Bought a few batches of hazelnut dark chocolate, found each piece, at least half of it with NO hazelnut AT ALL. And the fruit & nut chocolate contains ingredient called "natural vanilla flavour" to fool consumers. When product branded itself in the organic category also contains "natural flavour", just turning itself as a big joke. Won't purchase again!!!

WORTH EVERY CENT! Pana Organic are a beautiful company of caring workers who produce quality goods and hold themselves to high standards. They are easily my favourite vegan chocolate company. There is no faulty advertising when the say their bars have a "wow" taste. It was literally the first word that came out of my mouth upon tasting them for the first time last Christmas when my sister in law gifted me two of them. I instantly jumped online to buy some more to introduce my partner to them as those first two blocks with gone sooner than I could blink. There was a slight problem with my order, however. They arrived swiftly and the packaging was perfect, but some of the bars were a little faulty. This did not detract from the quality of the flavours at all, but it did mean that we got a little less quantity than expected. So I decided to message them just to let them know, given that I knew them to be sticklers for quality. And, to no surprise at all, they got back to me with an apology and even sent replacement bars. I could not recommend them more. Beautiful packaging, a lovely website, caring and diligent customer service/staff, unbelievably delicious goods and vegan to top it all off... What more could you ask for? These guys are amazing. Thank you Pana Organic. I will continue to adore your products.

I have been a fan of Pana Organic since their products first came out, but I feel the product ingredients have gone downhill to suit the mainstream consumer in supermarkets rather than health food stores. Which was once only targeted at health conscience consumers who shopped at health food stores. I have sent two emails that have got unanswered, so hence why I am posting it on here so they will see it and so can other consumers. I am a fan of their spreads as they contain coconut sugar but now disappointed to see they now contain raw sugar as well as coconut sugar. Which I don’t understand why. I would also like to address the ingredient now used in the salted caramel chocolate bar. It's delicious but they have changed the ingredients used which now concerns me. The old ingredients contained mesquite and lucuma powder, the new ingredients have removed them and now contain “natural flavours”. I’m sorry but here is nothing natural about natural flavours. A family friend who used to work in labs that produce natural flavours has informed me that there are 49 chemicals in natural flavours and some of them being carcinogenic. How is that not concerning?? It really disappoints me that a company that prides itself in being certified organic and plant based use this ingredient now in their salted caramel chocolate bar and in other products, to cut corners to make it cheaper to produce. Unfortunately, as a consumer that purchased Pana products quite often will now not be. Hopefully the company reads this and has second thoughts about using “natural flavours” in their products.

Such a HUGE thank you to everyone at Pana Chocolate for creating the most amazing, unique and absolutely wonderful WEDDING CAKES for us. Our cakes were just so beautiful and an absolute hit with our guests! We must be one of the few brides and grooms who had people going back for wedding cake seconds and at the end of the celebrations there was no cake left insight. Thank you so much for all that you did and all that you do. This is one of our most favourite places to visit and we were so excited to share your cakes with our dear friends and family on our most special day.

Unbelievably amazing vegan chocolates. My favourite is the Sixty Percent and I could eat 3 boxes in one sitting. Very smooth and creamy consistency with the right blend of sweetness and bitterness. Love love love these chocolates.

Bit of a nothing store, more for pick up and takeaway. Came here thinking it was a cafe. The sugar free, gluten free, dairy free treats are incredible though. I had the caramel, berry and chocolate slice and it was just amazing. I would definitely order a cake from here now i've quit sugar.

I have always loved the chocolate they do and on Valentine's Day I decided to get a cake sample box for my girlfriend. It was perfect! Although the girl behind the counter was a little frazzled that day which bummed me out after my long drive and they are expensive, hence the 4/5 stars.

Congratulations on the delicious, yummy ice cream Pana. I tried the mint and choc ice cream yesterday and it was amazing .Keep up the good work and please come back with a Shop like the one you had in Richmond. Thank you
