It’s a fun bar with simple bar food. Pizza and wings. Bob, the bartender is awesome. Love the casual rustic decor with $1 bills stapled to the walls. Is casual Alaska! Great option to get a to-go basic pizza if the places next door are too crowded! VictorB

It’s our first time in Alaska and after a long day of threading in the snow, some pizza sounded it like it taste delicious and it most definitely was! We ordered: Twisted breadsticks: warm, crispy, and tasted amazing with the marinara sauce. Banh Minh: This was surprisingly pretty solid as it tasted similar to a veggie banh minh we ordered. It was like eating a banh minh sandwich in pizza form so it was really well done. Forrest: This was a fantastic dish and all of the flavors came together really well - especially the combination of baked mushrooms and soft melted goat cheese. This was my personal favorite and even ate it the next day as left over. Dirty hippie: this was alright as most of us didn’t enjoy it much but it was decent. Overall, this was a great pizza location in Alaska and we were pleased and satisfied.

The vibe and food was actually so amazing! We tried the mild wings that were out of this world good! And the pizza was also really good!

Delicious pizza and beer after a day in Denali national park. Outdoor seating and our server Dominick took great care of us even though he was busy with many other tables. We got the Buffalo blue chicken pizza, highly recommend!

Boyfriend and I were driving back to anchorage, no cell service, tired and hungry. First one we saw on the side that look interesting. We were greeted by rocket the black lab and staff. We ordered pulled pork sliders, and bbq smoked wings. The staff was so nice to talk to and the food was amazing! Definitely the place to go by if you're looking to get some amazing food and amazing company! I need to come back again!

A cozy pizza restaurant/bar that serves great smoked meat. We ordered an everything salad with added smoked chicken which was a blast. Pizza is fresh, yet it took longer than expected to come out (about 60 minutes). Overall low price and great service otherwise.

Panorama Pizza is located about 15 minutes south of Denali National park and is situated in a quieter area. There's a few lodges nearby and we stayed in one they recommended them for dinner. We'd been hiking all day and super hungry. The large was calling but ended up being way too much for two people. It worked out well though, cause it gave us dinner for the next night. Ordered the build your own with tomatoes, peppers and red onions. They didn't skimp on toppings and the crust was nice and bubbly. This is a popular spot and gets pretty crowded, so we did have a 15 minute or so wait for our table. Once seated, service was super attentive and food came out quick. It's a casual, bar type setting and no frills with delicious pizza. Good tip from our hotel to try this!

Pizza place and bar by the side of the road. We stayed at the inn next door so we just walked over to get a snack but it turned into our dinner. A small pizza was surprisingly filling for two people and more affordable than other meals in the area. We had the forrest pizza which is a white pizza with mushrooms and greens. It was pretty good. You can build your own pizza as well.

So this place was recommended by our bus driver in Denali. We happen to go pretty late after our day at Denali. We arrived at 10 PM and it was nuts! Balls to the walls people, partying, and karaoke. Like we were really bummed we weren't spending the night because it looked like a really fun place. Service sucked, but under the circumstances, no worries. We were told the waitress would come by and service, but that never happened so we went to the counter to order pizza and we had to go to the bar to order our drinks. Either we were really hungry, but the pizza was really delicious!!!

We were only in town for a few days but ate here twice!!! The pizza is outstanding! Our favorite was the Smoked and Baked, although Pineapple Express was a close second. It's a small location, and with the weather being wet outside seating was limited but they squeezed us in. We wish the weather had been nice bc they had a nice deck/outside area to sit and even a foosball and such to play. They do to-go orders as well which we absolutely appreciated after a very long day of hiking in the park.

Fantastic pizza, unmatched views, convenient location, and attentive service! The perfect place for dinner after a day at Denali. We got two 12" pizzas, and they were huge! The "birch please" had ham and pineapple, and I built my own (pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon). The crust is chewy and if you're someone who doesn't normally eat crusts, you might here! We had leftovers for another day, which was a surprising bonus. The mountain views are incredible and you can sit in or out. They have a fire pit and cornhole games, and it's just a very chill and inviting atmosphere. The servers were quick to refill waters and make sure all our needs were met.

We were so happy to stumble on to this place! Our server was great, pizza was delicious and the beer was cold. Would certainly recommend.

