The pastries and drinks here have been amazing for me so far! I’ve tried the orange olive oil cake and a finer molasses cookie and thought they were both so good. For drinks I tried the pumpkin spice latte and loved it. It really was the perfect blend of pumpkin mixed with the fall spices and the right amount of sweetness as well. It’s located inside a hotel so the space is really pretty with some tables as well for seating. Overall it’s a great spot!

Cute exterior but didnt realize this actually attached to a hotel so space is limited as some are reserved for guests.
Service is timely and there are a variety of coffee/drink options. Tried their peppermint mocha and was quite disappointed with it. The peppermint was too strong and had no mocha flavor at all. It actually also drowned out the espresso. Drank very little and unfortunately had to discard which was such a waste.

The atmosphere is amazing, coffee is incredible overall exceptional.
Pastries are about as good as they get in NYC, but the Crossaint falls well short of standard in France. The only negative really.
Still easily better than most!

I popped in for a quick coffee and pastry between meetings and this was perfect. Limited seating but it’s in the hotel so guests circulate fairly quickly. Friendly staff, great moderately quiet ambiance, and good coffee and pastries.

Absolutely loved this place! The coffee and food were both excellent — you can really tell they care about quality. I came in to get some work done, and it turned out to be the perfect spot for remote work: cozy atmosphere and plenty of seating. Huge shout out to Rachel for being so kind and welcoming — she made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

This place strikes the perfect balance between café and calm workspace—sunlit, plant-filled, with warm wood accents and comfortable seating by the windows or in the lounge area
I had both espresso and batch-brew filter—smooth, rich, and always well-executed.

Small little spot in the front of a hotel lobby. We got a chai latte and the Es-yen latte, and both were on the sweeter side. I liked the Es-yen as I enjoy sweet drinks and the flavor wasn't as watered down as the (lots of) ice melted, though I wasn't given the option for iced or hot and didn't realize until later when I got an iced drink on a 30° day. The chai was a lot sweeter though and my friend only made it through half of it before throwing the rest away. Service was fine.. Somehow hasty but slow? Non verbally urging you to give your order but sometimes conversing without realizing there are orders en queue..
It was nice for the atmosphere and the pastries looked good, but I might go elsewhere for my next coffee in the area.

I ordered a latte to stay and received it in a plastic to-go cup. When the person who’d taken my order realized the mistake, the barista just poured it into a mug instead. No latte art, no microfoam, just milk mixed with espresso. Not worth the $8 price and not a good customer experience.
