Very professional front desk manager, super welcoming and friendly. Great waitress knowledgeable and friendly... But their GM is a shame for the hospitality industry, unable to resolve basic customer complaints and failing to deliver elementary representation of the hotel. In such competitive world, where hotel managers are the key for business success, their GM is damaging the hard work of the hotel team and misrepresenting the establishment.
So much potential for this hotel, but with such manager in charge, unable to take ownership and turn negative guest experiences in solution oriented answers is a complete no-go. You even don't need to attend a big hotel school to understand the basics of customer relationship. But this GM failed and deliver such substandard experience.
What a disappointment, especially towards the devoted employees of Panorama Hotel Davos.