We have stopped in 3 times in our our way to and from Anchorage. The pizza has always been delicious, the crust is yummy and the service is great!

This business is SUCH A GEM! Aside from the stunning Alaskan views and fresh air, the pizza actually quite quite good! Definitely would recommend to EVERYONE service was also good! Not really a big downside!

What a gem. We stayed @ Carlo Creek Cabins & they recommended we eat here for pizza. Good selection of beer & cider on tap. There are many pizza combinations to choose from. We shared a salad with smoked chicken (yum) & a 12" pizza & we had leftovers. Friendly service & good value!

We went on a Tuesday evening and the place was buzzing with activity. We were taken care of quickly and found a seat by the window. They have outside seating with some gorgeous views but it was a little too windy for us to sit out. We were looking for vegetarian options and found 3-4 pizzas that were vegetarian. They were quick to take the order but took almost 30 mins to get the pizza. My husband said it was one of the best pizza he has had, so def worth the wait for him! I did not care for the thick crust and wished they had more crust options to choose from.

Friendly service and good pizza , I like to call ahead and order it to go. Cool bands play there too

Panorama Pizza is a very convenient and apparently the last spot to eat on your way from Denali to Talkeetna. It opens at 3 pm in the afternoon. It is a huge restaurant, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a nice view. The decor is cool. The bar is especially is really cute. We were 6 people and ordered the 18" Forrest pizza ($32) and 12" Dirty Hippy ($17) pizzas, glad to find at least 2 vegetarian options. It took ~25 min for take out and food was appropriate for a good lunch. The pizza was not the best and they could have done a better job with the quantity of toppings and cheese but it tasted good since it was warm and we were super hungry! I would say it was average. The cashier/server was very rude and we felt unwelcome. They answered our simple questions with an attitude and didn't even show basic friendliness or etiquette. I hope that it was just an off moment or a bad day they were having and other people or tourists don't have to experience that. We had almost walked out looking at their attitude but decided to give them a shot eventually.

Over an hour and we couldn't get a plain pizza. Another couple walks in much later and they had their complicated pizza plus drinks. Horrible service !! Go next door to Creekside Cabins !!

Stopped here on our trip to Denali. It was a family type place. Pizza was ok for tourist place. It's middle of the road. Service was good. I'd stop again

A tourist trap? Maybe. Enjoyable but not special. Pizzas are not your typical pepperoni. Enjoyed their take on a buffalo chicken pizza. Drinks were reasonably priced and in a great location for dinner after Denali.

Great experience on the patio! The view of the mountains was wonderful and the wait staff was very personable. Us parents enjoyed that our kids enjoyed the covered outdoor fooseball table while we sipped on a few local brews before the pies showed up. The pizza's were great with quality ingredients. I took one for the team and stuck with the Veggie Hippie pie. It was very tasty but next time I'd like to try a pizza with some of the house smoked meats that looked and smelled amazing.

This was our second time eating here. Great service, the pizza is good and we really like the smoked wings.

Awesome service and a great view! Super kid friendly. The pizza was delicious although my kids didn't enjoy as much because they like simple pizza without tons of cheese and sauce. But if your kids are not as picky as mine then you'll have a great meal. Prices are higher than a regular food chain pizza place but you are not eating a a regular food chain. Enjoy!

We stopped in on a Friday afternoon. We ate outside on the deck. Service was friendly and prompt. The bread twists with beer cheese I can certainly recommend. Very tasty. The pizza was also very good and they have a solid selection of beverages to accompany your meal. Before we left we had some entertainment with folks playing bags / corn hike on the large deck also.

Best pizza, beer, cocktails, and company in the Denali area. I stayed in Denali for two nights and went to Panorama both nights. I wasn't expecting to stay here for hours meeting all the great locals and seasonal workers! Sit at the bar and enjoy a variety of Alaskan beers, $3 PBR pints, or if you're lucky, maybe Dylan, the bartender, will make you one of his signature cocktails. Beth will serve you fantastic pizza with a smile (I tried the Veg-Head and Denali--great stuff). Stick around and chat with the regulars. You will undoubtedly leave with some new friends and some good stories. If you're feeling generous, be sure to ring the bell and buy everyone a shot of Jameson! I'll be back whenever I'm in Denali!

