Went for Ramen Sunday. It is indeed expensive, but we think it’s really worth it. The duck/pigeon ramen is very tasty (better than the pork one). The starters (salad mix & chicken) are amazing. The dessert are sweet, but not overly sweet, just perfect to end the meal. Even though we ate a lot, we didn’t feel overly full. You need a reservation (the reservation list starts on Wednesdays).

One of my fav spots in the city. The food is superb, the service is very good and the wine list very well thought. Sunday ramen is also a hit. Very cozy place with nice atmosphere.

We had a spectacular dinner with exquisite food, great service and a very cozy atmosphere ❤️ While all the food I had was amazing, the noodles with scallops were were my absolute favorite, such a wonderful combination of textures and flavours. I'll definitely return here soon!

Really a good place to eat! The menu has not too many to choose from, but everything was spot on!! Very good food, next to nice employees that make your evening. Just one toilet was a bit difficult but that was the only thing!

An exceptional place with impeccable service and truly extraordinary food! I went last night for my birthday and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I booked for me and my boyfriend, and we also brought our two little dogs — they were welcomed right away, even with a blanket just for them! I’m vegan, so I had asked in advance if they could adapt something from the menu, and not only did they say yes, but when we arrived they treated me amazingly, giving me great suggestions and so much care throughout the evening. I’ve honestly never had such a wonderful dining experience. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you again for making my birthday so special ❤️

Couldn’t have a better start for my visit to Bucharest than an amazing dinner in Papila! 🩵 Loved sincerely every bite of tuna crudo accompanied by some Italian cheese and berries. The lamb with polenta was delicious, too. The 0 % gin based mocktail took me to heaven! Simply five stars for the lovely dishes, warm atmosphere and excellent service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went to a number of great restaurants (including the Boulevard 73 restaurant in the Corinthia - this is also a worthwhile visit) while we stayed in Bucharest but Papila was by far the overall best. The atmosphere was so wonderful, service staff attentive but not too overbearing and food truly magnificent. Each dish had its own character and unique taste. The cocktails were also outstanding. I unfortunately had the flu while we stayed in Bucharest but this did not keep me away from the attractions and restaurants. The waiter at Papila noticed this and on our departure gave me a takeaway cup of soothing hot lemonade infused with ginger and apple. It was absolutely delicious but it was the kind gesture that I was most grateful for. I would 100% recommend a visit to Papila for an overall wonderful culinary experience.

Really nice place. Tried both the Ramen and the non-ramen options during the years. Overall very tasty food. A gem you should not miss.
