Panerai Boutique

Patrizio Colombo, thank you. I walked in there not liking the style and ended up falling in love with this one. Patrizio was super nice, knowledgeable explained absolutely everything about the watch and their history took us to the little museum upstairs. Unfortunately didn’t get it. (Something on the Italian side not mine) and don’t have time to get it.

I was on a family vacation in Florence and have wanted a Paneria watch for a few years and figured what better place to get one. The experience was fantastic and the customer service was exceptional. Patrizio was great to work with and really took his time and offered me an amazing purchase experience.

I experienced the best customer service I have ever had in the luxury watch realm. I visited this flagship store on a vacation day after a business trip in the summer of 2023. I had been exploring one of the most beautiful cities in Europe for several hours and I looked the part: Sweaty, fat, clad in clothes that would even make the average German tourist look good, wearing my trusty SKX013. If I were a bouncer of the store (which is a position that apparently DOES exist), I would have not allowed myself to enter. Somehow, I got in. The gentleman taking care of me seemed to be the most senior salesperson. We continued to have such a great conversation that I ended up becoming a loyal customer. Since then, I purchased one piece of this brand, and I am looking forward to adding more Panerai's to my collection. I own several Rolex's and Omega watches and I have never had a customer experience as wholesome and welcoming as this one. 10/10, amazing customer service

Great experience. Martina was patient and friendly with my wife and I as we went through the various design options available. It’s our first time in Italy and Martina made it a memorable experience giving us a tour of the Panerai museum and explaining the company’s heritage. It wasn’t just buying a watch and walking out the door. It was as special as visiting the other Firenze landmarks. We were standing in the store where the company began. I was getting a watch from this historical boutique. This is an experience I was after because I was taking home an iconic timepiece as souvenir from the birthplace of the company. Now that’s special! I also got a passport stamp to show for! ;)

The Firenze boutique is a demonstration in how customer service should be done. I have visited here on many occasions and received exemplary service and knowledge, I have also had goods shipped to London on several occasions due to limited offerings in the UK, Paola Fialli in particular has been nothing short of exceptional. Simply 1st class.

What a great experience visiting the birthplace of panerai. Andrea was knowledgeable and patient. I love my watch and can only hope to return to Florence again some day and grab yet another one to make the trip complete. The museum tour of the early pieces was amazing too! Was served by Ren, who made not only my first purchase experience great, but also helped to make sure my family was properly entertained and rested with drinks. Patiently explained and even went through the steps for strap removal. Hailing from Singapore and finding my first watch in the flagship store of Panerai, what a superb experience!

Great watch experience with Ren. He was patient and guided me and explained to be the history behind the watch. Definitely a great experience. My two brothers bought their watch here. I did not buy mine this time round but I will be back again! Thank you for the exceptional service!
