It was magnificent our room was an expensive one and was everything and more then expected. The view amazing the shower incredible and the room set up i ask for was one point. Was the most romantic weekend ever with my gorgeous girl. The lounge club was beautiful food great , the drinks and the special little nibbles nothing short of fantastic. We'll definitely be back and back in the expensive room. Money we'll spent

As a regular visitor of this hotel it never disappoints. Only improvements I could recommend is to the Room Service Menu, to include more standard menu options rather than trying to impress with bold dishes. Also as the shop next door closes early, it would be good if the hotel had some snacks etc available for purchase, otherwise there is a fair walk to the next available shop. The rooms are of a good standard, and clean. However it is clear that the hotel will need renovation in the coming years to avoid it slipping in standard.

We stayed one night at Pan Pacific Melbourne after arriving from the airport, and it was exactly what we needed: elegant, relaxing, and hassle-free. I stayed on level 13 of pan pacific on Saturday 20th of September. The view was amazing staff so helpful and delightful to talk with, the housekeeping was amazing everything was shining and the bed was so comfy. As I left a housekeeper greeted my morning, what a lovely stay. I will only be staying at pan pacific melbourne, this hotel and the housekeeping I give a massive 6 stars. Thankyou for making the room so delightful to stay in.

Went to their High Tea for a birthday celebration. Really love the food selection and I liked how they had catered to my dietary requirements and made a customised set of food. The ambience was wonderful and you could see overview on the windows. The wait staff, Jennifer, was very attentive to us and such a lovely person with chatting with us and ensuring we were comfortable. Really appreciate her service! Highly recommend and would love to go again! ❤️

A Great Stay at Pan Pacific - A Breakfast to Remember! Our stay at Pan Pacific was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and offered breathtaking views-an ideal place to unwind. The real standout, however, was the breakfast buffet-an experience not to be missed. The spread was impressive, with an abundance of choices to satisfy every craving. Think warm, flaky croissants, crisp French baguettes, an elegant selection of charcuterie, and a full English breakfast with all the trimmings. Eggs? Have them any way you like-perfectly poached, fluffy scrambled, or made to order. Add to that the vibrant fresh fruit platters, freshly squeezed juices, and for a touch of indulgence, chocolate fountains and Connoisseur ice cream-yes, even at breakfast! A luxurious and delicious start to the day that’s well worth waking up for.

Stayed for two nights in August 2025. Reception staff were friendly as were all the other staff that I encountered. Amazing views over the city. The gym was so clean and tidy with excellent facilities available. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay here again for sure. Express checkout was excellent.

I've stayed here three times over the past 6 months and have consistently had a wonderful experience. From check-in, the concierge and receptionists have been so welcoming and caring. Everyone greets you and ensures your stay begins on a positive note. They have a huge lobby with a lot of seating, usually decorated, the decor is lovely, and they have a water bottle filling station. The restaurant is connected to the right side and while I have never eaten here, I have heard good things. I've stayed in rooms on different floors but have always had a nice view of the Yarra river, even on the lower rooms that have the bottom view partially blocked from the roof of the mall. The sun rise does make the room hot but the electronic shade helps a lot! The evening views are beautiful and you can see the fire show from a few blocks down. The rooms are nice and spacious and has a lot of amenities like a mini bar, big tv, French press, desk, couch, toiletries, and bath robes. It's always been very clean at each of my stays. The bathroom is gorgeous! I love the tub with the complimentary bath salts and the open shower next to it. The toilet has a separate door for more privacy if you are staying with another person, and there's a night light in there for convenience. The location is great! The DF mall is connected and only a few steps out the front of the hotel. There's a convenience store and ATM just to the right when you walk out, which is so helpful! The convention center is right across the street, along with the huge parking structure that the hotel will discount for you if you rent a car. Along the river, there are tons of restaurants and bars (only 1-2 min walk from the hotel). Everything is so convenient! You can walk down to the casino to catch the tram if you're going further. Lovely hotel and staff. I highly recommend staying here. This is the only place I would stay at when in Melbourne.

The Pan Pacific Melbourne absolutely exceeded my expectations--everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to give 100%. The location is also clutch. Sure, it's not as close as the Crown Royale, but it's quieter and just a hop to all the other bars, restaurants and such off the water. Proximity to the convention center is clutch, and it's also easy to get to the airport from the main roads.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at in Melbourne. Great location. Right next door to south wharf DFO. Car parking can be expensive but DFO retailers give u a half price voucher when you buy something and the hotel gives you a voucher to reduce overnight parking to about $20 a night. The rooms at the Pan Pacific are very nice. The beds are amazing just like sleeping in a cloud. Have had the buffet breakfast a couple of times it's not bad but is better value if included in the accommodation package. The hotel is decorated lovely and often has works of art or exhibits on display in the foyer. There is also plenty of eateries at the back of the hotel on the waterfront to grab a beer or meal from.

I used to stay here when it was the Hilton from when it was brand new and nothing has changed building wise. It is a little aged in the fact that some items in the room show wear but as far as room comfort goes, it's terrific. The beds are so comfortable, the air conditioning is great and the block out blind is terrific. The bathrooms are beautiful and everything is 100% spotless. The staff are absolutely fantastic - you couldn't come across friendlier or more helpful people and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. When my son and I checked in we were chatting with the receptionist and she found out we'd just spent the day moving house and she immediately went on to offer ice creams to us both. It was little things like that, they made our stay feel very personalised. The only thing I can criticise is their food prices. My son and I had room service for dinner and for the 2 of us (my son having a kids meal) it was $94!! We didn't order drinks but my son did order a little tub of ice cream and I ordered a proper dessert. There was nothing wrong with the food but it wasn't great. And for the price I expected to be completely blown away. The next morning we were leaving the hotel and we had a 5 hour drive ahead of us so we decided to just grab something small from their cafe and yet again we were faced with inflated food prices. My coffee was $6 and my son's milkshake was $6.50. I got a slice and he got a toasted croissant and it was $31 in total. Our stay was lovely and I would definitely come back again, but in summary, stay here but don't eat here!
