Panera Bread

I was wary about coming to Panera because I've been disappointed by many of their locations. However, this spot is supreme! The restaurant is clean, and the food is absolutely delicious and fresh, and the bread was perfectly toasted, not hard. I got the frontega chicken sandwhich and wild rice soup. Laila was very helpful and courteous while suggesting food items for me, and members were friendly and attentive. I have to return the next time that I'm in town.

I placed to pickup order on 4/7/2024 I ordered the green goddess caprese melt, I had to sub the mozzarella for provolone since you were out, the melt was over $6 I have included pictures of what I received for over $6 from your restaurant. I am hugely disappointed in whatever this was supposed to be. I was on my way to work and this is what I had for dinner,

I really enjoy dinging at this location of Panera bread, because it is very close to where I work. My experience is usually nice here, however today there was an employee who made the experience not nice but great! That employee was Victor. He took my order and was super friendly and provided awesome customer service! I hope the managers of this location will reward Victor for his efforts in making the customers feel welcome! Great customer service is what will make me choose to go to this location of Panera bread very often!

Went to panera with my family at 10 am to get some bagels. They have had the bagels listed "available" while ordering, but it seems that they aren't necessarily. Waited 15 mins just to get that answer, so we had to order something else.I got the bread bowl with tomato soup. Soup was okay. If you like the thick type, you would like it. The bread was pretty hard, but overall, it was filling.

Restaurant is not clean. Windows look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Soda machine had no ice and soda was flat. Service was friendly and food was good. Plenty of power outlets.

The staff makes the business and this staff sucks. They always shut off the big room for themselves to talk in and not for customers dining in. Rarely do they have hot beverages at the coffee station, and asking them to fix it, is like pulling teeth. The short manager guy is RUDE! He hates himself, wife, and kids seem like. Idk. Definitely been to better stores, this one is just closer to my house. But if you’re looking for better engagement with staff, try the one near the other mall. Their staff is not “I hate my job” style.

I’ve been coming to this location for about 9 years and each year it’s consistently gone down in the last 4-5. This location is always understocked and dirty. Very few pastry items, ingredients missing from sandwiches and the cleanliness is subpar. I feel uncomfortable eating inside because tables and chairs are not clean. There is an inconsistency in the soup consistency- sometimes watered down, sometimes too thick. The way that prices have increased you’d think the environment would be top tier, but it’s not. I wish it were like yesterday years.

produces correct orders frequently. If they get it wrong, the staff is always happy to fix it or even give you something extra. the girl with brown hair and face piercings is large and in charge- you go girl! 🫰 few complaints the green tea is always so good.
