Horrible Experience – Filthy Rooms & Dishonest Management I booked this hotel for two nights, and it was absolutely disgusting. The room was filthy—cockroaches crawling around, dirt everywhere, and even footprints and human excretions on the walls. I’ve never paid for anything more unhygienic! I immediately reported the conditions to management, showed them photos, and requested an early checkout since they had no other rooms. The manager agreed to a 50% refund, so I left and booked another hotel based on this promise. However, a week passed with no refund. When I followed up, I received a vague email, and then they stopped responding altogether. To Management: If you want this review removed, please reach out to me To Future Guests: If you enjoy dishonest management and unsanitary conditions, this is the place for you! Otherwise, stay far away!

A very worn down hotel if you didn't mind of the amenities, the furniture and fixtures. The air conditioner compressor just outside the balcony and noisy. Just for a quick one nite accommodation is just fine if you have a budget. Beware of mosquitoes!

A good resort to live at. Had everything I wanted and more. Nice staff, swimming pool and gym. Room was basic but comfortable. Also a nice area to take walks. Staff was nice too✨

My family was facing issues finding a place to stay due to the peak Loy Krathong and Yi Peng celebrations coupled with a wrong booking made before the trip. However, Semut from Pangviman has helped us immensely. He went beyond his duties and exhausted all avenues and contacts to help us book a night stay before we left the town the next morning. He also went the extra mile to ensure that we arrived at the new stay safely by liaising with the driver and receptionist in Thai. We are indebted to his kindness and dedication. Thumb ups to Semut and Pangviman. Thank you for the great services!

I got a twin room of the old building, and, exactly the room was quite old. Only few things that were new, air conditioning and the shower faucet. For the cleanest, in my opinion, it was not that good, but ok. No any cockroaches found. I am not sure but think that all staying includes breakfast. The breakfast was good, some Thai and asian food, and the westerns like sausages, fried eggs and toasts.

The rooms are spacious, but the beds are not the most comfy ones, and the toilet is not in good condition. They provide "toiletries," which is a shampoo and body shower that smell terrible. The "buffet breakfast " is just a cold or burned selection of dishes... in 10 days, the rice, soup, fried eggs, and meat dishes were always cold, The internet is just terrible... we initially stayed in the old building, and there was no wifi reception whatsoever... we needed to pay to be moved to the new building, which ended up being almost as bad as in the old one. Though the staff is very friendly and they try their best to help the prices are the almost the same if you stay in the Old Town which makes no sense. The only advantage of the area is that it is very local so you can find nice places around but if you want to see temples or take tours you will need to take a taxi to the city centre.

A hotel that already remembers a lot. Shabby dirty, worn out. Wifi is death.

A nice local hotel not far from the city center. I got a big and clean double room with a good AC. The mini fridge chilled really well and the bathroom was big enough for five people shower at the same time. The breakfast is very traditional Thai, with spicy soups and dishes you would expect for lunch and not for breakfast. The coffee was the best though. Overall, this was a very good stay for the price you paid.
