Panwa Boutique Beachfront

A let down. Hotel contacted me with less than 14th until we checked in, informing us that had to cancel our accommodation there for 8 nights as they have “closed” the hotel due to property rights. This doesn’t happen over night, therefor should have been notified days if not weeks ago. Poor communication from the hotel and they will not provide a refund or any compensation. Disgusting customer service and will not be booking here in the future

We spent five great wonderful in this hotel! The somewhat remote location means that you won't suffer from an overcrowded beach. In fact, you can find your own beach spot here to enjoy the sunset in the evening. The breakfast was *excellent* in our opinion and so was the BBQ on Tuesday. And while it's true that the complex is not the newest, it is still in good shape (the only exception being the fitness room). In short, a great place that's very much recommended!

Worst hotel in Thailand I've ever stayed in! Worst food and the worst staff service! The tide on the beach is low every morning and afternoon for hours with lots of rocks underneath. The hotel is often hold a function from local government people and set up stage and buffet on the beachfront in front of guest rooms so basically it's like it's close for guests while they hold a function! Loud music, drunk polices! And staff wouldn't care about guests comfort nor guest complaints! Worst hotel! Don't go there! And worst breakfast! After 8am almost no food left and the staff wouldn't top them up unless you ask and they will give you an angry faces!

Overall it's a nice hotel. Just don't book a taxi the most money we spent was on taxis. The breakfast was great. The location is far away from the city about 30 min drive and from the airport about 45 min to an hr. However being on the beach was a major plus. Service was great!

Stayed there with mu boyfriend for 11 days The staff is very friendly but some of them cannot speak English very well The rooms were clean and the beach is very nice 👍🏼 there were not so many people which was nice too We stayed there end of March beginning of April I would definitely go back as the price is absolutely great for what you get! The only minus was that in the pool there where wires from the lights which I think is a bit dangerous as they are in the water. We only had the breakfast included which was delicious. There was a lot of salad which I never took as in my opinion this isn’t the best for a breakfast. However, the pancakes are great!! And the thai food aswell

Calm and stylish place. The beach is 2 min walk from the room. I liked the atmosphere here. I wanted some rest and calm evenings. There is no night life here, as there is on Karon and Kata. The nearest shop (24 h open) is 1 km away, and there is also pharmacy and bike/car rent there. And a fruit shop. So for me this hotel is perfect. I was in Phuket town, and I wouldn't change this hotel for some other in the center. But there is a problem with transport if you cannot drive. There is no public transport here. The taxi to the town costs 500 bat one way. The car is 1300-1500 bat per day, the bike is 300 bat per day. So I recommend you to get international driving permit and rent some transport to get to other places. Or to buy excursions.They will pick you up at the hotel and return there in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay at Panwa Boutique. Overall very good impression - quiet area, welcoming people, long beach to walk. Good breakfast with options from local cuisine. They offer also cooking classes ans shuttle to market. Few things to complain: conditioner that blows just into your head when you sleep. Also be careful with hotel flip flops: bad quality, easy to slip and damage yourself.

I recommend this hotel for those seeking beachfront location , private, not clouded as other beaches on the island. most recommend for family and couple. Hotel staffs has very food and friendly service mind, fluently English speaking. I’m local and I love to enjoy my lunch here and pool is great. :)
