The bathroom in this place is awful. Toilets were cloudy and dirty . Floors sticking and not clean . This is not sanitary in anyway. Someone came in and walked out because the other bathroom was filthy

Usually, the food is good and on point, but today I decided to try one of their new sandwiches. I purchased the Spicy Steak Asiago Bagel Stack and was totally disappointed. It was overloaded with the creamy salsa verde spread to compensate for what it lacked in steak. The bagel hardly had any cheese and was overcooked. It looks nothing like what was advertised. The first picture is what was advertised the other two are what was received.

Terrible! We dined in and ordered the new Caprese Sandwich and it had old brown lettuce, no flavor, and no Basil. The service was terrible as well! He said our order was ready and has it up on the counter waiting and the Mac and cheese wasn't on the plate, nor the fork, nor the drink. Acted like he didn't care. Will never come here again! The last couple times I came here as well items were missing from my order too. So, I'm done.

Temperature in restaurant was freezing cold. Even employees had on sweatshirts with hoods up. Had to eat outside as it was warmer. Outdoor tables and chairs are riddled with bird feces. New "recipe" for bagels is more like a round piece of bread/roll with a small amount of topping. Texture is NOT that of a bagel.

This place was a disaster from start to finish. I walked in and immediately felt like I'd entered a walk-in freezer—the AC was cranked way too high. I ordered what I thought was a safe bet, but the food was bland and clearly not fresh. To top it all off, the service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed completely disinterested in being there. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly, efficient and my sons loved the food! The sitting area was a mess. I could see under the dish return wasn’t cleaned in a long while with food a dust. Most of the tables were dirty and unkept. It made me wish I sat outside or took it to go.

Every time in the recent past, about a month, that I have been to this location there have been issues with the ice machine. This is very frustrating when temperatures have been in the 80’s and 90’s outside. In addition, the customer drink station is usually a mess and the atmosphere with respect to cleanliness in general leaves a lot to be desired. On the bright side I’ve never encountered an issue with employees who have waited on me; they always seem friendly and respectful.

This Panera Bread has it all. The service and the food are top notch. I was very happy with how clean and organized this Panera was designed. Warm atmosphere and plenty of staff keeping the tables clean and ready for incoming customers. I had the soup and sandwich combo with an extra baguette. My son ordered the salad and soup combo. He ordered the Asian salad and tomato soup. I ordered the grilled chicken panini and French onion soup. My son loved his and I was just as happy. Yummy!! The parking is ample and the area around the business is busy but we had no issues getting a good parking spot. I recommend you give them a visit and enjoy all the delicious choices any a reasonable price.

The food was delicious. I was surprised with how quickly the food came out, even though the place was busy. But the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Everything seemed pretty dirty from the floors to our forks and it took away from the overall experience. If you can overlook the dirtiness, you can enjoy a good meal but if cleanliness is a dealbreaker for you, this might not be your spot.

The service was terrible. There was a long wait just to get my order taken. Another long wait for my order. They processed orders that came in after my order was taken. Finally, I ordered the breakfast sandwich with avocado and egg white. It came on the wrong bun, was almost void of avocado and cheese. A customer left without his order because of the poor service.

Stopped for a quick lunch and it was delicious; they seem pretty consistent! I love the bread bowls with my favorite soup. I usually do the pick 2 and get a soup and salad. They have plenty of accessible seats and the bathroom is accessible for wheelchairs. It does seem to get very busy here so I hope you're not in a hurry.

We just had coffee and hubby got a bagel with cream cheese. Nothing beyond the standard Panera quality. Staff was friendly and the orders were done quickly despite quite a few people at the bakery.

Buyers beware if you order your bagels in advance and pre-pay. I was on my way to work for a team meeting and this Panera canceled my order right before my pick up time with no notice. I also order some additional items which they didn't fill - just canceled it all. They said that bagels are first come first serve - even if you have prepaid for your order the previous day. They didn't even have any bagels at that time in the morning. Seems like they didn't make any that day. Really terrible business practice and they lost my business for life. The person at the counter was also not apologetic at all which made it worse. No concern at all and no offer to help fix the problem.

Food order wasn't on the shelf when I got there. Waited at the register to talk to someone and there was a person on the phone that ignored me for several minutes. Since I already paid I went to the counter where they make their food and my bag was there. The Italian sandwich had dressing all over the outside of the bread. Very disappointed and it was $42 wasted. Ciabatta steak sandwich was doused in dress and bread was soggy all the way through. The salad had brown pieces of lettuce.

