I visited Pandora a few weeks ago to window shop the level of service in here is great and fun! Hidden down a street with a fun and quirky window art. This place has a lot of hidden gems for any vintage shopper, some items a little on the pricey side but for the area it’s understandable. Definitely worth a visit if you are shopping or on a day out around Brompton a nice change to Harrods.

Nice store, found it quite hard to find any pieces because everything is quite crammed together but there is a large selection of nice items. Would recommend if you have time to look for steals.

Wonderful place to visit. The selection of very high quality clothes, bags shoes ect is to die for. Lovely, lovely staff. Don,t miss it whenever you visit London!

Great designer consignment boutique especially when having their sales. The best sales are the 50% and the 70% off sales. Open 7 days a week. I marked it down one star as when I asked if there would be a sale later in the week, the staff told me they did not know and then the next day I got an email that there was a sale there. I think the staff should be informed if there is a sale that same week. Also note that if they advertise an item as being 50% off, they do not sell at 50% off but round up to the nearest £1. It may not bother some but for me if an item was priced at say £145 and was then marked as 50% off, one should be asked to pay £72.50 and not £73. In the past I have sold my items here but you only get 50% of the price it sells for and when they have a 50% sale, you end up getting less.

Absolutely absurd. Forget it if you are an online customer. They NEVER have any photos of their product. Their excuse is "they have too much inventory to photograph". Hello?! You have an e-commerce website! Get with the program. One year later I circle back to check it out and every filter I hit there is no image.

The shoes have good price, however they are not very organised I did call to confirm a reservation and when I arrived they had not idea where was the strap of the shoes. They should had check after the reservation and see if the shoes was in the basic conditions to sell.

First time going there! The prices are expensive for second hand pieces. I did not get anything. It was not busy on a Sunday afternoon. Overall, good experience.
