Delicious coffee + pastry.

Google
Extremely delicious pastries. This is a smaller branch of the more popular Panaderia Rosetta and we found it to be less crowded. Infact we did not wait more than a few minutes here on our multiple visits. Every pastry we tried was amazing so you can't really go wrong!

Anton S.

Google
Yes, this is the same bakery as Rosetta at Colima. No queue here though! Totally worth the hype - the guava roll / danish is 10/10! Also delicious fresh orange juice

Google
Seen how busy this place can get on TikTok, we visited on a weekday for brunch and managed to get seating, there was a nice small wooden seating section outside. I ordered the cold brew which was amazing, there was some sort of carrot and spice in it to give it a different kick, we ordered an assortment of different pastries and as popular as the guava roll is (yes we ordered it twice) my favourite pastry was the cream and blackberry pastry which you fold in half, perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. The corned beef sourdough sandwich was also a delicious savoury snack. Highly recommend. Love the unique twists they add to their menu- adds an extra bit of surprise and delight to what we originally expect

Google
Truly an iconic destination in Mexico City. The rol de guyaba and the hazelnut donut are unparalleled. The Puebla location is less busy but excellent all the same.

Google
A smaller outpost of the original panaderia. The guayaba roll is still awesome. Also love the cherry tomato focaccia.

Google
Absolutely enchanted by this Panadería! Every visit to CDMX feels incomplete without stopping here multiple times—and it never fails to delight. The coffee is perfection, the freshly pressed juices are vibrant and refreshing, and the pastries? Pure magic. Each bite feels like a little masterpiece crafted just for you. A must-visit, every single time!

Google
Justifiably a popular place amongst foreigners. I agree the guava (rol de guayaba) is a must try. The jam and cream cheese combination gives it a wow. Unfortunately on all 3 occasions the pastry side of it was a a let down. I didn't understand the hype about the blueberry focaccia. To me, the star of this place is the empanada de crema. Crusty pastry with brulee shell with a beautiful smooth citrus cream. The only item I would go back for. To Aussies who want to buy the guava jam- it's 185pesos ( $15) which is fine but it's not considered a commercially package product and you might lose it at customs.

Google
Great small shop for morning pastries. We stopped here on our way out of town and grabbed a couple pastries apiece. I think my favorite was the guava pan dulce, which managed to combine cream cheese, a flaky pastry, and a guava jam in the center. The coffee wasn't anything too special but they have full espresso offerings here.

Yelp
From where we were staying in La Condesa, we were about a 10 minute walk from this outpost of Panaderia Rosetta in Roma Norte. It's the quieter, smaller location and very easy. We arrived relatively early around 9 am and there was just a short line. The staff separated us into two lines: those waiting for a table to dine in and those taking items to-go. If we had wanted to dine-in, tables in the on-street dining area freed up quite quickly so that was totally reasonable option. We ordered just a few items. The signature Guava Roll, a Chocolate Hazelnut Berliner, the tomato focaccia, and orange juice. Everything was excellent. The juice was freshly squeezed. The pastry for the guava roll was flaky and light and the guava cheese filling was so fragrant. The tomato focaccia was one of the few savory items and it did not disappoint, with a tender airy bread and the sweet pops of sweet/savory tomato. The berliner was excellent too, but I considered it more of a dessert since it was so luscious with a chocolate cream filling. I particularly enjoyed the flaky wafer bits all over the top. We did a bit of bakery exploration while in CDMX so didn't return to Panaderia Rosetta but wish we did. I think their baked goods were the best we had.

Yelp
There's a reason why Panadería Rosetta is so iconic! All the baked goods are unique, fresh, and delicious, and nothing ever disappoints. My airbnb was near this bakery, and I enjoyed getting a coffee and pastry here almost every morning. Although this is a smaller location, there's still a a gorgeous selection of different baked goods to try. Some breads might sell out, so if there's something specific you want, I'd recommend going earlier. My top favorites are the guava roll, the tomato focaccia, and the rosemary sugar rolls. My friends loved the conchas for something a little sweeter.

