Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel fell far below expectations. To begin with, the breakfast is extremely poor and does not justify the price charged. The selection is very limited — only plain croissants, coffee, water, juice and milk — with no variety at all. The space is tiny, fitting a maximum of four people, and there was no staff available to clean or replenish anything.||As for the room, the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was a lot of dust, and it felt like the room had not been properly prepared for our arrival, especially because the corners of the walls were dirty.||The worst part of the entire experience was being robbed inside the hotel. I left €100 inside my wallet, which was inside my backpack, hidden and with the zipper completely closed. In the morning, I checked and the money was still there; however, when we returned — after the room had been cleaned — the money was gone. The staff member claimed that “the wallet was on the floor” and that she placed it inside the bag, which is impossible, since the wallet was inside the backpack and could not have fallen out on its own. This clearly shows that someone went through our belongings without permission. In addition, our personal items, such as makeup, creams, and other products, had been rearranged, confirming that our things had been handled inappropriately.||I asked for help at reception and explained the situation, but there was absolutely no effort to solve the problem. The only response I received was that “this had never happened before” and that they were sorry I had lost my money — no real assistance was provided.||Despite the excellent location, right next to the Pantheon and within walking distance of many tourist spots, the quality does not match the price. To make matters worse, we were forced to pay an extra fee at check-in, without any clear explanation.||I do not recommend this hotel and found the experience extremely disappointing.
