Had a really lovely 5 nights stay at Pan Pacific Perth and honestly, the staff made it next-level. Some of the most polite, genuinely kind and helpful people I’ve come across at a hotel. Special shoutout to Maarja-Liis who was so accommodating and warm, she really stood out. My room was one of the older rooms but it was one of the biggest rooms I’ve stayed in with a lovely river view. The breakfast buffet was great and having a proper barista coffee included just makes it feel even more worth it. Also super convenient that there’s hotel’s paid parking right next door. The hotel is not too far from Elizabeth Quay /freeways/airport. I had access to the Pacific Club Lounge and that was amazing - the canapés were so generous they could easily pass as dinner, and the staff there were just as lovely. Overall, highly recommend and would absolutely stay again when in Perth. Next time I’d love to stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms too.

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, and the check-in staff were kind enough to accommodate us before the standard check-in time, which we truly appreciated. We were given a corner room that was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view overlooking the street on one side and the ocean on the other. We had breakfast at the hotel for 4 days. While the selection was the same each morning, we still enjoyed it. We stayed over the Christmas period, and it felt like a relaxing staycation for us. The atmosphere was calm, chill, and perfect for unwinding. The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to Elizabeth Quay. We enjoyed walking to the harbour every evening to watch the sunset. Overall, we found Pan Pacific Perth to be a great deal in terms of location, luxury, and the friendliness of the staff.

Lovely time, friendly and professional staff from receptionist to valet. The bed was so comfortable. Warm shower and fluffy bathrobe. Breakfast at Monty's $28 for buffet, good variety and had a wonderful egg station chef, ( small gluten free section but options) Yummy mushrooms, tomato, eggs and honey. We were so lucky to have a beautiful view of Ascot to views the NYE fireworks. The end of a magical evening!

All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and classy. I love the beautiful interior colour and design, sofa and bed. Both the sofa and bed were very comfortable. It is very comfortable to sit on the sofa and have the food which was delivered by the in room dining service. Both the room and the toilet are very spacious and luxurious. Toilet interior is very classy with the marble finishing. I love Pan Pacific's Jo Love's Mango Thai Lime toiletries (body lotion, body wash and hand wash). I have to admit that I fell in love with the smell. It was so rejuvenating whenever I smelled it . Pan Pacific Perth's Hainanese Chicken Rice and Red Snapper dishes were so tasty. Overall, my stay in Pan Pacific Perth was a very comfortable and memorable one. I will stay in Pan Pacific Perth next time. I would like to thank the hotel for creating a very pleasant memory for me.

Filthy room dust everywhere. Only 1 robe and 1 towel in a room for 2 adults. Empty mini bar. The sauna was disgusting with broken tiles and mould. The pool was poorly kept. They still haven't returned my bond 8 days later and still charged full price even tho I didn't get a wink of sleep. Would not recommend.

Overall the room is new with modern design. But there are certain design issues. 1. The toilet washing basin stand is too high.  2. The toilet bowl seat is too high. The tissue holder is shaky. 3. There is no water stopper to block shower water flowing to toilet bowl area. 4. The feature light next to the coffee/tea table is too bright for a cosy atmosphere 5. The two pillows are too thick m. At least one thin pillow should be provided. 6. Monty restaurant can consider more varieties for breakfast buffet. It needs a refurbishment to make it brighter. The serving kitchen counter is a bit squeezing for displaying food. 7. Room door lock cannot seal easily. It needs repair.

Yelp
This review is for the Lobby Cafe attached to the Pan Pacific Hotel. Super friendly staff. Great variety of pastries, snacks, hot and cold beverages. I stopped in and was amazed by the breathtaking display. There was a huge Christmas gingerbread display the patisserie chef made - in the lobby cafe. It had working lights and all. Very sparkly and tempting to stick your finger on it hahah. The barista Moe was such a friendly gal. All smiles and laughs. It is a very inviting lobby area and the decor inside is immaculate. Thank you for making me smile!