Yelp
I'd want to take a few of these to the airport to make whoever sits next to me on the plane jealous of how great it smells. Also tasted amazing! Definite reorder.

Yelp
Who hasn't seen or heard about Rosetta? Even my husband who doesn't really follow food blogs and trends have heard of this place from friends. We had brunch here and felt it was good but perhaps a little over hyped. Either that, or we're simply blessed and spoiled by the abundance of excellent bakeries in LA.. My biggest complaint was that their coffee was mediocre. I literally had to ask for an extra shot to pour into my latte because the latte was way too milky for my liking.

Yelp
The pastries are worth the wait. And if you like a crispier chilaquiles, then I think you'll like the ones served here. But just know you're going to wait at least an hour for a table during high traffic times. While we waited for a table, my friends and I stood in the to-go line to get pastries and coffee. I got a mocha and it was so delicious! It was chocolatey with a good balance of other spices. I also got their popular guava roll which I ate later. It was flakey and the guava was fresh. The cream cheese balanced with tartness. I read other reviews that it rivals the one at Porto's in LA, and I have to say it definitely does. I prefer Panadería Rosetta's. I ordered the chilaquiles and a ricotta/chocolate roll. I also wanted to try their blueberry focaccia, but unfortunately that wasn't available until later. Out of the many chilaquiles dishes I had during my time in CDMX, this one was my favorite. I now know that traditionally the tortilla chips are soggy, but I love that the ones served here were crispy. And the poblano sauce was savory and earthy. The ricotta/chocolate roll was slightly sweet, soft on the inside and a little crispy on the outside. And service is extremely friendly! The employees here have a lot of patience considering the long lines. If you can come here during the middle of the week, do it because it's more likely that there will be less people. But the weekends? Expect long lines. Even so, this bakery is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Roma Norte so you'll be enjoying the vibes. The bakery has mostly outdoor seating and lucky for us it was a perfect day where the temperature was just right. I definitely want to come back here to try more pastries.

Yelp
This is a good bakery with quality food. They offer a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and so many types of bread that it's easy to get lost choosing. The coffee is good too. It's not really a place to sit and stay for long, unless you find a small table outside. One odd thing -- you can pay for bread with cash, but for coffee, you have to use a card. It's a bit strange, but overall still worth a visit.

Yelp
The bakery line was super long and we got here at 7:30am. Luckily it was only about 20 mins to wait for a table for four. Our verdict here is just get the guava rolls and the concha bread! So deeee-licious! I have to admit the guava rolls are way better than Porto's and I can never go back. Sorry Porto's! Our friend end up buying 10 different pastries for the flight home. For entrees we shared some blossom quesadillas, turkey pesto sandwich, turkey croissant, and a tamale. Have to admit all the breakfast items we got were only okay, I'm not sure if it's because we keep ooooh-ing and aaaahh-ing over all the pastries. Was so sad this was our only chance to eat here and it was our last day. Definitely a repeater when we visit CDMX again.

Marc A.

Yelp
Love the pastries and sandwiches. No wait at this bakery, unlike the other Rosetta bakery.

Nathali M.

Yelp
Chai was ok. Bread was amazing. I only knocked one star because the cashier was rude. He was not very friendly and that area is known for tourists and I expected better customer service.
google avatar

Sejal R.

Yelp
This place was so busy that the line wrapped around outside but it moved pretty quick. I thought it was hyped up. One of the breads I got were pretty hard.. it had raisin in it but was told it was chocolate. The cardamom roll was tasty. The hearts or ojos tasted kind of stale and the chocolate roll was pretty good. I saw some individuals get a pastry filled with ice cream and that looked reaaally good.

