Pan Pacific Yangon

I usually don’t like hotels that feel too much like home — when I stay at a hotel, I want to feel special, like a VVIP. But this place really nails the balance. It’s warm and welcoming, thanks to the amazing service and hospitality, but it also has that touch of luxury that makes your stay feel memorable.||The staff are genuinely attentive and kind. Huge thanks to May from Teak Bar (and her lovely teammates who are always so sweet), Mr. David, and the supervisor at Saan Restaurant, Mr Richard. They all treat you with big smiles and really make you feel taken care of.||Saan Restaurant and Teak Bar are such beautiful places to eat..whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a coffee. I especially look forward to their Saturday hi-tea buffet. The food is delicious, with so much variety, and it honestly tastes like it’s been home-cooked with love.||You have to try their nasi lemak, fried mee, and curry mee. seriously, so good. Comforting, flavorful, and beautifully done. I’d come back just for those dishes!||The vibe here is another big plus. It’s spacious, with lovely views and enough privacy to really relax, whether you're with friends, family, or just enjoying some quiet time. From the chefs to the servers to the management, the service is top-notch across the board.||This is hands down my favorite hotel in Yangon. I always have such a great time here and I know I’ll keep coming back.

The Pan Pacific is a wonderful hotel, located in the city center.  Rooms are spacious and very beautifully designed. Breakfast was excellent.  Service was also very good and there was always someone ready to help if necessary.  Wifi is decent but can be spotty and finicky at times.  It's a great hotel in a great location.

A special shout-out to Chaw Yu Par Aung and May Myat Mon Oo, who stood out for their helpfulness, knowledge, and warm smiles throughout my stay. I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Yangon for a week and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The staff were exceptional; professional, attentive, and always welcoming. The service, security, and facilities were top-notch, and it’s clear that the team is well-trained and committed to making guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommended!

Our team went to Pan Pacific Hotel for breakfast this morning. This restaurant is clean, quiet, and comfortable with a nice view of the city. All the staff are friendly and alot of helpful, especially one of the staff Ko Phyo Wai Aung who was very helpful and supportive. His help made us very happy and had a full breakfast. We will definitely go back again and again.

Good location and friendly staff. Food was nice, and Richard, the assistant restaurant manager, was really attentive during breakfast. The F&B team in general are super caring and make you feel well taken care of.

This is one of my favourite places to indulge myself on the weekend. The therapists are all kind and well-trained. My recommended treatment menu is a 90-minute Burmese massage. It is a dry massage that presses the body with hands and arms. Ma Cho Mar San gives good treatment—she has magic hands that remove my stiff shoulders and neck! I will definitely come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my beloved partner. We truly enjoyed every moment together, and the hotel made it even more special. Everything was perfect — from the cozy room to the warm hospitality. We were fully satisfied and left with beautiful memories. Highly recommended!

As someone who travels and stay for 7+ days at Pan Pacific whenever I visit Yangon, I was surprised and quite disappointed to discover that Pan Pacific Yangon, despite branding itself as a luxury hotel, does not offer a basic business centre or even a simple facility to photocopy documents on site. In today’s world—especially at a premium property like this—having access to such basic business amenities should be a given, not an exception. I found myself having to walk under the hot Yangon sun to a local market just to get a few photocopies made. This is not only highly inconvenient, but also reflects poorly on the operational priorities of the hotel. Even if the service were charged, many of us would gladly pay for the convenience of handling such matters in-house. That said, I must commend the concierge team on the ground floor—they were truly helpful, kind, and tried their best to assist on numerous occasions despite the limited tools at their disposal. In summary: I sincerely hope Pan Pacific Yangon considers adding at least minimal business services for guests who expect not just comfort, but competence and convenience as well. The concierge team (Mr Lin & Team) at Pan Pacific Hotel Yangon is exceptionally professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether assisting with directions, local recommendations, or handling guest requests, they go above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.
