Absolutely amazing! From checking in to checking out, every detail was handled beautifully! Every morning, we were greeted with a basket of gluten-free rolls. E ery meal was made gluten-free for us. The best chicken cutlets I have ever had!

I did not stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant. The food was ok nothing really stood out. The service was ok too. The hotel reviews must be pushing the ratings up on this location, not the food.

We stayed in the enchanting town of Krimml for 3 nights at the family-run Hotel Burgeck, Panorama. Perched 700 meters uphill from the center, this chalet-style hotel offered unbeatable views of the meadows mountains around and to the Krimml waterfalls which we could even hear from our balcony. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us plan our hikes, including a hiking to the top of the famous Krimml Falls, which are within walking distance, and a stunning panoramic walk in Neukirchen, where we took the Bergbahnen cable car up to the Hohe Tauern peaks. The region is rich with trails and offers spectacular Alpine scenery. The staff made a thoughtful effort to provide us with delicious vegan breakfasts and dinners. The hotel has a peaceful, serene atmosphere, and walking through the meadows to and from the hotel felt like stepping into Heidi's world, but in Krimml. Martin, the owner, even gave us a ride to and from the bus stop when we arrived and left, making our stay even more convenient and welcoming.

The hotel with the best view in all of Krimml! We are currently staying at the hotel and are really enjoying ourselves. The rooms are very clean and the service of the employees is great! The owner is a friendly hardworking man who you see every day and always greats you with a smile.

Staying here is every bit worth the trip to Krimml. Of all the places we’ve stayed throughout Europe, the views from here are absolutely jaw dropping. The room was very nice, with a balcony overlooking the town below and comfortable beds. The staff, all apparently family, couldn’t be nicer. The dining area is quite nice and likewise has spectacular views of the surrounding Alps and the town below. We had both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and were quite pleased. It’s an easy hike through farms and Forrest to the Krimml waterfall, the tallest in Europe. Do you get the impression that we can’t say enough nice things about this place? It would be worth going out of your way to stay here. Highly recommend.

We stayed here at the beginning of a bike tour and were quite pleased. The hotel itself is charming with incredible views of the valley below and the Krimml waterfall from the guest rooms and the dining room. Both dinner and breakfast were quite good. The hosts were very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again. Views from our room are posted below:

Omg ! Love this place . We had the perfect room with the perfect view . The rooms are all newly furnished and perfectly clean and tidy . The best part is the view from the balcony . It’s just breathtaking. You can watch the Krimmel waterfall right from your balcony . And the sound of the flowing water is so calming ! The property is managed by the family . They are very friendly . We would definitely go back to this place .

I stayed her 5 night with my son for a skiing holiday and we both think that this is a great place to stay. Diner is fantastic, room are quite good and comfortable. They have a shuttle service so you can be dropped off at the ski bus stop; they’re always ready for you to bring or pick you up whenever you want.|The staff is also most friendly and always willing to help or serve you.|We are going to miss them & the hotel!
