This is a gem, nestled in an inconspicous nook next to Pantai Bogak. The landscaping is so eclectic and perfect. The love for plants is reflected in the healthy garden. It adds to the serenity of the place. The bathrooms are top notch. The rooms comfortable. Here is the best part, you get to see hornbills outside your window feeding on palm fruits. They visit the dining area and swimming pool area. Breakfast is unpretentious, staff are super nice. The ala-carte dinner is decently priced, value for taste. The location is ridiculously gorgeous and perfect for sunset watching. This place is underrated but so pleasant and lovely. I loved my experience there.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff’s were very welcoming and helpful throughout my visit, and the manager was especially friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. One suggestion I would like to make is regarding the buffet menu. While it was decent, it could benefit from a wider variety of options to better cater to different tastes. Other than that, everything was great, and I look forward to staying here again.

Had the opportunity to stay here from 19th to 21st June 25. For a 3-star resort, I am surprised to see the rooms and toilets actually exceed 3-star standards. So, I don't understand some of the negative comments. The morning breakfast spread is satisfactory although don't expect a buffet spread akin to 5-star hotel. The chef is there to supervise, and he is proud of his work. The dhal that goes with the thosei is quite good. Eco friendly practices can be seen throughout the resort such as repurposed sinks and bowls as plant pottery, solar power lightings. Since, this review will be read by the management, I would like to propose dispensers for soap and shampoos instead of use-once toiletries, similar to bigger hotels. This will save costs which can be pass to guests and more eco-friendly. Another concern is, under beds need to be cleaned more often. Overall, this is a great place to stay, kids and family friendly with the beach just in front of the resort. Clean and well maintained. And don't forget to see the hornbill perched on the trees. Recommended.

The highlight of our visit were the staff here, they were super helpful. From the moment we arrived we were able to relax knowing everything was can taken care off. ||The food was excellent, especially as Abdul went to the market to buy seafood especially for us on our last night.

Pangkor island is a very small island easily commutable by bike or by car. Pangkor Sandy Beach Resort is located about 10 mins from the jetty. You can park your bikes and cars around the resort. Please don't block others and avoid the street entrance to he beach. The beach is a wide stretch of golden sand. Little coarse to the touch but the beach is fairly clean and the sea is fairly clear and clean. Pangkor Sandy Beach Resort is literally located right next to the beach. You can walk to the beach from it's open air cafeteria. The resort is not a big establishment, but a well maintained environment and greenery. The pool is fairly clean and decently maintained. Although the resort is a little run down and looks old from first impression, it is actually a little nice cozy resort encased by lush greenery, a nice pool and an amazing sea + beach view. I had a blast staying here for a couple of days, enjoying the view, the beach, the cool sea breeze. Worth every penny paid. it is a rustic getaway that you will cherish it overtime. The facilities are simple and functional, decently maintained. Though the complimentary breakfast is just average but the view is just amazing. 10/10 would come back again & recommend for anyone looking for a budget getaway that is worth your money.

Friendly staff, Manager who can attend you immediately n gave instant action, extraordinary chef who can go to market buy fresh seafood & cook for us. Really appreciated sir for the delicious food. There's a inhouse restaurant which open till 10pm. Most recommended stay n sure will go for it next time.

The hotel is rated 3 star, and behaves as such. The rooms were amply sized and so were the beds, easy enough to fit 2 ppl comfortably. The reception requires you to place a $200 deposit, and in our case, only accepted cash, which is ridiculous in this day of age where credit cards are utilized in majority scenarios, and not everyone carries that amount of cash. The food was mostly Malay buffet food, so not great, and not that tasty, though sufficient. The cafe is open till 10pm at night, though we didn't sample any food there. Fortunately the location makes up for everything else. You can see the beach while you have breakfast and it is within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants very close by as duty-free shopping.

A cosy resort with friendly staff, close to the beach with a nice buffet breakfast. Staffs are pleasant and will go out of their way to support you. Close to the restaurants outside the resort. Few nice Indian and Chinese restaurants. Less than 10 mins from Pangkor Jetty.