Yelp
The food is very good - not Mexican but European. French pastries and delicious sandwiches. We split a large BLT - so delicious and a sweet. Their fruit beverages are just as delicious. Great service and chill ambiance. This was the outpost bs. The OG location. We passed by it and there was a line halfway down the block. Luckily for us - something to do with hot water wasn't working so no lines.

Yelp
Rosetta was just what I was looking for on a brisk Sunday in the Roma neighborhood of Mexico City. The cafe is discreet, located in a beautiful tree-lined street in a residential neighborhood. The staff was attentive and the flaky, buttery, guava pastry melted in my mouth!
google avatar

Briana C.

Yelp
I ordered two croissants integral con miel to go, and they were served straight out of the box. Meaning, they weren't necessarily baked here on site. That detail didn't affect the taste because they tasted fresh enough as if they were prepared this morning. This is a really small cafe, and I would have easily missed it, if not for the two groups of people seated on the street. There is one small bar table inside, and the rest of the seating is on their front patio deck located street side. The limited seating didn't much matter to me, because I was taking the croissants home for me and my boyfriend. I thought about ordering a green tea but I stopped myself because my boyfriend made us arroz con leche to go along with our croissants later on today.

Yelp
Cute little bakery that offers, codes, parties, and lunch. They have an outdoor patio and small seating inside. We got bread to bring to the US and if you buy 6 pieces you get to have a really thick to-go box. The guayaba roll is super delicious and I would highly recommend. The staff were very nice and really great in giving their recommendations. Go check them out if you're in the condesa area in Mexico City. Also, my bread arrived perfect in the box all the way back home.

Yelp
Tasty treats and friendly service. We had the guava danish, pan chocolate, among others. Went back twice on my trip : )
google avatar

Kolby G.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious food. Incredible service. Everything is amazing. Quiche - 5/5 Turkey & Cheese Croissant - 5/5 Guava Pastry - 5/5 Super low key spot. Definitely the best location for baked goods in Mexico City. Friendly staff.
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing food. The Hostess Sharon, super friendly and works with everyone. I want to gate keep this place but if you are in Mexico City stop by and tell Sharon Francisco sent you
google avatar

Elizabeth C.

Yelp
The Guava croissant was very good. Small place. We tried to go earlier the next day to try their coffee but there was something going on and they had no power and we had to leave. It's out of their control, anyways, I'd love to come back and try more. They open earlier than other bakeries too.
google avatar

Stuti D.

Yelp
Very good bakery in a lovely neighborhood. The owner is a famous pastry chef. We came for breakfast
google avatar

Cliff M.

Yelp
A fantastic find in the Condesa neighborhood. We really enjoyed sitting outside and eating some awesomely fresh pastries. We had a concha, guava roll, almond roll, and some coffee. All was fantastic. Service was great too -
google avatar

Roxy A.

Yelp
Amazing ambiance, it's so cute and rustic. It will be very hard to find a spot on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Most people are standing outside ordering at the counter, and taking their food to-go. We took our coffee and pastries and ate them at a park nearby. It was such a nice breakfast! A table for two at around 11 a.m. had a 40 minute wait and it didn't seem worth it to us, especially given how chaotic it is (due to the people waiting for their to-go orders).
google avatar

Austin G.

Yelp
After going to the main Panaderia Rosetta, it was fun to stumble upon this location near our apartment. Tucked away in a tiny space, there are a few tables along the street for patrons to enjoy their breakfast. They have all of their pastries on display, but I recommend the guava pastry. It's delicious! Their coffee menu is on point and my latte was one of the best I've had in CDMX!
google avatar

Sarina O.

Yelp
5 stars for the food and 4 stars because it was too busy and staff could've been friendlier! But still great guava roll and chocolate concha! Green juice was also so refreshing and tasty! You still have to go here because it's so good but be prepared for a wait or just get it to go and eat in on the standing bar area!
google avatar

Priya M.

Yelp
This bakery lives up to the hype. My husband said it was the best baguette he's had in his life! We enjoyed the neighborhood and recommend the Polanco location which is less crowded.