I'm a little shocked to see such bad reviews for this location but I'm not entirely surprised. Panera is very hit or miss in general. During the fall I love their Autumn squash soup, but for anything else I stick to bagels. Whether it's blueberry, chocolate chip, or cinnamon crunch, you can't really go wrong. In addition you ways have to add the Honey Walnut Cream Cheese as it really compliments every bagel. I feel as though keeping it as simple as possible at Panera is the best move because things get messy when you start ordering these sandwiches and salads with all these substitutions only find out they're out of this and that. I always do mobile pick up as so that by the time I get there my order is ready and I've never had an issue. I'll continue coming to this location.

This review is to give kudos to Mary Ellen for her service to us on 12/29. We had a house full of guests post-holiday and ran out to grab some breakfast. She was cheerful, helpful, patient and gave us great recommendations on how to get sandwich deals and pastry deals if we bought the right amount of items. She saved us money! Our order was accurate and delicious. I just wish Panera made their baked egg souffles more (they always run out early) and didnt eliminate some of the other breakfast items earlier this year like the cinnamon scone. Oh well. Thank you, Mary Ellen! I hope they treat you well as an employee bc you deserve it!

Literally the worst location I've ever been to. This is the second time I've ordered pickup from this place and it's been screwed up. The first time they didn't even put one of my items in the bag, I ordered a baguette. This time, they didn't put chicken or avocado on my Sandwhich. Its not like it was even a specific order, it's simply a come as it is on the menu order and they were to stupid to get it right. Also, they never answer the phone so I can't even get my order fixed or work it out with the staff before leaving this review. It's on them at this point, I tried to do the nice thing and get it resolved even though I paid to not have to. ALSO, there was some sort of sugar or sweet stuff on the crust of my bread..like wtaf. How are people this dumb?

Don't go on a Sunday night at dinner time. We ordered four bread bowl soups. Our favs were sold out, not a good sign, but we found others. We pay and later are told there no bread bowls (why the kiosk showed them available but not others, who knows) so we were "upgraded" to regular bowls (which isn't what we wanted or we would have ordered that!). We asked if we could get some extra bread instead and they gave us 4 chunks. The drink machines were basically empty, but the ordering kiosk showed all available. The floor was disgusting. Just be honest and have the kiosk show what's actually available. Hire some extra staff so the place can be kept up.

Food: As stated below, I didn't order food this visit, so based off previous visit food was just okay. I got a salad with chicken. It's an up charge to add chicken, but for the price I would expect more then 6 bites of chicken. That's just not acceptable. Overall okay, pricing vs quantity not good. Service: I walk in, overhear the employee tell the customer in front of me "it will be 20-30 min wait." The customer turns and walks out. I approach the counter and ask for clarification on the wait time. Is that for all orders? As I was just getting two soups and soup bowls, to go. The employee assured me yes, about 30 minute wait for they are running behind. I head to the restroom before leaving to find another quick bite. Atmosphere 1 star Disgusting! The bathrooms are filthy! I'm glad you had a 30 minute wait! Because I won't eat here ever again! I am a firm believer on what the bathroom resembles is what the kitchen will fit. Cleanliness is so important. Attached are photos for your own discretion. Employees have to use the same restroom, right? I just so happened to look up as I washed my hands and that's what made me decide right then I was taking photos and making a review. Light covered in dust. Floor appeared it hadn't been swept or washed in a week. To remind you, my visit was Sunday 11:45a/12p. How could it be that filthy if it was cleaned that morning? The entrance needs to be cleaned. Why is the one door consistently locked/broke? Lastly, I understand you run behind, I understand getting rushes, as I also work in a high paced environment and we are constantly busy and always dealing with a line. I understand accommodating employees that may have a health condition and need to sit or take a break for a moment. But when I walked in you were sitting, you help the next customer, then myself. After two customers turn and walk away due to the wait time, shouldn't you get up and assist the food prep some where, some how to prevent them from continuing to be behind..?. Cleaning only takes a second. I'm grossed out and disappointed as I enjoy them, and it's convenient.

Great food and nice employees, it's just in the mornings when they first open I've often placed orders right when they open so I can grab some food on my way to work. But I easily wait an additional 10-20 mins each time I do that. I place the order at 6am, states it's gonna be about 10 mins, my drive to Panera is about 12-15 mins depending on lights. I always end up waiting another 10-20 for my food, it's never been ready when stated.

This Panera is not worth spending a dime at. 20 minutes to get my "rapid" pickup order which was a bagel and cream cheese. Glad I sat there the entire time to watch them on minute 19 throw a cold uncut bagel into a bag with a single serve container of cream cheese. Save your money and go to the grocery store, you will get the same quality and customer service here as this business.

They never have enough help. They always take more orders than they can fill in a reasonable amount of time. I waited 45 minutes for my order-tomato soup and grilled cheese. They continued to take orders even though they were 36 orders behind. Yesterday, I ordered A pumpkin muffin and when I got home, they had given us a pumpkin cookie and it had a hair on it.

