**Title: An Unforgettable Stay at Pan Pacific Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pan Pacific Hotel, and I can confidently say it surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the elegantly designed lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and an impeccable level of service that set the tone for my entire visit. **Facilities**: The amenities at Pan Pacific are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center and the stunning pool area, which provided a perfect place to unwind. The spa services were also a highlight, offering a wide range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. **Location**: The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. I found myself within walking distance of several attractions, shopping areas, and vibrant dining options. The staff was also incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for local spots and arranging transportation. **Service**: Above all, it was the staff that truly made this experience memorable. Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had the best possible stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make me feel welcome.

This was our second visit to Pan Pacific on a Luxury Escape deal. It did not disappoint again. The room with a view of the Yarra and the City was absolutely beautiful.|The staff have to be one of the most friendliest in Melbourne. We even recognised staff from our last stay which was 8 months ago. We had dinner in the restaurant which was great quality and service. The buffet breakfast was great and very busy but very easy to navigate. Sparkling wine on check-in in the foyer was a lovely bonus. Can't wait to stay there again.

Another amazing stay at Pan Pacific! Arrived at the hotel & was greeted by Mark who helped us with our bags. James at reception was able to accommodate an early check-in. Staff in the club lounge we again fantastic. Fantastic service from Nelli, Beau, Raff & Luca in the club lounge for breakfast. We were able to order eggs & the food selection on offer was vast & tasty. Evening canapes service was also amazing, James & Danny did a great job. The range of food available is always a big plus for us when choosing Pan Pacific. Check-out was super easy with the help of Vaidehi. We are always welcomed with big smiles by all staff & have always felt like they care about the guests experience. Well done to all the team & we look forward to staying again soon

I had an exceptional stay. I was upgraded to a suite, and the food in the club lounge was exquisite. The canapés were delectable, and the breakfast was excellent. I extend my gratitude to Pan Pacific and the entire staff for providing an outstanding experience from the moment I checked in at the front desk. The upgrade to a suite was a delightful surprise, and the staff’s kindness was evident throughout my stay. The evening food and drinks were also highly impressive.

We stayed 6D5N in Pan Pacific Melbourne. |Our room was clean and spacious. It also had the view of the Yarra River.|Just next to the hotel was the outlet mall where we could easily shop and have a quick bite.|Only a small downside was the hotel was not in the CBD area so whenever we wanted to travel to the CBD, we had to take a 5mins walk to the tram stop at the bridge and take the trams into the city.|We realised we were spending a lot of time in the CBD area so probably in future we would get a hotel in the CBD area only.|However still great service and accommodation :) Truly enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed one night at Pan Pac Melbourne but could do more. I arrived late in the afternoon and was promptly checked into my room. Taxi costs about $50 using rideshare from Tullamarine. It is connected to both the convention Center and DFO. Avid shoppers may want to consider. ||As a perk from my membership, i was given a double upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite with club lounge access and free breakfast. What an experience! The rooms was so spacious and quality as expected from PP. The master room had a superb king bed with an ensuite while the twin room had another bathroom. The lounge and dining table made our stay so much more comfortable. ||For dinner, we headed downstairs to Dock 37. We ordered a kids pasta, curry barramundi and Fremantle octopus. All dishes were exquisite. They were generous with the pasta and the greens for the kids. The sauce for the barramundi was awesome. I really enjoyed the curry. For the octopus, i do feel like the sauce covered up the taste of the grill but still a great dish nonetheless. The dinner was great value for me with the benefits. Wife and i agreed that the food here was so much better than that at the vineyard we visited.||Breakfast at the club lounge was a quiet affair. I was greeted by the front staff and coffee was served shortly after. The breakfast at club lounge were mostly western selection. Fantastic scrambled eggs, bacons and hash browns, with views to match. Love their seats too, very spacious. Unfortunately did not the canapes but hope to get a chance next time. Huge selection at Dock 37. I recall seeing porridge, fresh juice, ice cream, fried rice etc. || feedback for improvement: |1. the bathroom is not heated and it does get really cold after my shower. ||Overall a great hotel. I would stay here again if i visit Melbourne. Thanks guys till next time.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful the whole time. The hotel was exceptionally clean too. ||The view from the room, premier king, was absolutely amazing. Looking over the Yarra into the City and Southbank. Definitely one of the best parts of the stay (along with the blackout blinds). And the location couldn’t be better—it’s really close to a bunch of shops and restaurants. ||That said, I’m not totally sure I’d call it a five-star hotel. It was great overall, but some of the little details, such as the wear on furniture and amenities didn’t quite match what I’d expect from a true five-star place. It may sound picky but things such as soft close toilet seats and doors (it was quite noisey from the corridor). Still, it was a really good experience.

