Panorama Hotel

Location is good, right opposite the station. Reception staff are friendly. Those are the only 2 positives. The hallways are dark and grotty. The rooms are threadbare and poorly maintained. Carpet is gross, there are all kinds of stains (even chewing gum?) on the walls and the bathroom fixtures could do with a decent scrub. Our bathroom smells like urine, it's simply disgusting. Breakfast is disappointing, with very few options and none of the eyeing particularly fresh. Breakfast staff is quite rude - at 10:00 Breakfast ends and they took away the plates of the table sitting next to us, so they had to finish their toast without plates 😄 Like, why? Will skip breakfast tomorrow, it's just not worth going. For 60€ a night I don't expect much, just basic hygiene. Unfortunately that 1 requirement wasn't met.

The room was nice and cosy but not that big. Inside there was a bed, two lamps, a table with a chair, and a fully equipped bathroom (including hairdryer, shampoo, towels, toilet paper and two glasses). The receptionist said the cold tap water is drinkable, tested, approved. The location is really nice: the hotel is near train and bus stations, which makes it comfortable to get to even at night. A lot of public transport opportunities available. McDonald's right next to the building :) The staff was nice and spoke multiple languages. The only disadvantage was the lonely silverfish found early in the morning in the bathroom. Overall the stay was great, we enjoyed it!

Based on the reviews that I had read about the Hotel, it was actually better than expected. Only stayed one night as had a very early train and it is only a couple of minutes walk to the station. Didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment. Check in staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Everywhere looked clean. Would recommend for a one night stop over.

Very good location, next to train and bus stations. Room was good, decent bathroom, small but enough for 1 night stay. Very good price.Liked the view to the train station. Not too noisy as we were on the 4th floor. There was some decorating going on upstairs as they are getting brand new rooms ready, but noise didn't last long. View to Gediminas castle from another side of the building.

Very very very good hotel, friendly and nice Staff. They even upgraded my room for free for the best room in the hotel. I really liked the old town view. They fulfilled my special request about queen bed, old town view and kettle in the room (I did reservation for twin standard room, without kettle). They gave me superior queen bed with the panoramic view on last floor. Whenever im in Vilnius - only in this hotel.

We were lucky to get the newly renovated rooms on the 6th floor. The room was very quiet (we couldn't hear the construction at all) and luxurious, and the king sizes bed is very comfortable, we als had a great view. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of options and strong coffee and a wide variety of tea. Location could not be any better, walking distance to the old center, 300m from the bus station, and the bus to the airport also 300m away. Staff was friendly and professional. We were amazed at the value for this budget accommodation, highly recommend!

We stayed in an Exclusive Twin Room with a nice view and modern furnitures. Unfortunately, the room was very cold, and it took almost a day to warm it up. The shower drain was not working properly, and after showering, the bathroom floor was flooded due to the lack of a water stopper. When we needed to call reception, we discovered that the phone in the room was not charged. In addition, the kettle in the room was heavily scaled. Overall, the hotel is nice, but these facility issues affected our comfort during the stay.

Rooms are ok, beds are comfortable, bathrom is rather small and ir our case the light was broken. The staff is super friendly and try to help you with everything. Communication in English is a bit difficult but not impossible. Breakfast Buffet has small variations but all in all for the price pretty worth it as it’s also close to the train station and close to the airport.
