Our original plan was to dine at Indique Restaurant & Bar, but since we didn’t have a prior booking and it was fully occupied, we were recommended Panorama 360 as an alternative.
To be fair, the rooftop ambience and city views are good and create a pleasant setting for an evening meal. Unfortunately, the experience fell short where it matters most, the food quality. The taste and execution did not justify the expectation set by the location and pricing.
What was more disappointing was the lack of ownership when feedback was shared. There was no acknowledgement or intent to improve, which left the impression that guest feedback wasn’t taken seriously.
A strong rooftop and view can attract guests, but consistent food quality and genuine accountability are what build repeat visits. With better attention to both, this place has potential. At present, it feels like a missed opportunity.
