This place is nothing short of a dream, literally. The owners Lorenzo & Cesare really make this one of the best places you’ll ever stay. And Irene from the desk went out of her way to be helpful all day long. We loved out stay here so much, this will be our fixed stay everytime we come to pantelleria from now on. 10/10

First of all the hotel is beautiful and geared toward relaxation with the amazing infinity pool and it views of the sea. The pictures don't quite do it justice... it is a stunningly beautiful place I did not want to leave. I stayed in a small Dammuso with a sea view and it was amazing to contemplate. A few things to know is that the resort is quite isolated and located quite far from the center so a car is a must as there is nothing at all around (beside the hotel restaurant). I found the rooms a bit bare, it would have been lovely to have a coffee or tea equipment to be able to have one admiring the sunrise views from the terrasse. Having stayed at similar places in various countries, they often provided tea/coffee supplies in room and even a bottle of wine. They also had maps of hiking trails around or easy independent activity suggestions. That being said at the dream resort they were able to provide contact information for local tour guides. The staff I interacted with was quite friendly, Paolo went out is his way to help me organize a few activities so thank you again!

Our experience at the resort was incredible. The staff at the resort was so friendly and welcoming. They were very knowledgeable of the island and it’s history. We loved hearing their stories that they were more than happy to share. Our room or as we learned from them in Italian “Dammusi” was absolutely spotless and featured a beautiful view. Our trip to Pallenteria truly would not have been the same without our stay at the Dream Resort and I can guarantee that it will not disappoint!

Such an amazing hotel. All the staff were great and the owner lorenzo couldn't have been more helpful. We had a great few days at Pantelleria dream hotel. Definitely one of the best places to stay on the island. Thank you! We will be back again hopefully very soon

Premise: I stayed at Dream just before the season started (end of May) - so I guess they were still getting everything ready and could cut them some slack for this reason. Still, if the place is open I expect same level of service no matter what time of they year.||||The location itself is very special. You’ll stay in a Dammuso - typical housing on the Island - with a breathtaking sea view. Rooms are very basic but minimal and cute, and always very clean. However, bathrooms are a bit small and with poor lighting. ||||The real issue for us was service and cleanliness of common areas. When we were there they were having clear staffing issues (I guess pretty common post Covid but still, guests should never be aware of these things), and that so clearly reflected on the level of service provided. I believe it also had to do with inexperienced management. For instance, the pool area was always quite dirty and looked sloppy. Nobody would clean up towels or drinks/food left behind. The pool bathroom was filthy - to the point that I would not use it and walk (quite a long way) to my room instead. I was working remotely and would use common outdoor tables everyday - I had to clean them up myself cause nobody ever did (Pantelleria is a very windy island so outdoor facilities get dirty pretty easily). When we brought this up with staff we were told the lifeguard who was supposed to pick up all these tasks had not arrived yet (??). But nobody would do it in the meantime and they’d instead leave the place dirty.||||Additionally, breakfast was extremely disappointing. Their breakfast menu on the website does not reflect reality. In addition to the fact that breakfast was presented in a very sloppy way - indoor buffet with very cheap silverware and napkins + food badly placed + often times old fruits - food itself was quite bland. Croissants were not fresh, and they rarely had anything else if not for some bread and coffee cake - while the menu on the website boasts typical desserts, Sicilian brioches etc. You could ask for eggs but that’s it - and coffee quality was poor. ||All in all, on an island where it is tough to reach spots in general and nothing much is offered, you’d ideally want to be in a hotel that offers all comforts, and this was not it. ||It was also quite tough to get drinks at the pool bar cause, other than a bartender issue they were having, their pricing for drinks was completely off. They charged us 18€ for one G&T with Hendrick’s gin (which they consider “premium”). While 2 G&Ts with Hendrick’s Gin at the lounge bar down the road (Le Cale) costed us 18€ in total.||||On a more positive note, the hotel restaurant was very good. Great gourmet food and good selection overall. This is also why we were expecting the same quality for breakfast. But nope, it’s almost like the 2 meals were handled by different restaurants altogether. ||||Overall, I paid a very reasonable price for a week off-season (ish) so these shortcomings notwithstanding it was OK. However, I would not go back - especially for the price charged during peak season - as there are many less known spots on the island with much more attention to details and better guest experience.

We spent 1 week at the resort as part of our honeymoon: a positive experience overall with some ups and downs. The location is worth 5 stars as the resort has an amazing view on the coast, enabling guests to enjoy unforgettable dawn views; the rooms are large and clean. Our package included breakfast, which deserves 3 stars as the food was very good but the service was clearly disorganized, multiple waiters would take care of the same table ending up in orders getting either late or completely lost - happened on multiple days. Finally the hotel service deserves no more than 2 stars as the general attitude is not very customer oriented - our room did not get any cleaning service on our 1st day, we pointed it out and they did not care to make up for it in any way. Overall a place with a great potential!

The staff in this hotel are truly exceptional. Every Everyone was attentive, friendly and extremely kind. Dinner at the restaurant highly recommended too! Even though we happened to have bad luck with the weather, we really enjoyed our mini break due to the Pantelleria Dream Resort. We've already booked our next visit!
