The Alcazar is mesmerizing and worth the visit! The influence history has in how it was built over the years is so interesting. Our guide showed up late to the tour and the line to enter the palace was already long, but it goes fast. The guide overall wasn’t great - he did not explain a few things and skipped important rooms in the palace. Def recommend the palace, don’t recommend the guide.

Rueben was a great guide. He loves what he does and you can tell. Highly recommend going with him if you get a chance. He was very informative and felt like I was getting insider information about the Alcázar. The Alcázar is very beautiful and worth a visit. Better with a guide so you actually understand what you're looking at. If you love Game of Thrones you can see where they filmed several scenes in the gardens. Rueben was an extra in several scenes.

I strongly advise against booking tours through this agency. I paid for a guided tour of the Alcázar, paying significantly more than the official monument price. Despite receiving a booking confirmation, I was never given my actual entry tickets. Instead of providing the service, they sent a loop of automated emails trying to reschedule my booking without offering any real alternatives. When I tried to reach them to resolve this, they were completely unresponsive—they ignored WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and the physical office was of no help. They issued a refund only because we found the address in the T&C of their website and the look on their face to see customers confirmed everything. When I spoke to the local tourist information office in Seville, they warned me that many visitors have experienced this exact same issue with other companies. Please protect your money and only buy tickets directly from the physical monument box office or their official website. A highly stressful and disappointing experience.