Yelp
The good: - Amazing buffet breakfast which was included in our stay. - Decent selection of tap beers at the bar The Bad - my room was in disrepair with cracks/ hole in the shower, carpet patches - there was hair in several parts of the bathroom Not from me - thin walls, I could hear the room next to me the entire week - the bar closed fairly early during the week even when we had 20-30 people wishing to have a drink - the lifts were a wait at times. Apparently 2 of the lifts get locked down for executive floors randomly. Not good when a few dozen people are trying to make the same bus!

Yelp
I got a spacious executive room with a great view of the marina at Pan Pacific Perth. While the room was very spacious, the room felt a bit clammy and way smaller than it looked. I think it was that the room had very low ceilings, and the colors were a bit drab. This was just a vibe, rather than real issues with any of the amenities. Though everything in the room seemed to be worn and aged.. almost an outdated vibe that didn't match the modernness of their lounge. All the employees I've interacted with were perfect!

Yelp
I gave this hotel 5 stars because it is a 5* hotel, but also because it deserves 5 stars from my experience of it. I stayed here recently with my boyfriend as we booked the room under a great offer they had going on at the time (they often have offers and deals on for rooms so keep an eye out for those!). The room cost $300 on a Saturday night which is superb for a 5* in the city centre (fantastic location too btw). We were given a room on one of the top floors with absolutely spectaular views - none of that 'give the 'offer roomers' the bottom floor by the carpark' malrkey! As well as the beautiful views out the window, the rooms themselves are very easy on the eye. The decor isn't the generic cream walls and old floral throws like most hotels - it has a boutique feel to it. The hotel also boasts a really nice gym and pool area, but you would have to be in the pool in the afternoon/evening to get the sun because of where it's positioned. We left the hotel and went for something to eat in the CBD because meals in there were far too rich for our blood, but we had a tremendous experience during our stay nonetheless!

Yelp
This hotel is absolutely incredible! If I could give it more than 5 stars I most certainly would. For $240 I couldn't of asked for anything more - spectacular views, comfortable bed, VERY CLEAN, modern and stylish. The gym look fabulous (not that I used it) and the pool area was gorgeous too, however it didn't receive that much sunlight. Although that didn't matter because we had a very lovely and super relaxing spa bath in our hotel room; and the room service, which we had for breakfast was delicious, perfect way to leave after a thoroughly enjoyable night. Would definitely book here again!!

Yelp
What gal doesn't love a high tea complete with tiered trays of delicate little goodies, glasses of bubbly, and fine china cups of scented teas served by wait staff wearing pristine white gloves? Origins in the Pan Pacific has earned a reputation for serving up fine fare with excellent service, so our group of eight booked in with high expectations. We weren't disappointed. The neutral decor, incandescent light fittings and expansive windows, combine to create a light, airy feeling, and the tall-backed chairs added to the comfort factor. Our wait-person introduced himself and started pouring bubbly without breaking stride. Gotta love a man who knows a way to a girl's heart. Our first course was quickly presented: a refreshingly different glass of strawberry and basil gazpacho, a potato and seafood croquette, a tiny seafood tart with lovely buttery pastry, and a slice of something that I'm sure was delicious (everything was) but for the life of me I can't remember what it was. Tea was poured into our china cups and the bubbly continued to flow freely. Whilst teas were selected according to the food served, you could choose any others from the tea menu. Lychee was the crowd favourite. When our tiered plates arrived the oohs and aahs were audible, and I'm happy to say the goodies tasted as scrumptious as they looked. The bottom tier held the savoury treats: coronation chicken sandwiches, smoked salmon open sandwiches, cheese and sweet chutney rounds, and mashed egg on brioche. The second tier of chocolate mud cake with pretty pink icing, chocolate mousse cups and squares of lemon-layered sponge, was equally enticing. The top tier was reserved for the ubiquitous scones, and these light little creations were the chocolate chip variety, served of course with whipped cream and pots of jam. Another mini chocolate tart kept it company on the top tier. Origins was a fun experience, made all the better by a few glasses of sparkling and good quality food. All of this loveliness was ours for the reasonable cost of $49 per person. Ours was the first and the cheaper of two Sunday sittings, and it all ran like a well-oiled machine, albeit a very delicious one. We all concurred that this is one of the better quality high tea venues with charming and efficient service, thoughtful and delicious food offerings, and a refined but relaxing atmosphere. I can't think of a better way to spend a lazy Sunday.

