Hotel is in a great location to station, and gates of dawn within 5 minutes. Hotel rooms a decent size, a tad noisy due to trainstation being across the rd. Breakfast, has plenty of choice, pity the hot food was cold. Staff were good and pleasant and helpful. A decent stay there and worthy of the price.

Our international tour group of 11 from 5 countries stayed here for 2 nights. The lobby is spacious and front desk service is excellent. The lobby bar was not working the time that We were here.||Next door a huge construction project is going up and workers start with heavy equipment nose about 6 am. ||Room is spacious and a bit dated with hot water in walk-in shower, soap, wardrobe, mirror and large screen TV with several channels in various languages. ||Breakfast buffet is good. Eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurt, creams, milk, wheat and black bread with a toaster that doesn’t toast. Delicious juice machine, my favorite is grapefruit. Sausages. Ok coffee from machine that offers hot water for several teas, cocoa. There’s always a line at 5 coffee machines. Breakfast service and attention is great. ||Centrally located near airport train, central market, Shops, drug store, eateries and about 29 minute walk to old town.

The hotel is located at a good location if you want to be close to the train and bus station as well as the international bus station. If you want to visit the old town, you would need to walk around 1 km or take the bus. The cleanliness of the room didn't satisfy us. When we first entered the room, the hand soap dispenser was empty and the trash bin was dirty with something that looked like poo or blood. When the cleaning lady came, she just took toilet paper and hand soap and rubbed the dirty spot. That is not a professional cleaning, she should have instead used a professional cleaning liquid and desinfectant. Furthermore, the surfaces (e.g. walls) in the room didn't seem that clean. The reception didn't inform us about an important issue during our arrival: For 3 days the city was doing technical work on the heating system and therefore there was no hot water in the shower at all. Others also weren't aware of it. This should be communicated to people by their arrival or even before, and also be given the opportunity to cancel the booking or book to another hotel. There are people who stayed there for days and imagine having to shower with cold water for 3 days or not being able to shower at all! Lastly the reception didn't inform us about check-out or breakfast times, which is also part of the check-in process. The young blond receptionist is doing his job well, though.

This hotel offers a great location close to airport and all domestic locations. The lobby is large. Currently hotel bar has not been open during our stay. The rooms are spacious and our room was next to construction site where workers began at 6am with heavy equipment which is noisy. This is a huge project done construction will be going on for awhile. Room is dated with desk chair, mirror and wardrobe. Large TV has 2 English, several other language channels. Belarus, Polish, German, Lithuanian. Walk in shower has hot water. Note: water is not drinkable Breakfast buffet is good with sausages, eggs, meats, cheeses, salads, fresh veggies, cereals and milk, and yogurt. Two kinds of breads and a toaster that doesn’t toast bread. Two kinds of jam. Coffee is fair. 5 coffee machines and there were always lines Excellent location to transportation, central market, dining, shops.

Nothing wrong per se! Great location. Helpful reception staff. Miserable atmosphere. Bit like staying in a migrant hotel in the uk I’d imagine. Except with paying. Lots of coach parties here filling their pockets with fruit & breads at breakfast. Breakfast is very, very busy. Always did manage to get a seat but more good luck I think. Comparatively expensive in comparison to other similar places. Room was clean, no air con. Very dated shower room.

5 minutes walk from the bus station. The room was ok, a bit old but grateful that a fan had been provided since it was a hot day. The hotel caters to big tour groups but was impressed how they dealt with everyone at breakfast. There are good views over the old town from the higher floors. Newly renovated rooms are available on top floor.

If you want a nice stay in Vilnius, avoid this hotel. No matter what time you come, the rooms are boiling hot. In the summer it's the lack of AC, in the winter it's the heating, that you can't control makes your room hotter than hell. If you're lucky, they'll still have a fan in the summer. In the winter, you can open your windows and listen to one of the busiest roads , right next to the bus and trains stations. This room.is hot up to the standards of communist times. 25 years later it should be illegal. No plugs anywhere near your bed. Just on the opposite wall. Breakfast is a joke. Don't even bother with it. Almost no lights in the bathroom. Glasses are dirty. Anything that can be wrong is wrong here. Can't believe hotels like this exists in 2025. Vilnius should think about why there are no more tourists coming here. Shameful.

Shabby and tired. Staff abrupt. Noisy rooms facing the front as opposite the main road, McDonald’s and the bus/train station. Even the taxi driver on the way warned me it wasn’t a good choice of hotel.|I must have had a different breakfast to the reviews because it wasn’t great at all.|Location isn’t bad for the old town and the market but a fair walk to most of the main attractions of the city. I would avoid.
