We came early to beat the crowd, and it paid off.
The grilled tiger prawns arrived first — fresh, plump, smoky from the fire, each bite bursting with sweetness.
Then the star of the table: a whole grilled red snapper, generously sized, perfectly cooked, and easily enough to share between two. The flesh was tender, juicy, and soaked in that irresistible char-grilled aroma.
Even the vegetables surprised us — simply cooked, full of flavour, and clearly not an afterthought.
A satisfying, no-nonsense meal that lets fresh ingredients speak for themselves.