Wow, I have no words for this Panera Bread - I love me some Panera Bread but this one is consistently bad. Came in a Saturday afternoon in August - after the lunch crowd but the place was packed! People everywhere and this should have been a sign for us to get lunch elsewhere. We did self-kiosk to place our orders but there were no pagers. The lack of pagers provided no way for you to know when your order was ready unless you heard you name shout among a mosh pit of hungry people. Our food also chilled in the pass because there was no way for us to hear our name being called with the amount of people inside. Our wait was 51 minutes for a $31 snack (yes, we got meals but everything was like a sample size). A soup that was supposed to be a bowl was only filled 1/3 of the way. The sandwiches were half the size of normal ones. My baguette was not on my plate, so I had to beg for one from the pass person. It felt like this Panera was short on everything including food - they also ran out of bowls and silverware so guests were using carry out containers. The staff was overwhelmed and had zero customer service - they acted like they were court ordered to work. We overheard a manager say that this happens at times based on the rush - how is this an excuse?! The garbage and bins were overflowing, so it was like playing Jenga to return the plates we did have. Don't get me wrong, waiting 51 minutes for a $31 snack is not the worst way to spend a beautiful Saturday. I would rather be punched in the face multiple times, at least I could anticipate the timing unlike my joke of a lunch. Harsh? I know, truly one of the worst experiences.

Decided to give it a try, first time getting anything from here and last. The sandwich were ok, their broccoli soup was disgusting, it was too thick looked like it was going spoiled or too much flour was added when they thickened the soup. Not sure what was up with it but wasn't good. Also took 12 bagels to go, worst bagels I've ever had. I get my bagels from Rochester Panera and they are always delicious but these were nasty, I don't think they were baked enough. And I asked for them to be sliced, she straight out told me she doesn't have the time to do it. This place is a joke and if people keep going there they will Keep selling you nasty food.

When I got there I had to wait for the manager to stop gossiping with another employee and and great me. I ordered and paid EXTRA for my sandwich only for them to make it wrong and then they refused to fix it. The manager was no help seeing as she is always miserable and mean. I hope you see this you, you giant hog.

We used this location for a large Panera catering order for 100 persons. The delivery for an important reception was substantially late relative to the delivery time window in the purchase agreement. They got "lost" but did not call our contact number when they worried about being late. The staff did not leave any plates or cutlery that were part of this very large order, also these items are listed on our contract invoice. The regional Panera catering representative contacted us a few days after the event because we were one of their larger catering orders and we informed the representative of the deficiency we experienced. We were told that the manager of this local Panera would contact us. Several weeks on, I can post that the manager has never even attempted to call us. Calling the phone number on our catering contract routinely goes to a busy dial tone. I resorted to leaving a voice-mail for the regional survey representative who had called us and I asked her to get the Panera manager to contact us. We got contacted, however, by one of the employees and she claimed that some "young woman" at our reception told them that they did not need to leave plates when they asked if we needed plates. Yet I myself saw that they deliver everything in large Panera plastic carry bags and not one of their bags contained plates, knives, forks or spoons. They clearly FORGOT the plates and cutlery. They did not have them. I would bet on that. The employee in charge of the delivery had the contract, knew the person who was paying for the service (my spouse), met her in person when arranging the job, and yet she did not think to ask the paying client paying client if it was OK to not provide plates. Result: Our guests had to use the table chargers set up to eat on, which we had awaiting the absent Panera plates. This ruined most of chargers, and they cannot be used again. After 3 weeks, no apology has been offered to the paying client, no acceptance of responsibility for late delivery, nor accepting responsibility for failing to deal with THE PAYING CLIENT on the order regarding items not delivered (plates and cutlery). I held off for almost two weeks to permit the manager of this store to take responsibility for their store's failure and we would have been okay with that, an honest apology for their failure to meet their contract. Hearing nothing, at this point I am posting now my review with this experience. Even after posting a review in Google, I see that this store never responds to any of their many bad reviews. Panera Bread company may survey customer experience but they fundamentally do not act on it.

The location on Baldwin Road in Orion Township has to be the worst establishment ever. Gone here twice and both times horrible experiences. First, the bathroom stinks and has no soap. On the last time I came there, I ordered six bagels and two drinks. Would have ordered an egg soufflé but they had none. I ordered at 850 with an immediate pick up. Said my order would be ready by 859. I waited and still waited 25 minutes later. Most of the employees standing around with no clue what's going on. I had to ask what was happening with my order. Always an issue. I finally got my order after 30 minutes. Totally unacceptable.

They have an older woman rolling around in an office chair people lined up at least 20 people and watching 3 people standing around talking People are asking for refunds because of the wait then magically their order is up and taking 45 minutes to get food

This is the 2nd time this store has missed items on an order that were charged for. Today, I stopped in and used kiosk to order 2 salads. After a 10 min wait, they called my name. I looked at receipt to confirm it was my order and to make sure both salads were listed. They were. When I got home (25 min later) only 1 salad, 2 baquettes tossed in paper bag, not wrapped. I am currently trying to reach store to get refund. No answer. WTF??? How is this place still open? Does Corporate even know? Or care?