Hannah S.

Yelp
I loved everything about this place. It's cute, the service was good, the food was amazing. I would recommend it to other and will be back on my next visit to Mexico City. Anticipate a wait, but it is worth it. We went in the morning for brunch and came back in the evening for the soft serve.
google avatar

Annie L.

Yelp
Believe the hype about Guayaba croissants. Literally the most amazing pastry I had in my entire time in CDMX. I went to the OG Panaderia Rosetta late in the afternoon so of course they ran out of the guayaba croissant. So I got a cardamom pastry and was not as impressed (actually, it really wasn't my flavor so I couldn't finish it). I came to the Juarez location around 9:30AM and got the last two guayaba pastries so my tip here is to go early. They also have oat milk for their lattes here, and it was the best flat white I had in my entire 10 days in MEX. Make this a must come on your list. And come early!
google avatar

Becca H.

Yelp
This place had really great pastries. The lines were crazy, took a little while to get seated. I recommend going on an off time. The pastries were large and can easily be shared. Got a savory and sweet pastries! I really liked the savory one. The service was great once we got seated - the gentleman was very helpful in deciding what to get!
google avatar

Vivian H.

Yelp
This sliver of a cafe bakery had a shocking array of pastries and though we were on our way to a large dinner, I couldn't resist indulging and chose the guava pastry.. you know the one. Don't think you can go wrong but wow. We went back the next day for more :)
google avatar

Yelp
Cute + quaint bakery. Small spot to the very popular Panadería Rosetta. We stopped by on a Friday morning around 10am and I was worried there would be a long line and most items would be sold out... but to my surprise, there were only 2 people ahead of us in line and we were able to grab the items we wanted. We shared the guava cheese pastry, cinnamon bun, and an oat milk cappuccino. The guava cheese pastry was great. Lots of guava filling but enough cream cheese to balance out the sweetness of the guava. The cinnamon bun was soft! Almost like a cinnamon bun croissant. We decided to dine in so we found a table right out front, placed our order with one of the servers who then brought our items to us. We enjoyed our pastries + cappuccino before heading out for the rest of the day.
google avatar

Elizabeth R.

Yelp
Went to the grab and go area. So many fresh pastries that are definitely high quality. We got this mamey donut and an almond/but pastry. I was OBSESSED with that donut. Pastry cream + mamey filling. Reminds me a little of those Asian almond cookies!
google avatar

Anadelia E.

Yelp
Everything was great from food to service!!! Would recommend to anyone going to visit Mexico City. Must try their atole de pina.
google avatar

Marissa L.

Yelp
Lovely little bakery! Very busy, but quick service and we were seated within 15 mins. We ordered the guava pastry, the ricotta and chocolate, the goat cheese/turkey/hazelnut ciabatta sandwich, a flat white and a hot chocolate. The drinks were pretty standard, flat white had too much foam but we appreciated the latte art on the hot chocolate. Sandwich was simple but delicious and pastries were tasty. Nice ambience too. Would recommend!
google avatar

Veronica P.

Yelp
I was not super impressed with the quality of the food and many items were sold out. As I was leaving, I saw a giant cockroach walking around inside
google avatar

Maribel M.

Yelp
I tried their hot chocolate and puerquito. I loved the puerquito (pan dulce). My dad had pan de elote and he loved it too. My sister tried their guava roll and said it was amazing! We also tried their quiche and it was very good. The employees are very friendly. It is a very aesthetically pleasing cafe. They have tables outside and benches but inside they also have a couple of stools. We got there around 8 and there were around 3 people in front of us. I highly recommend this place when you visit CDMX

Kristine C.

Yelp
This place is fire! I understand it's trendy but there's a reason for it!! So delicious and cute! I had the guava pastry and the fig donut... delicious! And I had an iced americano, solid! I went on a Monday in the late morning. No line and prompt service. I'm here for a few more days and trying to figure out how many more times I can stop by before I start looking like a creep. Go here, I'm a fan and think it's worth it!

