I am single lady who stay for 5 day paid 15,000 thousand my experience not good with this hotel 1 day tv is not working then remote were missing i told them lots of time but still not get it then horrible experience with the restaurant attendant every day he talks so rudely over all hotel is good stay but my request to the owner tell attendant to polite with everyone it will be good for a hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had great experience.The rooms are pretty clean and well-maintained,and the service was very good.The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.one of the best part is it is located near lalbagcha raja pandal!

Had a pleasant stay at Pals Hotel, great spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, good service. They also have a cafe in-house which serves good food! Will definitely recommend this place.

The rooms are very affordable. Obviously it's Mumbai, so you can't expect a much larger area. Overall nice experience

It was nice experience while staying this hotel. Rooms are clean. All staffs are well behaved and very helpful. Foods are healthy and fresh. But the things I didn't like that is delaying food services and sensor light idea at for bathroom. Otherwise, this place is good to stay within low budget, and location is also good for TMC patients.

Fairly good experience. I got the executive suite for 3000 Per night which includes a small breakfast. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and the staff was also helpful. Food from the canteen could be improved, the taste was subpar.