Great pizza, the breadsticks and beer cheese is my favorite. The staff and owners are always nice. The smoked wings are the great too!

In the time we spent waiting for a pizza last night I literally could have driven to East Ramp Pizza in Fairbanks and ordered one. I suggest you do exactly that and save yourself the aggravation. I've heard their pizza might be good, but I'll never find out... Looks like another reviewer had a similar experience last night. FYI, Maya P., we had the other server, never got any food, and just drove home hungry.

If you're considering stopping here.. DEFINITELY DO. Amazing pizzas! The Banh Mi pizza is a must try if you like pickled veggies. The staff is great and it has a great vibe. The lab that hangs out outside is named Rocket, so make sure you say hi and give him a pet!

There are not many places in this area to eat, so stopped in here. There us plenty of parking and outdoor seating. Indoors there is a bar area and a few tables. Inside decor looks very fun. Stuff everywhere to look at. The service is ok. Not sure why our table was given paper plates and all the others had nice porcelain plates... Would have been easier to cut on... Sigh... We had the Denali pizza... And well. If you're really hungry its ok. Not a fan of the crust... And well... good enough... Good selection of toppings... If I had another choice...

Cool Alaskan Pizza restaurant with outdoor & indoor seating. Delicious Pizza, we ordered the special "Gyro Pizza" hands down best gyro pizza ever. Good drinks bloody mary's & beer. Beautiful views & creek nearby. Friendly staff.

I was not expecting great pizza just outside Denali. But wow it was delicious. Washed it down with some Alaskan Ambers after 8 days in the wilderness. Detract one star for typical and expected tourist price gouging. 32 bucks for a pizza is a bit much. Also the staff completely ignores you if the place is full.

I come here on my days off. Best place in Denali. That bartender Dylan is the hottest thing in America. and aside from him, the rest of the staff is great! Excellent service, drinks and pizza. STRONGLY SUGGEST.

Amazing pizza and incredible new specials every few days. They have a full bar and great selection of local beers on tap. There are table games, horse shoes, corn hole, foos ball, and a camp fire to hang out with your companions while enjoying a drink and the fabulous view. Open from 5pm-10pm. Bar open until 3am.

I'm not a fan of Prospector and their lines are always huge so I decided to stop here. Ok, it was the full bar sign that got me. Really, that's about all it has to offer - and it's not even that great of a bar. Service was spotty but nice when it was around. Nachos were ok - melted cheese on top, unmelted shredded cheese in the middle. Pizza was ok - not particularly good (Prospector and Lynx Creek are both better). AND both orders were messed up. All of Denali area (McKinley Village area) is touristy and expensive. Most places rate 3 stars. This place couldn't even compete with those horrible places. Especially when it's sitting next to Creekside Cafe. Avoid this place.

Great beer and pizza; knowledgeable and friendly servers- what more could you ask in a tourist town? I noticed lots of staff from the park and other locals eating there. We also ordered the sampler appetizer and it came quickly and was really loaded. Great alternative to the expensive hotel food and the fast food strip

Best pizza in the Denali area. They open around 5pm and have a shuttle service from the canyon area. Less of a touristy place, lots of locals hang out here. They always have great beer on tap and plenty of booze to wash it down with. Usually you can expect games of cornhole, foosball and a big outdoor fire. This is as far from the cruiser scene as you can get and if you're there after 10 expect a rowdy good time.

The food wasn't the best, definitely don't get the nachos! The pizza was okay. The cheese bread was decent. The reason to come here is the atmosphere, divey, gritty, and laid back. They have corn hole outside amd many games inside. The waitress was friendly and chatty and we talked to many other travelers. This is about 20 minutes south of the main drag amd it was so nice to get away. This feels more like a townie bar and less like a tourist trap. People from all over the world have taped dollar bills on the walls, so it's fun to spend some time reading these, as well.

We always make time to stop in for some pizza and beer. It is a comfortable place with friendly folks. We love sitting out by the fire or playing cornhole. Its the kind of place you can enjoy with the family, your friends or by yourself.

Great place! Tired it on our way to Denali and feels like it's out of nowhere. Try the wings, they are awesome. And definitely great pizza selection. Definitely as place to stop by for food!

This pretty much the wildest party in Cantwell. Workers, customers, travelers-- everyone is out to have a good time and the dude abides. I could not have predicted a better night. Don't skip it!!

