I usually don’t like hotels that feel too much like home — when I stay at a hotel, I want to feel special, like a VVIP. But this place really nails the balance. It’s warm and welcoming, thanks to the amazing service and hospitality, but it also has that touch of luxury that makes your stay feel memorable.||The staff are genuinely attentive and kind. Huge thanks to May from Teak Bar (and her lovely teammates who are always so sweet), Mr. David, and the supervisor at Saan Restaurant, Mr Richard. They all treat you with big smiles and really make you feel taken care of.||Saan Restaurant and Teak Bar are such beautiful places to eat..whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a coffee. I especially look forward to their Saturday hi-tea buffet. The food is delicious, with so much variety, and it honestly tastes like it’s been home-cooked with love.||You have to try their nasi lemak, fried mee, and curry mee. seriously, so good. Comforting, flavorful, and beautifully done. I’d come back just for those dishes!||The vibe here is another big plus. It’s spacious, with lovely views and enough privacy to really relax, whether you're with friends, family, or just enjoying some quiet time. From the chefs to the servers to the management, the service is top-notch across the board.||This is hands down my favorite hotel in Yangon. I always have such a great time here and I know I’ll keep coming back.

A special shout-out to Chaw Yu Par Aung and May Myat Mon Oo, who stood out for their helpfulness, knowledge, and warm smiles throughout my stay. I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Yangon for a week and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The staff were exceptional; professional, attentive, and always welcoming. The service, security, and facilities were top-notch, and it’s clear that the team is well-trained and committed to making guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommended!

Our team went to Pan Pacific Hotel for breakfast this morning. This restaurant is clean, quiet, and comfortable with a nice view of the city. All the staff are friendly and alot of helpful, especially one of the staff Ko Phyo Wai Aung who was very helpful and supportive. His help made us very happy and had a full breakfast. We will definitely go back again and again.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with stylish furnishings and thoughtful layouts. The views — whether of the city skyline or distant golden pagodas — are quietly breathtaking, especially at sunrise or after dusk. The bathrooms are a highlight, featuring modern fixtures and even a seat for showering, a small but thoughtful luxury that adds to the overall sense of calm. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Junction City Mall is just a short walk away, making it easy to grab a coffee, catch a movie, or enjoy some shopping without straying far. The hotel itself feels fresh and recently built, with clean lines and elegant decor that never feel overdone. However, there are certain restrictions that guests should be aware of. Bringing someone to stay overnight isn’t always allowed freely — you may be stopped at the entrance, and the hotel typically requires valid legal ID for all guests. This reflects the hotel’s strict adherence to security and policy, but can be a minor inconvenience for some. Aside from the slightly higher price tag and guest policy, everything else about Pan Pacific is smooth and satisfying. If you’re looking for a clean, modern, and peaceful base in the heart of Yangon, it’s a solid choice — one that offers both comfort and calm in a city that never quite sleeps.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth and quick, thanks to the efficient and welcoming staff especially YuKi and Mg Mg. They were both friendly, professional, and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.||||My room was on a high floor with a great view. It was absolutely spotless and very well-maintained super clean and comfortable! I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall ambiance.||||Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service and a clean, cozy stay!

This is one of my favourite places to indulge myself on the weekend. The therapists are all kind and well-trained. My recommended treatment menu is a 90-minute Burmese massage. It is a dry massage that presses the body with hands and arms. Ma Cho Mar San gives good treatment—she has magic hands that remove my stiff shoulders and neck! I will definitely come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my beloved partner. We truly enjoyed every moment together, and the hotel made it even more special. Everything was perfect — from the cozy room to the warm hospitality. We were fully satisfied and left with beautiful memories. Highly recommended!

It was a fantastic start to each day! The staff were exceptional, always attentive and friendly, and they ensured that our room was cleaned daily, keeping it spotless and comfortable. One of the highlights was that the hotel was connected to a shopping mall, which added an extra level of convenience and luxury to our stay. I highly recommend visiting the bakery and trying the delicious pastries and cakes—they were amazing! We definitely got more than we expected for the price, and it made our stay truly memorable.