Yelp
Went to a conference here and was impressed at the quality of the food provided. I am used to horrendous overcooked tasteless gluten free options but these guys put a bit more effort than more conference centres. We enjoyed a tender rare door stop piece of beef fillet with a potato rosti and red wine jus, for dessert the plate was as pretty as a picture with a hazelnut cake (gluten free) accompanied with a scoop of creamy pistachio icecream. Delicious Last year we stayed at the hotel in a Club room and found the rooms to be newly appointed clean and spacious. The Club facilities are worthwhile with complimentary drinks and canapes.

Yelp
Never heard of this place before. Apparently it's a chain. Got a decent rate via Priceline.com and was quite surprised. The room was very nice and comfortable. They offer Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and their business center contains two Windows PCs and two IMAC's. The staff were OK. To be specific the check in staff. However, The bellhops and service staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right by a river or lake and I literally saw a airplane takeoff from the water. Honestly, You can't go wrong with this place I recommend it.

Yelp
High tea was phenomenal! Food was delicious. Great balance between sweet and savoury. I loved the quiche and also the choc espresso tart. Although it was all so scrumptious! The tea itself complemented the food beautifully. I didn't want it to end!

Yelp
Went here for a work conference this weekend and was very impressed. The rooms were spacious, very well presented and most importantly clean. My view was nice also especially during sunrise. The staff are very helpful and professional. I was very impressed by the quality of food and service during our gala dinner on the Saturday night. Would definitely be coming back here again.

Yelp
By far the Pan Pacific is the best hotel in the CBD. I have stayed at countless hotels over my time, however the Pan Pacific Perth has brought a whole new level of accommodation to the Perth CBD. My wife and I will only stay here now and we ensure we spend the little extra and stay in the club rooms where you are invited to the lounge for an assortment of canapés, wine, beer, cheese, coffee and the list goes on. The rooms are immaculate and huge! The bath is big enough for the two of us and the bathroom is massive. There is a separate lounge room to the bedroom and multiple TVs. The foyer is lovely, the staff are friendly and there's a reasonably priced Valet service. You get Virgin Australia points when staying and also offered to join their GHD Discovery rewards program. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Yelp
Four stars for conferencing facilities. A mad mix of browns, golds, black and plush reds. A bit luxurious like and in a lot of ways quite good at detaching you from your routine so as to focus on the business of the day. Could imagine plenty of ash trays, fireplaces and stuffed animals in the business days of yore.

Yelp
I reviewing the catering at the pan pacific for the Glenfraclas Whisky dinner absolutely superb! He entree was scotch quail egg, frois gras on some pastry the second course one of the best salmon dishes I had with pray cracker bits and little spinach. 3rd course was duck and goats cheese very nice followed by marcel dish. Deserts were assortment high tea and dry ice bed ice cream.

Yelp
Nice hotel. Friendly and quick staff. Nice room. Parking is insanely expensive - 50/day for valet or 30 each time you self park! The shower kinda leaked all over the bathroom floor because they use a swinging glass door as the barrier - right at the hinge water gets all over the place. Room was nice. Linens were nice. Gym was good. Staff were excellent. Pool is just average to low end. Location is pretty.

Yelp
One of the nicer hotels I've stayed at. Big lobby with nice bar. Restaurant is good. Rooms nice with great beds and bathrooms. Shoe shine and vanity kits a nice touch. Worth checking out!

Yelp
This is an as expected hotel. There is nothing fancy, the rooms are standard the food is standard and the service is standard. The restaurant isn't anything to write home about but it isn't terrible. The gym is probably the only thing that this hotel has over the next door Novotel. Location is good too, great for walks along the swan.

Yelp
Never again, awesome location but for what your paying definitely not value for money. Does not feel 5 star at all! We had a king delux room, breakfast is not included, you have to pay for movies and wifi is only free in the lobby. Furnishings in the room were dated and although The bed was comfy thats about the only positive. Waited 50 mins for room service, amd the food was cold when it got to us. Repeatedly rang down for an ice bucket before finally just giving up. Would never recommend this hotel or stay again, there 5 star rating needs a serious review!

Yelp
Stayed here for my anniversary and it was really nice! My partner cut his hand on the bath plug though and it got infected :/
