our stay was comfortable, really felt at home. Clean rooms. Complementary breakfast was good enough. Good location. Staff were polite & friendly. Will definitely recommend this place for friends & family.

I am from Kerala.I visited the place for treatment in Tata Memorial Hospital. The service from the reception was good. They assured me the room while online booking and got a nice service. But during the check in time we had a lot of luggage and I had to pick up some them to take it to the room which was in first floor. During check out I had to pick up all of them and carry myself.

I could give them minus ratings if possible. Mr.joshi at the reception is very arrogant and stubborn. Will never visit again. I request everyone to skip this hotel.

Fairly good experience. I got the executive suite for 3000 Per night which includes a small breakfast. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and the staff was also helpful. Food from the canteen could be improved, the taste was subpar.

I went to Mumbai for meeting. This is the best hotel for single person. I would definitely recommend this hotel, rooms are clean, bathroom are clean with hot water. Basic breakfast is served. Overall a good hotel for affordable price. For single person they charged 2200 which is good price in mumbai.

The location of the hotel is good because it is close to the hospital and its price was written on the internet at around 3000, but when I went by myself to see the hotel and when I asked about the price of the room at the reception I think because I am a foreigner the price has changed and I heard an employee whispering to the receptionist to increase the price because I understand a little of the Hindi language and he told me that the price It is 3700. Why this manipulation? I was unfortunately frustrated and left .. The reception staff should be reviewed because they are pushy

The hotel has a lift but you still have to walk one flight up. Otherwise the rooms are spacious. You can get your own drinks and have them in the room. The hotel is just on the main road but the entrance is kind of hidden but it is just next to Union bank of India.
