Pan Pacific Perth

The club room dinner is amazing food! Drinks great too. Best food I’ve ever had in a club room!! It was so delicious, so much effort put in by the staff! Breakfast was good too, I like how you can order your eggs. Pool was so warm heated it was fabulous for the family.

We’re here celebrating our anniversary and we wanted a hotel that was affordable and lovely. The staff are amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful. We’re currently in one of the newer rooms on level 23 and the views are magical. Our only regret is that we didn’t budget for breakfast one morning, because other guests have told us how wonderful it is. We have taken the self parking option and have never had a problem finding a spot. If I could give this hotel a rating greater than 5 then I would. My wife used the gym every day and we both used the pool. Excellent hotel. We also took advantage one evening of the room service and the food and service was excellent. What a great hotel and not too far from the heart of the CBD.

Rooms getting a little dated on some floors. Club lounge not staffed on our visit as they were doing training. We had to ask the front desk for them to restock the Portuguese Tarts, which was a good move because the were awesome! Good on street parking free between 6pm and 8am.

We celebrated our anniversary at Pan Pacific Perth and it was truly memorable! We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite and the hospitality we received was exceptional. The before dinner drinks and canapés included with our stay were absolutely delicious. Although there were renovations going on, the gentleman who checked us in ensured we were away from any noise, making our stay peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and attention to detail!

Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Redeemed birthday treat. We were given an upgrade. A birthday cake with macarons was waiting when we checked into the room. The team made me feel special. ||The breakfast buffet spread was excellent with a good spread covering all the different diets. The restaurant options are amazing. We dined at the Mas Vino and Uma restaurant. Both restaurants had exemplary choices of dishes. The customer service and the food were beyond expectation. ||The place is right in the city's centre, giving accessibility to all prime spots within walking distance. ||Hats off to the team. Highly recommend the place!!!

A nicely renovated hotel with great service. Nice rooms as you would expect,did exactly what they said they would.Location to the main area of Perth is an easy walk as well as the mint and ferry. Bar food was great value and large portions. Happy hour well worth it! Thanks for a lovely stay.

First time to stay at Pan Pacific and was pleasantly surprised. Our room was one of the newly renovated rooms and it was nice. Had a great view of river. The sports bar had a good atmosphere, nice and casual and comfortable. The service was good. The lay out not the best. The toilets are a long way from the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast was good but a bit more selection would be great like waffles or even some rice. The hotel still under renovation but it didn't really bother us that much. Only reason I give 4 starts and not 5 is because of the renovations and the pool is small and very old and outdated.. All in all it was a pleasant stay

My families and I enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Pan Pacific Perth. We were greeted by Miss Srini and she carried out a very good check in. We had 2 refurbished rooms on 20th floor. The rooms are great. |The breakfast was served with nice food and nice people. We loved the fresh fruits juices and fried rice.|We met a cheerful Miss Susan who is very sociable and added flavour to our breakfast.|Miss Maarja is very attentive and caring, she adviced us to carry umbrellas and she made sure it can handle the winds.|Mr Grant is a happy man. Great to chat with him |The duty manager Mr Lobzang is very efficient and quick. He moved me to another room very quickly because my neighbour was making lots of noise.|The check out was very smooth and Miss Louisa did a great job.||Most importantly Mr Rohan Coutinho the Guest Experience Manager. We had a good chat over my concerns about getting a maxi cab at 0300 to the airport. He addressed my concerns and we got to the airport on time.