Stopped by after a day of hiking on Sunday of a three day weekend. A bunch of people hanging out drinking on the porch and cars in the parking lot so we assumed they were open. When we walked up an aggressive dog approached us. It's owner called it off and as we made our way to the open door of the restaurant told us that it was closed because they "had an epic party last night." Seems like they're more interested in partying than running a restaurant. Pretty disappointing when you've driven down from the park. There's only one other restuarant nearby, otherwise we would have had to drive twenty minutes back the way we had just come.

My new fav and only wish they delivered 3000 miles away. Cool bar and nightlife loved the place!

We hadn't eaten inside for 4 or 5 days. After camping in the Kenai Peninsula with Backroads and then flying up to Denali National Park, we pitched our tents (ok -- the BR team pitched our tents), showered at Carlos Creek Camp Site (fabulous) and made our way across the highway to this jewel of local color and great pizza. 24 of us descended upon this place, ordered probably one of every pizza they make and oodles of local brew. Try the IPA. Yum yum. People hang out playing video games at the bar and just ham in up in general. We ended up putting on a little skit and somebody else in the bar did aviewing of their draft movie/documentary. If you need a good inside meal away from the "cruisers" (cruise ship tourists) and with the local peeps while you visit Denali, this place has your name on it. It would get a 5 ... but it is a pizzeria. I gave Marx Brox Cafe in Anchorage a "5" but it will set you back about $80-100. This place is far more affordable and it's a Godsend when you are camping.

Three stars in a vacuum, but maybe five given the other options in The Canyon near Denali NP. Pizza and onion rings were great. Our pie was huge, covered with toppings, and very filling. It was one of the house pizzas - can't remember all of the ingredients - but there was one "that extra something" ingredient - maybe cilantro - that made it great. AR and I were starving but still couldn't quite finish our shared large. Expensive for pizza, but not bad for dinner for two and everything's expensive near the park. One annoyance was that the hostess told us there would be a 25-30 minutes wiat, but it turned out to be 45. Please, please, give us a too-high estimate and then pleasantly surprise us instead of the other way around! We had a commitment later that evening that we had no trouble getting to, but got worried for a while as the wait dragged on without a predicted finish in the future.

I loved it up there. Pizza was good, the atmosphere as awesome. They had blaring music, a mix of family, old folks, young folks eating. Corn hole in the back, table hockey inside and games...friendly atmosphere and hot yummy pizza in a generous portion I regrettably couldn't finish. ;(

We really enjoyed the pizza here. Can't remember the name of it but it had pesto and sausage and mushrooms. Loved the crust- totally homemade tasting with no greasiness. Sat outside at the picnic tables and had great service from the waitress. Kids were entertained with horseshoes and beanbag toss game. Did need some mosquito repellent. Also got a huge cinnamon roll for breakfast. It was delicious. Highly recommend this place. Good beer too.

Off the beaten path, great pizza, great drinks, and lots of games, both indoor and out. A great place to hang out with a group of friends for an evening. Just don't ring the bell unless you're prepared to buy everyone at the bar a shot of Jameson.

i told myself when i started regularly writing yelp reviews that i would only write good ones. and that even if a place deserved a bad review, i would keep my opinion to myself. but i feel unfortunately motivated to post this. we had our hopes up based on the generally good reviews! as restaurant workers ourselves, we are genuinely sympathetic to being short staffed and panorama certainly is. it took about 25 minutes for someone to wait on us and then about an hour and a half for our food to come out. and it happened to be the wrong food. our server let us know she put it in wrong and would let the kitchen know to make the correct thing asap. about 40 minutes later, we went inside to ask if it was coming out, and she turned around to look at the kitchen, shrugged, and said no. but the other server seemed to be getting all his orders out correctly and in a timely manner, and the kitchen staff was working super hard. even though the order was wrong and we never got our correct food, what we did get was pretty good.

Ate here twice in June 2014 during a stay across the highway at the Carlo Creek Cabins. I had a pizza one night and a calzone the other night. Both were very good. Josh was behind the bar and made everyone feel welcome. Drank a bunch of Alaska Ambers and some Irish Whiskey. Very casual place. After 10pm, the locals who work in the area all come in for drinks. If I'm ever at Denali again, I'm stopping in for pizza and beer.
