Rooms: Great. Service: Great. Pricing: Sadly Bangladesh is way too expensive. Like if you want to spend a week in any 4-5 star hotel, with the same budget you can visit Thailand, and can stay more with it. Just the Flight is the costly one. Location: The location was well placed, but now it's not an ideal place to visit. It's way too busy and the traffic is insane. I believe anyone would prefer a quiet place to stay. Also there's no natural view, just a confined place with an dusty urban city for you. Even it feels awkward to recommend any foreigner to stay here for their visit in Bangladesh.

The facilities at the hotel are quite good, but there's a privacy issue with the bathroom – it's not soundproof, so you can hear everything from inside. The food is excellent and varies each day, which is a nice touch. However, the canteen tends to get a bit smoky, and the smell of oil can cling to your clothes. Room service is acceptable, but there’s room for improvement. A few times after placing our order, they called back to say certain dishes were unavailable, so we had to change our choices.

Pan Pacific Sonargaon hotel is a famous luxurious hotel in Dhaka city. Also it stands in Kazi Nazrul Islam avenue in Dhaka. There is pretty eco-friendly place. A couple of days ago I went an event Iftar Mahfil and I was 3 days stayed here very satisfied. Though it is very expensive decorating ,I enjoyed there is mesmerising scenery . Moreover, when i was stayed there I have live in bed room, the room is neat and clean also different colourful lighting. Also it is very healthy wash room and clearly and nice.when I saw the dinning room is pretty gorgeous and decorated neat and clean the environment also very well. Though food is also very delicious and spicy. Also the hotel manager and service man was very friendly for their behaviour I was satisfied and happy . In my opinion, the swimming pool was very gorgeous for the decorations. In a hotel the swimming pool environment had different colours lighting and very amazing scenery. On the other hand it was very luxurious hotel surroundings most of the difference event hall have there. In my point of view, it is very popular luxurious hotel in the Dhaka city. Also I have some selfi different pretty nice place in the hotel and uploaded social media also most of friends and relatives appreciate me this place. I feel happy and proudly that.

Nice traditional Bengali restaurant|Very pleasant restaurant with traditional Bengali food, in a quiet and cool location. The buffet is rich and the food is tasty, with a station where the skewers are freshly cooked. A good selection of desserts and fruit concludes the dinner. The service is good and personnel is very friendly.I had a special request for food and Mr. Golaffer and Chef Amir went beyond and delivered it. |I want to thank all the staff. I would recommend to stay here.

Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, making my stay truly comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering great relaxation. I especially enjoyed the delicious food and excellent breakfast buffet. It was my son’s birthday dinner, the food was excellent & the staff behaviour and service was excellent. They also surprised our son with a very cute cake. We really like to highly recommend pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel to everyone. Thanks & best wishes.