Brynn J.

Yelp
Quick service, friendly staff, and excellent food! I had the croissant with ricotta and spinach, and could've easily eaten 2 more it was so good! Coffee was amazing as well
google avatar

Jaana S.

Yelp
Great spot that's just not as busy at 4 PM as it is at 9 AM (and they'll still have the guava rolls).....order the LAVENDER SCONE!!!! Also we ran into our undergrad professor here. Small world. Maybe that'll happen to you!
google avatar

Echo L.

Yelp
Delicious pastries. Incredible bakery. Aromas. Coffee. Cakes. Ice cream. Everything is lovingly prepared. Beautifully presented. And tastes like heaven. This place is a must visit.
google avatar

Melinda S.

Yelp
The bakery was delicious. The coffee was delicious. I had a chocolate croissant, an elephant ear and a muffin w/ raisins. ALL were lovely and I will go back!
google avatar

Guillermo M.

Yelp
We knew from the outset that Rosetta was famous, so we weren't surprised there was a line. Even so, it moved quite quickly and it was worth it! The coffee and pastries were top notch. We had also asked for a table, so we simply had our pastries and coffee as we waited. Fortunately, we had found a place to sit around a large plant pot. Once we got our table about 30 minutes later, we absolutely loved the food. I ordered the roast beef sandwich with Gruyère cheese. Delicious!
google avatar

Kathleen Q.

Yelp
The hazelnut cake. That's all I came here to say. SO GOOD. TRY IT!! It's a mouse-like cake with a hazelnut wafer bottom crust. I promise you the wafer / crust is amazing. You think it'll be dense but it's super light and crispy. Absolutely delicious

Yadira C.

Yelp
Outstanding pastries and cookies! Service was fast so don't be intimidated by the long line. Most likely a place to get stuff to go as the ambiance feels crowded and rushed.
google avatar

Wen G.

Yelp
We order a latte with a pan de muerto and Guava pastry ! The pastries were delicious! The coffee was just ok ! They lack customer service as custom here in Mexico everyone says good morning which I did and the person behind the counter didn't even reply. Unfortunately he was rude thru the whole process of ordering the food. I would not come again even if the food was great ! Management take note on how your customer are treated.
google avatar

Mary M.

Yelp
They have a good menu of coffees and drinks which can be made cold or hot. I got an iced mocha and iced latte. Both were great but next time I'll ask for easy on the milk, as my drink was a little too milky for my taste. The baristas are so nice and accommodating. There was no line both times I went in the morning, once on Sunday and the other day on a Monday. They also have items other than pastries and baked goods. I loved the famous guava and cheese pastry. The guava was chunky and sweet and you could tell it's made fresh from fruit. You can even buy their guava marmalade by the jar as well as their own salsa macha. The place is cute with a few outdoor seats and lovely plants surrounding them.
google avatar

Neil P.

Yelp
Definitely the place to come for your morning coffee and pastries! Cute little spot. Plenty of delicious choices (pastries and sandwiches) Recommend trying the guava danish! Interesting flavors

Vivian S.

Yelp
Delicious pastries and the cold brew is a must! Very friendly staff ~ incredibly helpful with the selections. Great outdoor dining and clean

Diana W.

Yelp
It's a cute, small cafe with a bit of seating outside and inside. The staff were super friendly. I had a turkey sandwich, concha and latte. Everything was delicious! Best concha I've ever had!

Sofia D.

Yelp
The coffee and pastries is what drew me here. I sat at the counter on a beautiful morning in Mexico. The staff is very friendly and ready to recommend breakfast, pastries and coffees. I had to taste the guayava roll which was delicious with my Latte.
google avatar

Osvaldo D.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place. The space is cute and quaint. However, the service lacks a tune up. Hopefully, they have hired more staff to deal with the influx.
