Products are fine, but despite promising „free shipping“ we were charged with very high shipping costs from FedEx. According to the customer service from Paper Collective „this is beyond their control“. They did not offer anything in this matter, that‘s not how you treat customers that have just spent hundreds of dollars in your store… We will never order from them again, very disappointed.

This is an online store. There’s no physical store here. I went all the way to the pin to only find wilderness. Totally misleading.