Eh, this is my third time ordering from this one and every time my order wasn't what I received. One order forgot my bread bowl, another forgot my apple on the side, but the real kicker is NEVER order at night there. I can't have Horseradish, it gives me a bad stomachache. I ordered this turkey and apple sort of sandwich that has that on it and I asked for it without around an hour before closing.They gave me the sandwich that I ordered whole. Now lemme tell ya, it was obviously two left over halves from the day. I can tell because the cut ends were facing opposite ways. If I cut a sandwich I just made, why would I go out of the way to face them opposite ways? That would be weird to wrap and I'd probably drop most of what was in it. So it must have been just two from the day. My second clue is IT HAD THE SAUCE ANYWAYS. Of course I didn't notice till I got home and looked. By the time I got home and settled in they were already closing or was closed. I tried to wipe off most of it, but majority of the contents is chopped like a coleslaw almost. So could you imagine trying to wipe off prepared coleslaw clean lol. Plus, they forgot my apple again! If you order from here, don't expect to leave with what you actually wanted. PS. The manager was super helpful on a previous order that was wrong so that was a relief.

My girlfriend and I have tried to order delivery from this location 4 times in the last week and not received a single one. (3 times one night because we had to call and get a gift card refund twice to try and re-place the order and once this week to use up the gift card) I do not know what they're doing with deliveries but I would NOT ORDER DELIVERY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. It will just say delivered and never show up.

This is one of the greatest Panera experiences i've had to date, I was Greeted by a nice man named Caleb and everything was clear and simple. Even though they were short staffed it's completely understandable since that's every food place in America right now, they still got my order right and quickly. I know a lot of people are judging the service however, I've noticed from my visits most of the employees at night are high school students and they still get it done! Wo-Ho!

I am very disappointed in this panera. It's the closest relatively healthy place to my work so I come here quite often. Every time I get a salad to go it's basically empty. When I get a toasted bagel it hasn't even been touched by heat. I thought I'd give it another shot and I ordered my bagel with special instructions. I asked for EXTRA toasty so that maybe it would be normally toasted so I wouldn't have to re toast my bagel at work. Nope. They just ignored my instructions and did it the same way. I try not to be difficult but I went out of my way to ask for it to be toasted. Do better panera.

I've been excited to try the new grain bowls at Panera Bread since I was the first commercial. I read a few reviews online and decided to go with the Baja Chicken grain bowl. I was a little surprised that it looked so small when I picked up my grain bowl at the counter, however looks are deceiving! This was plenty of food and I have a big appetite. The flavors were wonderful, though I love Feta and would've enjoyed a little more in the bowl. The rice and quinoa were cooked perfectly, as well as the chicken. The corn salsa added a nice flavor and texture to the bowl as well. I wasn't offered a choice of side options when I ordered, so I wasn't expecting the baguette on the side, but there it was (totally ate it). If I had known the bowl came with a side, I would've asked for fruit instead. It just seems a little counter productive to have a side of carb loaded bread with a lower cal, protein rich bowl or grains. At any rate, this wasn't the cleanest Panera Bread I've visited, but the food was great. And the service was decent. They just need to spend a little time focusing on housekeeping.

I just wanted a simple croissant for breakfast tomorrow morning. I walk in, there are 3 croissants left. One would think the purchase of one of them would be quick and painless. No, not at this crappy Panera. A sign on the registers: "Must use kiosks to order." One of the workers was nearby, and I asked: "I just want a croissant, that's all" "You have to use the kiosk!" This has happened multiple times over the past years, and I'm done! I will not return to this poorly run place.

Generally speaking Panera franchises are decent because they have similar menus at each store and they offer a somewhat healthier choices than your average food chain. This particular location has been plagued by order mistakes every time my family had gone here. 50% of the time they will leave the tomatoes on my salad which my doctor states I shouldn't have, so I either get frustrated picking them all out or taking it back to get a fresh salad. This location also is starting to look extremely worn out thanks to years of use and a staff that gets less and less interested in cleaning as time goes on. If you want an ok restaurant this is it, but expect mistakes, argumentative staff and carry wipes to clean your own eating area.

Hate to give bad reviews. But I have given this Panera so many chances. We can only order through the kiosk, the wait is long and when I had a question, the girl was not friendly. We will not be back

Never been so mad. Spent a good amount of time perfecting my "EASY" online order paid over $12 in extras on sandwich $54 total got one totally wrong sandwich no tea no apple for side and NO extras on second sandwich! Will never stop here again! Drove 200 miles to eat here. Should have unwrapped EVERYTHING!!! Hire people who pay ATTENTION!
