Had the opportunity to stay here from 19th to 21st June 25. For a 3-star resort, I am surprised to see the rooms and toilets actually exceed 3-star standards. So, I don't understand some of the negative comments.
The morning breakfast spread is satisfactory although don't expect a buffet spread akin to 5-star hotel. The chef is there to supervise, and he is proud of his work. The dhal that goes with the thosei is quite good.
Eco friendly practices can be seen throughout the resort such as repurposed sinks and bowls as plant pottery, solar power lightings. Since, this review will be read by the management, I would like to propose dispensers for soap and shampoos instead of use-once toiletries, similar to bigger hotels. This will save costs which can be pass to guests and more eco-friendly.
Another concern is, under beds need to be cleaned more often.
Overall, this is a great place to stay, kids and family friendly with the beach just in front of the resort. Clean and well maintained. And don't forget to see the hornbill perched on the trees. Recommended.
