I only had to mention the areas I wanted to focus on, and he could suggest exactly the right massage for me. Today, I tried the Beauty Relax massage with Khun Janey, and she was incredibly professional. She targeted all the right points with the perfect pressure, but was also very attentive and adjusted the pressure whenever I requested. She kept checking in throughout to ensure I was comfortable. All the staff were warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was truly serene. Most importantly, the aroma oil smelled absolutely divine. I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely love the spa. So private. The floors were serene. All amenities are using PAÑPURI at the 10th floor. I was handled by Toi, she was amazing. Her strength could be overwhelming but she had good English skill that her strength level could be adjusted easily. If you purchase the products, you will get 10% discount. Inside the sauna, they have the hot jacuzzi, steam room, and rain shower (could be tropical or ice mint). Love love love would definitely come back

Ask for Mira - I’ve never had a massage where I feel like I’m meditating but this was it. I would come here everyday if I lived in Bangkok. From the minute you enter the spa, the reception, service, everything is 10/10. Cannot recommened further. No regrets

From the moment we arrived, the reception we received from Ash was absolutely amazing! He guided us with such patience and kindness—helping us choose the right oils and package. He explained everything so clearly, with a smile and the calmest voice- which really set the tone for the experience. My masseuse, Mam (yes, that’s her name !), was incredible ! She scrubbed my body just the way I requested and gave me the most soothing massage—gentle yet still hitting all the points I needed. She was so lovely throughout, and my body feels absolutely amazing now. It’s always a pleasure coming back to Panpuri. The service, the treatment, the people—it’s all top tier from start to finish.

The staffs are very good at providing advice on products all the time, smiling and cheerful. The products are of high quality and have many fragrant smells. I can't decide which one to choose.

Not worth the money. I received the ultimate experience (210 minutes) 3 1/2 hour service. They said it was the best service they offer, however, it did not meet my expectation. Massage was done mostly by hot stone (over 1/2 of the time during body massage), not by hand, which was disappointing. Facial was not a professional quality with minimum treatment. Maybe I was expecting too much for this ultimate experience service. The facility was clean and neatly organized with personal shower and toilet in the room. Overall, I would not recommend going back.
