Panviman Resort

We had such a wonderful stay at Panviman Resort. The area itself is quiet and there isn’t much to do in the evenings, but honestly, that’s part of the charm. It’s the perfect place to disconnect from the noise and the crowds, relax, and truly enjoy the beautiful resort facilities. The kindest and sweetest people are working at this resort! A special thank you to Fort – he is simply the best!!! We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back ❤️

Jungle hotel meets the Flintstones (in a good way!) Thanks to the wonderful team at Panviman. Everyone works hard at this beautiful resort, always with an easy smile - and they collectively deliver a wonderful experience! From the friendly welcome from ‘Guest services’ Toey on arrival, the broadly smiling ‘what’s your room number’ breakfast man, to helpful ‘F&B lady’ Kwang. I was particularly grateful for her guiding me and giving me confidence to try out a variety of delicious gluten free Thai dishes dishes :-) The buggy system is amazing - I wasn’t sure how it could possibly work so well - but it does! It meant that although we were probably the furthest from the guest services / breakfast restaurant / pool area, it was still easily and quickly accessible by buggy … which meant we had fabulous views from our ‘jacuzzi’ room. I think next time we would try out a plunge pool villa (if not too much more expensive!) but we were more than happy with our room. Bit of a pain going downstairs to the loo and bathroom - but that’s what makes this place so unique and special … it’s different … why go somewhere that’s so similar to other places that wouldn’t be so memorable! We stayed at Panviman Resort in Koh Phangan in a sea view pool villa, and the experience was excellent. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The private pool with the sea view was the highlight. Waking up to that view and having complete privacy felt special and relaxing. The room was comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed. The resort is built on a hillside, so the views from almost everywhere are stunning. Yes, there are stairs and slopes, but the hotel offers shuttle service within the resort, which makes it manageable and well organized. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Service felt personal without being intrusive. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety and a beautiful view. The beach area is calm and pleasant, and the overall atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and perfect for couples or anyone looking to relax away from the party side of Koh Phangan. Highly recommended, especially if you book one of the sea view pool villas.

Our stay at Panviman Koh Phangan was excellent, and one aspect stood out above all: the outstanding professionalism and flexibility of the management team. We were traveling as a group and required a room change, which can often be complicated. The management handled the situation with absolute professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. They were extremely accommodating, solution-oriented, and made sure everything was arranged smoothly and without stress for us. This level of service made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere, but it was the exceptional management and customer care that truly elevated our experience. We are very grateful for how well our request was handled and would highly recommend Panviman Koh Phangan to anyone looking for quality service and a well-managed resort. We would happily return.

This was our first visit to this hotel despite visiting the island many times and it certainly won't be able to last. We had four wonderful nights there the place was pretty much faultless from start to finish.||It is worth noting it is built into a cliff so there can be a lot of climbing involved. We used this as an opportunity to get exercise but there are Fleet it golf buggies you can call and take you to anywhere in this huge resort and they are usually with you within a couple of minutes ||we have the entry-level room and it was more than adequate. Large, comfortable and with absolutely everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The bed was so comfortable we slept soundly every night and they even have a pillow menu where I managed to select exactly the same pillow I use at home! ||You are provided with Robes, a safe, mini bar and fridge, hairdryer and just about anything else you could think of that you need.||Ignoring the hill for a short time the hotel is perfectly located and it takes less than three minutes walk from Reception to get to the first row of shops and bars. There is a 7-Eleven right next to the entrance to the hotel which is very useful but they do provide freshwater free of charge every day.||The breakfast was absolutely top class. Really high-quality food both and cold, local and international. The service was lovely in there on the views from the restaurant itself over the sea was amazing.||The Wi-Fi is free, no login and good enough speeds to watch YouTubesurf the Internet etc.||The pool area was absolutely beautiful and layered so you could choose a quiet spot in the Sun or shade as you preferred. The Sun lounges are old and not the comfiest but there was always plenty available without any of the selfish reserving going on.||The hotels transfer service to and from the resort worked very well and we would not hesitate to come back here when we return to the island.

We stayed at the Junior pool room it was amazing! The resort is beautiful and well kept with amazing gardens the main pool is exquisite so is the food served at breakfast! The service staff is amazing as well! We really like the agent who helped us at checkin (we think he's name was yasmin) so nice and helpful 5 starts stay!

This hotel is a genuine 5*. Forget stone beach restaurant, which was not good, but the rest of the hotel certainly made up for it. Lovely big rooms with sea views, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, varied and high quality. ||What we really liked about this hotel was the village immediately outside the hotel. The village had bars, restaurants, delis and luxury massage parlours. ||We would highly recommended going a short distance to the next bay (less than 5 min drive) to mama Rocky’s a superb independent restaurant. Run by Scott, the owner and chef, it is all about the food, which is all from local fresh produce, thai with a western twist. ||Would highly recommend using the hotel private speedboat transfer. Good value for money and saves the stress of the main pier.

This is the best place I’ve stayed in, the location is a little remote but the facilities in the resort make up for it. Multiple pools, beach, spa (with yoga lessons on Thursdays), cooking classes and gorgeous rooms. The staff was amazing beyond every expectation I had. Can’t recommend enough.
