Papa Johns Pizza

Been going to this Papa John's since it opened and have had nothing but amazing food and service untill about November of last year. I would pick up something from here about once a week and then our pizzas were being given to us burnt or with wrong topping. Once we had the bottom completely burnt and like 7 pepperonis stretched out trying to cover a large pizza. Have been there once since then(about 2 months ago) and the bottom was still a bit burnt but everything else was excellent

Unbelievable I tried to spend $100 with these guys and they don't have any vegetables for the pizza. Looks like this store needs new management!! I'll try you guys in a year and see if it changed!

I was trying to do the Papa John’s Rewards and their Receipts DO NOT HAVE THE REWARDS CODE to physically type because I did a carry out and here I am waiting. They dont do not say Welcome to Papa John from what I’m observing and hearing is “WHO ARE YOU HERE FOR” instead of “Hey Welcome to Papa John’s would you like to place an order here or are you delivery or picking up your online/phone order and BY LAW your employees have to give receipts. Because if they mess up, we can take this up to the Better Business Bureau. They are very rude and they have full on beards that need to be covered. They need beard coverings or its considered Cross Contamination or do I need to call the Health Department and OSHA to report the business as well.

Papa John's Pizza sucks. If you like raw pizza dough that's the place to go. Told the assistant manager that the pizza dough is not cooked but the little soy boy cried.

Ordered pizza online and was quoted 15 to 25 minutes (may be off by a couple minutes). Went in about 20 minutes later and ended up waiting another 25 minutes or so. I ordered side pepper, cheese, and their special mix packets. While they are only one cent a piece, the fact that i got 3/6/5 of the packets when I ordered 5/10/10 is unacceptable. I understand that delays can happen but not receiving what I paid for is not right. Obviously, the price is of little importance but paying for something not received is not okay. The pizza itself was okay considering the area but I will not be returning to this location.

Our pizza is always hot, delicious, and fast. Our delivery guy is always so nice and polite. Tonight he went the extra mile to correct an oversight and I am so pleased with this. Jacob, thank you!

Wow... from hero to zero within a couple weeks. I ordered a medium 2 topping last night and 90 percent of the toppings were on one side and whomever cut it was DEFINITELY NOT paying attention. what a shame, as i recently left an excellent review with 4 stars. UPDATE****** last Friday my beloved Jeep was stolen and finally found completely destroyed. I don't have money for a new car and it's been a rough few days. too upset to cook and I rarely eat out nowadays but Last night I ordered my usual, large with pepperoni and sausage for the first time from this papa John's and I have to say... KUDOS! the order was taken fast and delivered equally fast. a little chilly but it is a drive so I get it. no worries. didn't burn my face off. it was the correct roundness and thickness, the meat and cheese was balanced, tasty and cooked to perfection, it was cut perfectly which is a huge pet peeve of mine. I had zero issues and was extremely satisfied. thank you for giving me a "Better Pizza"

Large pepperoni - they have the best consistency here and quality. Never any issues like you get at Dominos.
