Despite knowing they have to do renovations, hotel management decided to place my family (we booked 2 rooms) consisting of baby & old folks right above the construction works. Oh and we stayed on a weekend. I didn't know construction on a weekend was allowed. ||After a screaming fest, they moved us to another room upstairs. Great, no more noise, but no air con either. We were tired of arguing, decided not to be too fussy and requested for a fan, which they say isn't available either. |And that was it. We had to suck it up. Horrible experience and all. ||I feel sorry for the staff whom are actually ok, but the manager is rude and not able to give any solutions. |Hotel is very old, toilet doors are chipping off from the water pipe that is also spraying in all directions; tv could barely work; no water kettle, they'll boil water and bring it to u, not sure about cleanliness; facing the main road makes the room really noisy. The walls on 5th floor is thin too, my baby couldn't sleep, listening to the kids next door playing.||I suppose if ure on a solo trip n would barely be in the room, it's ok. The location is good with underground parking.
