Paperboy Coffee Bar - Hampton

The gentlemen that served us on the day was very friendly and welcoming. We had the porridge - it looked delicious and was quite interesting, with saffron playing on our palates. I wish it was just a little bit sweeter! The waitress that settled our bill wasn’t very friendly, but overall our experience has been nice.

Fantastic and popular cafe we just had coffee which was outstanding Double shot flat white which was very well made. Good atmosphere and popular with locals and their pets, there were lots of pets in tow. Highly recommend Heading back in a couple days for a breakfast.

A great place to have a quick breakfast. We had a bagel and a toastie. They were both excellent. The price was also excellent. It wasn't very crowded, but was starting to get busy around 11 am. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great service overall. 👏

A charming spot for brunch. Food is quite expensive, especially relative to the quality. Presentation is quite posh, but the flavours and balance just don't live up to the cost of the dishes. If you are price agnostic and only out for coffee, this is a decent option on a crowded street.

Was so disappointed in my coffee from Paperboy Coffee bar. Ordered takeaways, mine was supposed to be an extra flat, flat white and by the time I arrived home, I was left with a half full large cup at best as clearly it was half filled with foam when poured. Because the coffee wasn’t made properly it was also way too strong. Might sound fussy but when you’re paying Bayside prices for coffee, you at least hope they will get your order right. I tried to message the cafe with photos but received no reply..an apology would have been nice but now I just won’t be back.

New cafe in Hampton, and it’s great! Fairly small but perfectly formed. Seating available outside, as well as inside. Service is wonderfully friendly. Coffee is excellent - I’ve been a few times now and it’s consistently excellent. The menu is really good with lots of delicious choices and something for everyone. The mushroom dish was exceptional! There’s a cake cabinet pack with sweet treats, all very tempting.

A favourite cafe of mine! The menu itself is great, both food and drinks. Lots of gluten free options, and the portions are decent. The toasties, bagels and sandwiches are delicious, as are the hotcakes. Some great Kusmi teas available if you’re not a coffee drinker. Still or sparkling water available for free. Nice outdoor dining area aswell on the street when the weather is warmer. Everything is served with fancy cutlery and a mix of hand made pottery too - nice little touch.