Very nice business hotel right beside the convention center. We enjoy walking cities. The hotel is not in the "downtown" but in a great place to start to explore. We walked as far as the botanical gardens and all over the city. We didn't take advantage of the amenities the hotel offered. Neat views of the harbor if you are on a high enough floor.

Yelp
I've stayed here three times over the past 6 months and have consistently had a wonderful experience. From check-in, the concierge and receptionists have been so welcoming and caring. Everyone greets you and ensures your stay begins on a positive note. They have a huge lobby with a lot of seating, usually decorated, the decor is lovely, and they have a water bottle filling station. The restaurant is connected to the right side and while I have never eaten here, I have heard good things. I've stayed in rooms on different floors but have always had a nice view of the Yarra river, even on the lower rooms that have the bottom view partially blocked from the roof of the mall. The sun rise does make the room hot but the electronic shade helps a lot! The evening views are beautiful and you can see the fire show from a few blocks down. The rooms are nice and spacious and has a lot of amenities like a mini bar, big tv, French press, desk, couch, toiletries, and bath robes. It's always been very clean at each of my stays. The bathroom is gorgeous! I love the tub with the complimentary bath salts and the open shower next to it. The toilet has a separate door for more privacy if you are staying with another person, and there's a night light in there for convenience. The location is great! The DF mall is connected and only a few steps out the front of the hotel. There's a convenience store and ATM just to the right when you walk out, which is so helpful! The convention center is right across the street, along with the huge parking structure that the hotel will discount for you if you rent a car. Along the river, there are tons of restaurants and bars (only 1-2 min walk from the hotel). Everything is so convenient! You can walk down to the casino to catch the tram if you're going further. Lovely hotel and staff. I highly recommend staying here. This is the only place I would stay at when in Melbourne.

Yelp
The Pan Pacific Melbourne absolutely exceeded my expectations--everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to give 100%. The location is also clutch. Sure, it's not as close as the Crown Royale, but it's quieter and just a hop to all the other bars, restaurants and such off the water. Proximity to the convention center is clutch, and it's also easy to get to the airport from the main roads.

Yelp
One of my favorite hotels to stay at in Melbourne. Great location. Right next door to south wharf DFO. Car parking can be expensive but DFO retailers give u a half price voucher when you buy something and the hotel gives you a voucher to reduce overnight parking to about $20 a night. The rooms at the Pan Pacific are very nice. The beds are amazing just like sleeping in a cloud. Have had the buffet breakfast a couple of times it's not bad but is better value if included in the accommodation package. The hotel is decorated lovely and often has works of art or exhibits on display in the foyer. There is also plenty of eateries at the back of the hotel on the waterfront to grab a beer or meal from.

Yelp
I used to stay here when it was the Hilton from when it was brand new and nothing has changed building wise. It is a little aged in the fact that some items in the room show wear but as far as room comfort goes, it's terrific. The beds are so comfortable, the air conditioning is great and the block out blind is terrific. The bathrooms are beautiful and everything is 100% spotless. The staff are absolutely fantastic - you couldn't come across friendlier or more helpful people and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. When my son and I checked in we were chatting with the receptionist and she found out we'd just spent the day moving house and she immediately went on to offer ice creams to us both. It was little things like that, they made our stay feel very personalised. The only thing I can criticise is their food prices. My son and I had room service for dinner and for the 2 of us (my son having a kids meal) it was $94!! We didn't order drinks but my son did order a little tub of ice cream and I ordered a proper dessert. There was nothing wrong with the food but it wasn't great. And for the price I expected to be completely blown away. The next morning we were leaving the hotel and we had a 5 hour drive ahead of us so we decided to just grab something small from their cafe and yet again we were faced with inflated food prices. My coffee was $6 and my son's milkshake was $6.50. I got a slice and he got a toasted croissant and it was $31 in total. Our stay was lovely and I would definitely come back again, but in summary, stay here but don't eat here!
