Panerai Boutique

My visit to the Panerai boutique in Florence was truly exceptional. Paola, my sales assistant of many years again was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, attentive, and patient, making the whole experience both enjoyable and special. I was also delighted that the boutique director took the time to greet me personally and ensure I was completely satisfied which was a thoughtful gesture that made me feel valued and perfectly reflects the prestige and care of the Panerai brand. Highly recommend watch brand true to both Italian tradition and history.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Panerai boutique in Florence and was truly impressed by the exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by everyone and our sales assistant Paola was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the brand. She took the time to walk me through the history of Panerai and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. A special thanks as well to Giuseppe, the boutique director, whose professionalism and hospitality made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. It’s clear that this team not only understands luxury service but also embodies the spirit of the Panerai brand. If you’re in Florence, whether you’re a longtime collector or discovering Panerai for the first time, this boutique is a must-visit.

Great experience. Martina was patient and friendly with my wife and I as we went through the various design options available. It’s our first time in Italy and Martina made it a memorable experience giving us a tour of the Panerai museum and explaining the company’s heritage. It wasn’t just buying a watch and walking out the door. It was as special as visiting the other Firenze landmarks. We were standing in the store where the company began. I was getting a watch from this historical boutique. This is an experience I was after because I was taking home an iconic timepiece as souvenir from the birthplace of the company. Now that’s special! I also got a passport stamp to show for! ;)

Patrizio Colombo, thank you. I walked in there not liking the style and ended up falling in love with this one. Patrizio was super nice, knowledgeable explained absolutely everything about the watch and their history took us to the little museum upstairs. Unfortunately didn’t get it. (Something on the Italian side not mine) and don’t have time to get it.

I was on a family vacation in Florence and have wanted a Paneria watch for a few years and figured what better place to get one. The experience was fantastic and the customer service was exceptional. Patrizio was great to work with and really took his time and offered me an amazing purchase experience.

An exceptional experience was provided by everyone at this historic flagship store, but special thanks to Valentina who welcomed and served us without any pressure or sense of being rushed. I now love the Panerai product having made a purchase, but the memory of the time spent in store was also special. Grazie.

I experienced the best customer service I have ever had in the luxury watch realm. I visited this flagship store on a vacation day after a business trip in the summer of 2023. I had been exploring one of the most beautiful cities in Europe for several hours and I looked the part: Sweaty, fat, clad in clothes that would even make the average German tourist look good, wearing my trusty SKX013. If I were a bouncer of the store (which is a position that apparently DOES exist), I would have not allowed myself to enter. Somehow, I got in. The gentleman taking care of me seemed to be the most senior salesperson. We continued to have such a great conversation that I ended up becoming a loyal customer. Since then, I purchased one piece of this brand, and I am looking forward to adding more Panerai's to my collection. I own several Rolex's and Omega watches and I have never had a customer experience as wholesome and welcoming as this one. 10/10, amazing customer service
