This establishment was heaving on Saturday and all tables were reserved, so I chanced my arm and dropped in early on Sunday evening - almost like magic, a table was free. Worth the wait.
Superb delivery - steak tartare with a glint of horseradish and nibbles of beetroot, so sublime, and the day's special a duck breast in lime and cane sugar marinade, fried to perfection. Dessert was a white chocolate mousse splattered with mango puree, absolutely divine. Wine bloody excellent.
There is a bar at the rear where you can drink and watch the chefs cook.
A top notch eatery. Thank you.

Two years later and not much has changed, even prices seem similar. The steak tartare comes with blanched runner beans, which doesn't quite mix as well as horseradish. I had the cheese tortellini which was gorgeous. Over all, a little gem on Nerja's main drag that isn't as busy as you might expect but delivers 100%. Nice art work for sake on the walls.
