If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Let’s start with the check-in process—an absolute nightmare. We were forced to wait over three hours just to get a room because of their ridiculously slow and inefficient system. No apologies, no compensation, just blank stares from staff who clearly didn’t care. Once we finally got to the room, the disappointment continued. The room was tiny, barely any space to move. No fridge, no hairdryer (because apparently, basic amenities are too much to ask for), and a TV that didn’t even work. Speaking of disappointment, we specifically requested a double bed, but instead, we got two tiny singles lazily pushed together, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The bathroom was just as terrible. The shower was low-quality, barely functional, and the provided toiletries? Cheap, awful-smelling, and completely useless. It felt like they were refilling old bottles with whatever soap they could find. Overall, this place is an absolute joke. It’s uncomfortable, outdated, and completely unfit for a holiday stay. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else—even a tent in a parking lot would be a better experience than this dump.

I award 5 stars for this hotel to highlight the following: please kindly manage your expectations. The venue is probably not for the wedding night or anniversary celebration (indeed the rooms are tired), but locates extremely handy / close to both city stations. I was warmed by a very kind hearted reception. Breakfast is very solid and value for money. Absolutely comfortable to had a night or two and invest yourself to city activities / business etc. |If you are not an early bird to get up in the morning, check if ur room does not face to the current maintenance nearby

We stayed a night in a small room. The shower was hot and the wifi was good, but the room was dirty. Our toilet was filthy, there were stains on our walls and our bed quilt was stained. The breakfast was ample. Rooms need a good clean! Location wise not bad.

The hotel room is clean but no air conditional during summer and bathroom got a few mould and dirt on the wall. Hotel is good Location City Center, 5 or 10 mins walk to the bus station, train station and the old town area. There are many stores and supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is okay. From the window can see outside is on construction site with oldtown view.

The hotel is conveniently located, right opposite the railway station and near the bus station. The old town is a few minutes' walk away. Check-in was quick, the receptionist, a young man, was friendly. Room 324 was in a poor condition, the furniture was shabby, although the bed was comfortable. The hotel's housekeeping was terrible. There was only one towel in the room, and it was small. The receptionist, of course, brought a set of towels, having done the housekeeping work. Woodlice were crawling on the floor in the bathroom. In addition, the room had a persistent smell of tobacco, the previous guests had been smoking, and the cleaning staff did not take care to neutralize the tobacco smell. I did not demand a change of room, but I understand that, for many other people, the smell of tobacco would be a big problem. The breakfast was quite good for a hotel of this level, the restaurant staff were also friendly. The Wi-Fi worked well.

Hotel near the Main train Station. It's a bit of walking to the Main City sights but it's doable. You can have a look of the whole City if you take the elevator up to the top floor. It was a little noisy at the time we were there because there was some construction going on.

It’s only 3 minutes’ walk from the railway station and bus station to the hotel. There’s a supermarket next to the bus station, so everything is quite convenient. The old town is walking distance away. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi works well. Despite that the facilities are a bit basic, i think the location is the key for this hotel.

I had booked a stay for the 11th. Unfortunately my bus changed timings on me- and it became very late. I arrived on the 12th at 7am. I arrived at the hotel and asked to check in. The front desk said only at 3pm. Being extremely sleep deprived and confused- i then asked if i could at least leave my luggage in the store room. He acquiesced. When i came out of the store room, i asked again if I could check in with the paper work, he did not understand me. I thought i might be wrong as i was too tired to think straight. I sat in the lounge for 2 hours until it was bright enough to venture out. When i returned and asked to check in, this time the front desk said I booked the wrong day. Overall, when I asked if there was anything that could be done, they stated that I would need to pay for a new stay. (Which as I was leaving again that day, no point.) i then asked if they could recommend a restaurant for dinner. The front desk said he wasn’t from the city and couldn’t help. Unbelievable. All I saw of my stay was the lounge.
