I had a 2-hour couple’s massage with my husband at Panpuri Wellness, and it was truly the best we’ve ever experienced. I’ve traveled around the world and visited many 5-star spas, but this one stands out as the absolute best. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and guided to choose our preferred massage oil. The facilities were spotless — I especially appreciated the well-kept bathroom and restroom before the treatment and the serene, beautifully prepared room. My therapist, Toi, was incredibly skilled and experienced, combining perfect pressure with deep knowledge of techniques that melted away all tension, especially from hours of tech use and travel. The experience ended perfectly with refreshing fruit and warm tea, leaving us relaxed, recharged, and completely pampered. The Absolute Royal Thai Massage experience with Everything turn to the “Expensive” mode !!! But worth every Penny. Check in was prompted and easy. Check in Staff, spoke extremely good English. It is a spa basically ran by Park Hyatt with same interior finishes same everything even the massage bed was the best massage bad I have ever tried. Me and my buddy chose 90 minutes Royal Thai massage course for two people. It costed us US$400. Like I said it is not cheap it is the most expensive version of Thai massage you can get with a feasible budget. ฿25,000 for one person. I am massage therapist looked very skilled and highly experienced as soon as the massage session started my body started melting away and sunk into the massage pad and disappeared and just like that 90 minute was finished. Every item that are used during a massage session are either organic or highly natural . This place is one of my go to high-end Thai massage spa place in Bangkokㅋ

I stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and booked a same-day full body and facial spa treatment. The spa itself was absolutely beautiful, and the aroma throughout was so relaxing. Before the treatment, I was even able to choose the scent that suited me best. My therapist, Maya, was wonderful—she made the entire 90 minutes deeply relaxing. I’ve tried many hotel spas, but honestly, this was by far the most outstanding experience I’ve had recently. The pressure was just right, and above all, her warm hospitality and professional skills created such a calming space. If I have the chance, I would definitely love to book a treatment with Maya again.

This was truly one of the most exceptional massages I’ve ever experienced. I booked the 90-minute Personalized Massage and requested firm, deep-tissue pressure using Panpuri oil. Nong was incredibly kind, attentive, and immediately put me at ease, but what truly set her apart was her technique. Her work was both powerful and remarkably precise, reaching areas of tension and knots I didn’t even realize existed. Every movement felt intentional and deeply informed, striking a rare balance between strength and finesse. The experience was restorative and stands out as the best massage I’ve ever had.

I only had to mention the areas I wanted to focus on, and he could suggest exactly the right massage for me. Today, I tried the Beauty Relax massage with Khun Janey, and she was incredibly professional. She targeted all the right points with the perfect pressure, but was also very attentive and adjusted the pressure whenever I requested. She kept checking in throughout to ensure I was comfortable. All the staff were warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was truly serene. Most importantly, the aroma oil smelled absolutely divine. I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely love the spa. So private. The floors were serene. All amenities are using PAÑPURI at the 10th floor. I was handled by Toi, she was amazing. Her strength could be overwhelming but she had good English skill that her strength level could be adjusted easily. If you purchase the products, you will get 10% discount. Inside the sauna, they have the hot jacuzzi, steam room, and rain shower (could be tropical or ice mint). Love love love would definitely come back
